Welcome And Midnight Setting

SPEAKER_00

Welcome to Daily Prayer with myself, Reverend Ben Cooper, wherever you are in the world. Thank you for making daily prayer part of your life and part of your day. As we pray together across the globe, we're staying connected and we're on the journey, and the journey is prayer. We're in the great book of Psalms 91, verse 4. It is 12 a.m. It is just passing 12 a.m. live here in London, England. It is Saturday morning. We are two minutes past wherever you are right now. As we break into the weekend, we pray that you will find the love of God at this unusual and very peculiar hour. Come on, we're jumping

Psalm 91 Prayer For Covering

in. Psalm 91, verse 4. Jesus, cover me with your wings and shield me completely through this night. Father, as we pray through this late hour, Lord, it's been a long week. Father, we are tired and we are weary. And Father, we're asking, Lord, as our eyelids, dear God, are trying to close. But Lord, I pray for the tiredness that is over our lives. Lord, as we finish this week, Lord, as this week right now, this 12 a.m. hour, Lord, as we are just passing into Saturday, just a few minutes in, Lord, we are asking you right now that your grace and your mercy and your power will carry us through the weekend. And Lord, we believe in miracles. We believe in your love and your mercy. But Jesus, as you tell us through the great psalmist David, Psalm 91, verse 4, Jesus, cover me under your wings and shield me completely through this night.

Anxiety And World Fears Tonight

SPEAKER_00

Father, we are asking you for those that feel very panicky. Lord, we're praying for protection over lives, over every house, over every home. Those that struggle with anxiety, mental health, worries and fears, worrying about the barrel, the price of oil. Father, we are listening to the news channels. We are watching things happen that we never thought we'd see happen. So Lord, we are praying for protection tonight. And Lord, as we lean into Psalm 91, verse 4, the Bible says, He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will find refuge. His faithfulness will be your shield and your rampart.

Let Go Of Social Media Noise

Father Lord, we need protection tonight. Lord, because we feel, Lord, that we've been thrown out to the dogs and the lions and the bears and the tigers of life. And Lord, we need protection. Lord, we are struggling with so many things in our lives, but Lord, we're not allowed to tell the world. Lord, we've got to try and hold things in. Lord, I pray right now that we won't hold things in. But Lord, through the authority of this night, Lord, that you will take out every area of our lives that is troubling us. Lord, that you will give us a covering, that you'll protect us. Lord, that you'll help us. Lord, that we will grow in faithfulness, that we will grow in strength. Lord, wherever we are across this world, Father, we thank you that the battle belongs to the Lord. Lord, we are really tired. Lord, it's been such a long week. And Lord, as we are pressing into the early doors of Saturday morning, Lord, we need breakthrough in our lives. Lord, in our workspace, home life, our spiritual walk, whatever is going on in our lives, Father, we need breakthrough. We need the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. And as we stretch out from London, Father, we thank you that as we crisscross the globe, as we lock shields with our brothers and sisters around the world, Lord, we pray that we will come to an understanding that the realization of prayer is needed in our lives. So Lord, will you carry us? Will you walk with us? Will you lead us in these dark paths, Lord, of life? Father, asking you right now that we won't lock on to social media. We won't lock into what the world is saying. But Lord, from the four corners of this world, from London to Miami, from Miami all the way to Manila, from Manila all the way to Madrid, Lord, will you bless us and

carry us? Lord, remove the night fear. Help us to sleep well. God, will you protect us from the battles of life? Father, I ask you as we sit on the sofa, sit on the edge of the bed, Lord. I ask you right now that we will sleep in the greatest name in heaven and earth, from the battles of life to the rock face of life. My name's Reverend Ben Cooper. God is with you. Don't ever give up. Come on, join me at the next prayer.
