Welcome to Daily Prayer with myself, Reverend Ben Cooper, wherever you are in the world. Thank you for making daily prayer part of your life and part of your day. Come on, let's lock in across the globe. I know you're tired, I know you're weary, we've got to keep going. There are quite a few hours left of the rhythm of this day.
We're going to pray for endurance and we're going to pray that God will sustain this strength. The prayer that we are praying is coming out of the book of Isaiah 40, verse 29. This is the title, Jesus. Renew my strength again and sustain me through the final stretch of this day. Lord, this final stretch is becoming weary. Holy God, we're tired from work. We need endurance, Lord, but we are never ever going to give up. Lord, we might have a bit of evening fatigue. We might be weary, but from the battlefield to the boardroom, to the trench of life, to the field of life. Father, as we lock in, Father, we thank you for the brothers and sisters on the other side of the world. We thank you to everybody that is under the sound of my voice. But Jesus, renew my strength again. Holy Spirit, when we are finding ourselves tired and weary, we pray that we will dig in, dear God, and we will find that endurance strength through the power of the Word of God. Lord, give us strength to continue. Lord, we are never going to
give up. Lord, we thank you that we are rising on wings as of eagles. Father, we thank you that at the appropriate and the proper time, Lord, you are strengthening us right now. But Lord, as the day moves forward, as the evening drops in, our eyes are tired, our spirits are weary, our shoulders are leaning in. And Father, will you remove the evening fatigue? Will you give us strength right now? But Lord, as we broadcast from London, right across Dallas, right across Port Paulo, from Port Paulo, all the way to Australia, all the way to Mumbai, from Mumbai to India, Father, from India to China. We are believing, dear God, for the power of the Holy Spirit. But right now, Lord, we lean into the great book of Isaiah, 40 verse 29. He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Lord, it has been a very strong day today. Lord, we are feeling the seasons of life. Lord, we are feeling the winter period. Lord, we are feeling the rain, dear God, beating down on us right now. Lord, we are feeling cold and wet and tired because of the rhythm of life. But right now, Lord, I pray, Lord, that you will dry us out in the heat of the sun. Lord, I pray for those that feel weary and tired. Lord, I thank you that this is the glory of God, that this is anointing, that this is the power of the word.
Wherever we are, we stretch out from the battlefield, dear God, to the inner battles, to the external battles. Lord, the worries and the fears, dear God, the wasteland of the mind. We believe in healing. Lord, we thank you that you are healing our bodies, our minds, and our souls. Lord, we believe in miracles, but right now we are tired of
work. Lord, I pray, Lord, as we come home from work, Lord, that we will close the laptop lid right now. Lord, that we will lock the office door. Lord, that we will close the gates of the yard. Father, that we will get out of the work environment. Lord, that we will get on the bus, on the tube, on the tram, we will get in the van or the car, Lord, and we will get away from our work environment. Lord, I pray right now, Lord, we are feeling tired and weary and exhausted. I pray for the parents right now that are taking the children, dear God, to the swimming lessons, to the classes, to the extra homework lessons. I pray for those that are cooking right now, that are tired and weary. Those, dear God, that are going to football, those that are going to drama, those, dear God, that got to do extra homework. Lord, I pray for the family and the rhythm of life. Father, will you give us strength to continue? Lord, I ain't got the energy to cook. I ain't got the energy to tidy up the uniform from the kids. Lord, I can't even think about the homework tonight. Lord, we are tired and we are exhausted. But Jesus, will you give us strength? Father, from the battlefield to the golf course, from the golf course to the gym, from the gym to the van to the car. Holy Spirit, wherever we are. Father, we stretch out across this platform
right now. And Lord, renew my strength again and sustain me through this final stretch of today. Holy God, give us strength, give us energy. Let the Spirit of the Lord carry you through this evening. Come on, let's press. Let's never give up. God is with you. I will catch you at the next prayer.
