Welcome to Daily Prayer with myself, Reverend Ben Cooper, wherever you are in this beautiful world. Thank God for your life. You know, whatever your time zone is, God is with you. And thank you for making daily prayer part of that life and part of the journey. We're locking in together. You are tired, I am tired, we are weary, we are all weary of life. But
let's pray. Come on, we're gonna jump into the book of 2 Timothy, chapter 1, verse 7. This is the title, Jesus. Break every fear cycle and establish me in power, love, and clarity tonight. Holy Spirit, three areas of our lives. Lord, we want to be established in love, power, and
clarity. Father Lord, we got brain fog. Lord, it's like driving, dear God, on the motorway, Lord, at full stretch, and there is fog in front of us, and we can't see any other traffic, but Lord, we're holding on to the wheel of life. Holy Spirit, Lord, as we drive on the motorway of life, Father Lord, I pray. I pray that you will carry this vehicle that we're walking in. I pray that you will carry these hearts. Father, this vehicle of life, these moments, Father Lord, the acceleration of life. Father, sometimes we have to hit the brakes. Father, sometimes we've got to look in the rearview mirror. Sometimes we've got to have our head on a swivel because everything is happening on the motorway of life. Lord, it's raining on the motorway. It's foggy on the motorway. Lord, it is cold, it is icy. There are seasons, dear God, hitting our life. Father, carry us through the winter. Carry us through the spring. Carry us through the autumn. Carry us through the summer. Lord, as we're on the motorway of life, Father, I pray that you will, dear God, bring this day to a calm close. Holy God, I pray that you will establish, that you will bring power and love and clarity to us tonight. Father, we stretch out. And Lord, anyone, dear God, that is on that walk of life, anyone that is driving the car of life at full stretch, anyone that is running, anyone that is crawling through life, however we get through the day, Spirit of the living God, I pray that God's love will be
over us. Lord, we lean into John 3.16. Lord, that anchor, Lord, that anchor scripture, Father, that that anchor just keeps so solid. Lord, I'm gonna read it and I want to remind ourselves of John 3.16. For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whosoever believes in him shall not perish but have everlasting life. Father, we need we need to hear your word tonight because Lord, the motorway of life is fast, and Lord, we are weary and we are tired. Lord, as we stretch out across the boardroom table, we stretch out, dear God, across the broadcasting table. We stretch out, dear God, across the Passover table. We stretch out, dear God, from the table of life. Father, as we are on the motorway of life, Father, I pray that you will break every cycle of fear and establish power, love, and clarity in our lives tonight. Father, as we broadcast from London, we stretch out to our brothers and sisters around the world, all the way to America, all the way to Barcelona, all the way to Chile, all the way to South Africa and Australia. Holy Spirit, we pray, Lord, that these prayers, each and every one of us, will crisscross the globe together, that we will lock
in. But Father, we need reassurance. Lord, we got to sleep soon, and Lord, our eyes are tired and there's still stuff to do. Holy Spirit, we lean into the word of God. Lord, we thank you for Psalms 56, verse 3. When I am afraid, I put my trust in you. Lord, there's nowhere else to go. There is nowhere else to go. Lord, we don't want to look at the price of oil. We don't want to look at social media. Lord, we don't want to understand and see that through social media everyone else is living the dream except myself and I. Lord, we don't want to listen to what the world is saying through the political drive. Lord, we want to lean into the word. So Father, right now, when we are afraid, we put our trust in you. Will you help us now, Lord? Will you help us to put our trust in you? Father, break every fittest cycle and establish in us power, love, and clarity tonight.
May God bless you wherever you are. The love of God is over your life. Don't ever give up. Jesus is with us. Join us at the next prayer.
