Welcome to Daily Prayer with myself, Reverend Ben Cooper, wherever you are in the world. Shall we pray?
Come on, let's jump in. Are you tired? Are you weary? We're in the book of Matthew 6, verse 34. This is the title, Jesus. I release tomorrow and trust you with everything ahead. Father, right now, whatever lies ahead of each and every one of us, Lord, we ask you that you will keep each and every one of us in the favor of God. Lord, we need favor over our lives. Lord, because of this Passover time, Lord, this time as we walk through the Passover, Lord, as we capture the rhythm of the world, Father, the spiritual atmosphere is strong. And Lord, this night prayer, Jesus, I surrender completely and rest fully in your presence. Lord, wherever we are, I thank you that the love of God is over all the listeners. Lord, as we pray out and as we stretch out all the way from London, all the way to Lagos, from Lagos to Barcelona, from Barcelona to France, from France to Bethlehem, from Bethlehem
to Tel Aviv to Israel. Lord, we are praying for every nation, for every city, for every village, for everyone under the sound of my voice, wherever you live, wherever you work, wherever your residence is
across the world, Jesus Christ is with you. Father, we need deep rest. Lord, help us to let go of worry. Lord, through this pass over time, through this night prayer, Lord, surround us with your love. And Lord, we want to surrender this night to you. Lord, we want to surrender the worries and the fears of the day. And Lord, I'm asking you, dear God, that we will pray through Matthew 6, verse 34. Therefore, do not worry about tomorrow. For tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own. Father, that is so true. Your word is so true. So Lord, will you bring us in line with your word? And Lord, I pray that we will rest and sleep in John 3, 16. For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whosoever shall believe in him shall not perish, but have everlasting life. Father, we thank you that the love of God is over our lives. And Lord, as we pray out right now, Lord, as we stretch out right away to Bethlehem, Jerusalem, Lord, we pray right now, Lord, for every city, every tribe, every language, every culture.
Lord, I pray from the battles of life to the Passover table, from the Passover table, dear God, to the washing machine, to the spin dryer, dear God, to the scaffold, dear God, to the car, to the van, to the bus stop. Lord, whatever we are doing through this Passover time, Lord, as we come around the table, as we stand at the table of hope, Lord, we look at the four cups on the Passover table and we say, Lord, we thank you that Jesus went to the Garden of Gethsemane. And Lord, we thank you that Jesus picked up the third cup of redemption. And we thank you that Jesus said, Oh God, at the cross of Calvary, it is finished. But Lord, as we focus on this time together, Lord, as we lean into the Word, Father, I thank you that Jesus Christ held it in the Garden of Gethsemane. I thank you, Jesus, from the bottom of our heart that Jesus said, It is finished. But Lord, when he was in the garden, Holy Spirit, when he was in the garden, Jesus, when you was in the garden, Lord, it was
that 50-50 prayer. If it's possible, is there another way? Jesus said, if it's possible, take this cup from me. But the Spirit of the Lord carried him. The Spirit of the Lord will carry you through your garden. The Spirit of the Lord will get you through your Gethsemane. The Spirit of the Lord will get you through that trouble place. The Spirit of the Lord will carry you from the battlefield to the boardroom, from the boardroom to the Passover table. Don't you ever
give up. Father, I pray that we will release everything from us and we will hand it over. Lord, we want that release. Lord, we want release from worry, from fear, from doubt. And Lord, we want freedom in tomorrow. Because Lord, you are already in our tomorrow. Lord, bless the listeners from the crown of their head to the sole of their feet. May the rhythm of God and the Lion of Judah. And just remind yourself on this Passover time, He has risen. I'll catch you at the next prayer.
