Welcome to Daily Prayer with myself, Forever Ben Cooper, wherever you are in the world. Thank you for making daily prayer part of your life and part of your day. Let's pray together across the globe. Let's stay connected. And the journey that we're on is the journey of faith, and in the middle of that is prayer. So come on, let's jump straight
in. We're in Psalms 91, verse 1. This is the title, Jesus. Cover me in your presence and keep me safe from every disturbing thought this hour. Holy God, will you come to us right now? Holy Spirit, cover us in your presence and keep us safe from every disturbing thought this hour. Father, we lean into the cross of Calvary. Lord, we lean into the Word of God because Lord, we can't go anywhere else but to Jesus. So Lord, I pray as we lock in together across this world at 12 a.m. I pray for protection. I pray for your covering. I pray, dear God, for secure rest. At this hour, Lord, that we will find that we are covered spiritually, that God's protection is over each and
every one of us. Lord, we're struggling to sleep. Lord, it's been a long day, it's been a long evening. And right now, Lord, I am overtired. And Lord, I need your presence. Lord, I'm pretending to sleep. Lord, I'm exhausted. We're weary. Father, in the name of Jesus, we need your protection every hour, every moment, every millisecond of our lives. And Father, we come to the cross right now. And Lord, we lean into Psalm 91, verse 1. Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge, my fortress, my God, in whom I trust. Holy Spirit, in this quiet time, Lord, we need to trust in you. You are our God. You are our fortress. You are our rest. You are Jehovah Jirah. And right now, Lord, we pray, cover us in your presence and keep us safe. Father, we're tired of wrestling the bear of fear, the line of doubt. Lord, we're tired,
dear God, of the work situation. We're tired, dear God, of the lifestyle that we have. Lord, we are exhausted and we are weary. But Jesus, cover us in your presence right now and let your love and your mercy, Father, every thought that is disturbing us right now, every area of life that is making us feel very troubled, Lord. I ask you that you remove these panic attacks. Lord, that you will give us a good sleep
tonight. Father, we thank you that we are in the kingdom of God and your love is around us, but wherever we are across the world, Lord, as we stretch out from London all the way to Miami, from Miami to America, from America all the way to South Indonesia. Lord, I'm praying right now that your love will be over the Philippines. Your glory, dear God, we pray, Lord, right now for France and Scotland. We pray for a breakthrough in every town, every nation, every city, every continent. Lord, we are praying for everyone under the sound of my voice. Lord, that we will find that we are being lifted up. Father, from the bedroom, dear God, to the kitchen. Lord, at these unusual hours to the front room, Lord, as we sit, dear God, stuck, dear God, in the thought pattern of this rhythm that we got. Holy Spirit, Lord, I pray, as we sit on the edge of the bed right now, as we sit up in bed, as we lay in bed, Lord, we can't sleep. Father, I pray that you will remove all these anxious thoughts that we have and you will bring peace to our heart and our mind. Jesus, cover us in your presence wherever you are across the world, God is with you. From the kitchen to the front room, from the sofa to the bed. God is with you. Don't ever give up. Let's lean into Jesus Christ. I will catch you at the next prayer. Will you join me?
