Welcome to daily prayer. With myself, Reverend Ben Cooper, wherever you are in the world, thank you for making daily prayer a part of your life and a part of your rhythm of your day. Come on, let's jump straight into prayer because prayer is the key. We're coming out of Psalms 130, verse 5. This is the title of this prayer, Jesus. I wait for you and put my hope
in your word. Father, I love you. Oh God, I want to tell the world that I love Jesus. Lord, through this Passover time, Lord, as we come to the cross of Calvary, Jesus, will you strengthen us? Lord, help us to wait. Help us to be still and know that you are God. Lord, through this early prayer, through this early morning prayer, Father, we pray that we will feel the radiance and the love. Lord, if we are feeling uncertain, if we are worried about friends, situation, parents, Lord, whatever's going on in our lives, Lord, we need healing. Father, we pray that you will bless the children in our lives, the adults in our lives, the work colleagues in our lives. Father, whatever situation we're going through right now, Jesus, I'm learning to wait on you. And Lord, I thank you that we put our hope in your word. Lord, you are
the way, the truth, and the life. Lord, you tell us that no one comes to Father except through thee. But Lord, as we gather around the word right now, Lord, we thank you that prayer is easy and prayer is simple. Lord, the morning prayer, Lord, as we lay in bed, Lord, right now as we hit the alarm, Father, Lord, as we're getting ready for the rhythm of the day, whatever is coming down the track of life, Father, we thank you that prayer is just simple and it is conversation. So right now, Lord, as we have a conversation, Lord, I thank you that you are listening and you are speaking through your word. So Lord, I pray, Lord, that we will open up the scripture, Lord, that we will turn to the word of God and we will pray through right now, Lord. We believe in miracles. Lord, we seek the Father's heart. Lord, help us today. Whatever is going on, Father, in this early morning prayer, Lord Jesus, as I wait, as we wait, we place our hope fully in you. Father, sometimes it feels so difficult to surrender everything to you. But Lord, we are learning through the power of prayer, we are learning through the power of Scripture, we are learning through the power of hope and faith. Lord, that all things are possible to those who believe. And Lord, that you tell us that we have not because we ask
not. So right now, Lord, we're asking for healing. Lord, we're asking for miracles. We're asking for blessings. Lord, we uh strengthen us, Lord, as we look at the fuel pump. Lord, we've got to fill the van up today. Lord, we've got to put fuel in the car, Lord. We've got to get the children ready. Lord, we've got to buy the lunches. Lord, we've got to put food on the table. And Lord, we thank you that our God shall supply all of our needs according to thy riches in glory. And right now, through this early prayer together, as we lock in, Lord, we are trusting in God's timing. Lord, we are walking by faith. We believe in the hand of God. You are the great I am. You are Jehovah Jira, Jehovah
Nisi. And Lord, as we stretch out from London, as we pray all the way through Scotland, Ireland, and Wales, Lord, we are praying right now for peace through Jerusalem. We're praying at this Passover time. Lord, that the love of God will be around the Middle East. Lord, that there will be freedom in the Word of God. And Lord, we need breakthrough in our lives. But Lord, we believe in miracles. We believe in you. We believe in the scripture right now, Jesus, through this early prayer, from the battles to the trials, from the trials to the Passover table. Lord, as we break bread as we take in the cup, Lord, as we reflect on our lives at this early
prayer. Lord, before the sun rises, Lord, before we pull the curtains back on today, Lord, I pray that you will strengthen the listeners from the crown of their head to the sole of their feet. But Father, we eagerly search the Father's heart. Lord, we eagerly await the miracle working God. Father, we thank you that all things are possible to those who believe. So right now, we thank you that hope is certain. And through this morning, guiding prayer of devotional time together, I pray for whatever battles, whatever worries, whatever fears we go through, you will strengthen us. So Jesus, I wait for you and put my hope in your word. Wherever you are today, if you pull the curtains back on this morning, the Spirit of the Lord is with you. Don't ever give up. I'll catch you at the next prayer.
