Donny Stockburn:

In order of holiness.

Reverend Ben Cooper:

Yeah, you just go next door.

Donny Stockburn:

Okay, then can I just take you to the Christmas story is in Matthew two, verse nine to 11. Very short, about straight to the point, somebody that amazed me and most of the kids as well. Our Beloved, this is a remember the wise men, wise men, older Magi have just come from arid and an only way to find the king. It says when they heard the king, they departed. And behold, the star which said seen in the east, went before them till it came and stood over where the young child was. When I saw the star they rejoiced with exceedingly great joy. I love that word. And when they had come into the house, they saw the young child with marry his mother, and they fell down and worshiped him. And when I had opened their treasures, they presented gifts to Him. Gold, frankincense and myrrh pray to God was seen was seen that must have been anyone passing that little place where they were, would have seen that young mother and young father both pour sitting there with a new baby in their lap. Yeah, and a great star. Guys stars ever been seen just right over their heads there. And you would have looked in there and you would have seen three Magi who had been traveling for a long, long time. on their knees prostrate, worshipping this baby who could have made anything there was a scene that was a Yeah, it's a scene lost in our minds and and these Magi you know, they did. There was lots of Kings been preached the other day about been to Kings. But this king was so different. They knew this king was from heaven. I saw his star he had control over he could control the heavens. He knew where he'd come from. That's what difference Between cheese and any other king. He came from heaven. Lord, Wheaties, thank you for that truth, Lord, and as we come into Your presence that I, Lord, in the morning, this morning, Lord, just as those Magi did, Lord, we worship you. we've nailed down before you, Lord, and we haven't got any prisons, Lord, we got plenty of troubles and things to lay before you. We just lay it all down now right before you Lord. And we like those mega Magi. They know we know that you come from Evernote, we know that truth. You're not just a king, you're not just a great leader, you're not just a name. Like so many religions, wiser life and stuff. You came from heaven, you are God. And they know those Meghana. That's why they was on their knees prostrate. Lord, we lay down and all, we worship you like them, we praise You, Father, God, because you've revealed to us who you really are. And Lord, we just thank you for that true for truce, Lord, as we come before you. But we are no more able got this written down. God gave me about 330 in the morning. And we are no more able to save ourselves than Peter was that night, when he sank beneath the waves. And Jesus strong arm went down and lifted him up. Our Christian performance can't do it. Our faith can't do it. Even if it was as big as a mountain, nothing can do it. Nothing can save us. But this young baby, thank you. And we just sank for that truth. This is a truth that will set you free. That Christ is the only one who can save you. Your works, as good as they may be. Your faith as big as it may be, can't save you. This is the Savior that God sent for the whole world. The whole world was waiting for him a little bit just had him reveal to us this morning, Lord. And when I've when I've really swallowed this truth. That is not my works. Because they're going to fail. It's not my faith, because the flame of that goes down and it's almost non existent at times. None of those are my salvation. Only Christ, God provided the answer. And when you really realize that when you really get it in your spirit, then you're free, then you are set free indeed. And that's what Christ came to do. I just want to read you. My Christmas prayer is not my prayer. But I heard it from a street preacher. And it touched my heart. And I think this is the Christian message. He was a young man from the east like those Magi in a great big square. Hundreds of people milling around him. going about their Christmas stuff with little Jesus bowed down and a microphone on his arm. And this is what he shouted out. And this is the Christmas message. God so loved the world. Thank you, Jesus. Hadiya that's a star and God so loved the world. He said we all part of the world, the black, the white, the Asians, the Africans, the Americans, the British, whatever. The unemployed, the beggars, unite them. For God so loved them. He gave His only Son, so they shall not perish, but have eternal life. God loves you. Whether you're Muslim, which or naked, no matter what you did yesterday. As long as there is breath in us. You can call on the name of Jesus. God sent us His Son. It makes no difference. Whether you believe it or not. It will not change the fact that God loves you. God loves you. Amen. That's the Christmas message. Yes. Yes, Lord, to the whole earth. God loves you, whoever you are, wherever you are. God loves you so much. He doesn't want you to perish. He doesn't want you to die. So much is in love in his art, that He sent His Son and knows Magi was amongst the first to know that he was the son and he was from heaven, a Father God, now we know it. Lord, we've set us free from works from all acts of men, and all different attitudes and preachers and teachers. Look, this is the answer, that Christ loves you. Christ came in as well to Savior, God, Lord, we just thank you in Jesus name for this truth. Amen.

Reverend Ben Cooper:

Amen. Thank you, Lord, thank you, Jesus. You're worthy of all

Glenn Walsh:

praise stoma, that Christmas story they the Magi. Most probably were on a two year journey before they found the child Jesus. They were all praying in faith. They saw a sign they followed it. They came with gifts prepared. And Jesus says later on that everyone who's Six finds there they were seeking the Lord and they found him. Yeah, joy, joy and stone with a Christmas story in Luke one in 37 when Gabriel has been talking to Mary and Mary is absolutely saying, How can this be? And then in verse 37, Gabrielle says, For nothing is impossible with God. Yes. And Mary's response is a woman of faith, say woman, probably aged between 14 and 16. Yeah. And Mary said, Behold, I'm a servant of the Lord. Let it be to me, according to your word. Come on, Lord. Well, according to your slide, thank you, Lord, basically, your will be done. She in the culture she lived in, she could face in stone to death. Amen. For pregnancy outside of marriage, wow. She could be facing her beloved Joseph, sinner, and he would have done if it wasn't for God's intervention with a drink. She looked at her circumstances, she looked at everything. She looked at her reputation, put it all to one side and said, Lord, Your will be done. We need to do that. Don't we get farther that we stand in such turbulent days, not just in the world, but in the church. So many things going on now. been quoted earlier? From one Peter Five, Verse seven, Casting all your anxieties on Him because He cares for you. And then goes on to say, be sober minded. Be watchful, your adversary, the devil, prowls around like a roaring lion, looking for someone to devour. And then Jude, so I'm jumping around a bit, but in Jude, verse five, this is the ESV translation. Your one might sound a bit different, but it does translate this. Now I want to remind you, although you once fully knew it, that Jesus, your translation may say the Lord, but it also translates Jesus, He is the Lord, that Jesus who saved the people out of the land of Egypt, afterwards, destroyed those who did not believe God's nature is unchanging. We've been saved out of the world. We were wretched, blind, hopeless, dead, objects of God's wrath. There was nothing in ourselves that was redeemable, nothing redeemable. So Jesus took our place. Thank you far he took the entirety of our sinful wretched nature upon himself. And as caused us to be born again. were resurrected with him, women, new people, and now we're people of the word, just like Mary, according to your word. Let's not be feeling renewed yourselves. It's so applicable to the culture we're seeing in church. But on the go to June 17, read the rest of yourselves it is so applicable. But Jude 17. But you must remember beloved, the predictions of the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ. They said to in the last time there will be scoffers following that ungodly passions. It is these who cause divisions. It's not those who stand for the word that cause divisions. Were standing on the truth. It's the ones who are trying to change the word that caused divisions, worldly people, devoid of the Spirit, but you Beloved, remember, resist the devil. But you beloved, building yourselves up in your most holy faith, when you've done everything to stand Stanforth when you've done you yourselves, build yourselves up in the most holy faith, and praying in the Holy Spirit. Keep yourselves in the love of God, waiting for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ that leads to eternal life. Have mercy on those who doubt, save others by snatching them out of the fire and KJ so others show mercy with fear, hating even the garments stained by the flesh. Yet Jesus, we want to thank you that we are secure in you that nothing can separate us from your love. Amen. Our salvation is in you and you alone, every judgment we make, every decision we make, is made on a foundation that is corrupt by sin. Even a good deeds are like filthy rags. But you, Lord, the Holy One are the ransom. You're the money paid for us. And the life we live, we live by the faith of the Son of God. As Donnie said earlier, it's not according to our faith. Even that is from a flawed foundation. But it's your Fife living in us. Yeah, thank you. Thank you for your Holy Spirit. Thank you for your security and Lord, we will not turn from your word. Your Word is life. Your word says do not go beyond what is written. It's all in there. So Lord, we pray that you would send your Holy Spirit to open our eyes and take us deeper into your words. You're the one who inspired the truth. You're the one who marries it up with us. Yeah, and Lord, we do work out our salvation. We work it out. We don't work to get it but it's worked out in us through us because you are working as well. Where your holy temples. So though the world may scoff, though, some have come into the church, trying to perversely twist the word, we stand firm. And we say, as it is written in your word, let it be your will be done. Yes, Your kingdom come here on earth, as it is in heaven. And I want to thank you for your promise Jesus, you sent you would build your church. That's right far, and the gates of hell will not prevail. Yeah, the gates of the city was the weak place the most defended place of a city. And whenever an assailant attacked, they'd storm the gates and Jesus, you're storming the gates of hell, you came to destroy the works of the devil. And we thank you for the privilege of working with you here on the earth, who will void with you? Thank you, Jesus, we will vied with you in these turbulent days. Through your Holy Spirit, amen. And your anointing. Yes, Lord,

Reverend Ben Cooper:

amen. Amen. Ephesians Ephesians chapter two, verses eight through tonight. And if you have a Bible, please turn, please turn you know, for it is by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not from yourselves, thank you, Jesus, that this is not down to me. Because Lord, if my salvation was down to me, Lord, I'd be, I'd be in serious trouble. But Lord, it is a gift. Salvation is a gift, and it has been given before the creation of the wall before the foundation of the structure of humanity. You know, when you look at the text, you know, we are saved, you are saved. I find this absolutely fascinating in prayer that there are many across this globe at this moment that will call themselves an atheist, but in God's timeline, they will they will realize that he is a holy God. It is not my lips that saved me it is not my heart that saved me because my heart is corrupt the script to make that very clear, there is corruption upon the flesh, and we cannot dodge that we cannot dive away from that. But it is for the power of the Holy Spirit and for the power of the gift of salvation. Ephesians two, verse eight through to nine. And it also mentions in the Good Book very clearly that no man has the power or the capabilities of choosing the holy God. God has done all the work. Christ has done everything at the cross a Calvary. So however you feel about yourself and however run down you are pulling yourselves about and pushing yourself all over the place. There's one thing for sure, you are saved. Yes, you are saved, not because your lips decided not because you decided to step into a denomination or a church one day, you are saved because of the Word of God. Ephesians two verses eight through 294. It is by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not from your selves. It is a gift of God. Amen. I love verse nine, because this flattens every minister. This knocks us out the ballpark. Not by works. Thank God, not by works not by the amount of times I've preached not by the amount of times, it's got nothing to do with how many times we clocking in and out of the building. This has nothing to do with not by work so that no one can boast. Amen. Amen. Let's get on that one. Let's have a look at that a minute in Ephesians chapter two verse eight through 294 is by grace you've been saved through faith. And this is not from yourselves. This is a gift of God, not by works. Well, well, well, Jesus, I love you, Lord, because I cannot work my way through. I cannot sermonize my way through. I could lay in the building 1000 years. I could work and try and get my way through. It's not it's not about works. ministers, pastors leaders, bishops, deacons, religious ones. We can't work out we can't work our way through. Yes, it says work out your salvation with fear and trembling. But that is completely different. Come on church leaders across the world when not greater than anyone else. We just men and women of the kingdom of God, which is children, the living God district, all the labels back and what are we, where men and women strip all labels back and what are we We're Frau, we're human beings. You know, strip the labels back this morning. You might be the greatest pastor on planet Earth, but you certainly can't work your way in the kingdom of God. You might be the greatest preacher, but you can't preach your way in. Because you've been called in. You've been called in. It's not by works. It's not by works. I love it. I love it. What a what a release valve for me to know that freedom, freedom as our brother Donnie said, I'm going to read it again. Ephesians chapter two, verse eight through tonight, and then he's going to come in, I can tell he's got a text ready to burst. For is by grace, you have been saved through faith. And this is not from yourselves. Church leaders. No, man. Don't keep begging yourselves up. Brothers and sisters. It's not about academia. It's not about how big the church is. It's not about the mega church. It's not about the small parish church, it's got nothing to do with numbers is nothing do bums on seats, is nothing to do with that whatsoever. It doesn't matter how great your church office is. It doesn't matter how great the worship band is, it doesn't matter because none of that that is all insignificant in the kingdom of God. As the book of Ecclesiastes says, Everything is meaning less. What is the point of certain things? So now we look at religion, religion, religion, is about works is about looking good. Conversations. But the kingdom of God welcomes everybody in the kingdom of God draws Donnie ready out John 316 For God so loved the world that whosoever that's the message. Yeah. Who so ever. Beautiful.

Glenn Walsh:

The temple curtain was torn into torn religion puts a gate up in between it it religion, I'm going to jump him instead of endale in jumping after me. But what Ben just said, so true. It's not just one verse EVO, Romans nine, verse 16.

Reverend Ben Cooper:

Let's all turn they're less all turn. Come on.

Glenn Walsh:

You're gonna love this. So then it depends not on human will or exertion. The NIV will say, effort or desire. It does not depend on human will for exertion works, but oh God, who Faisal mercy. Thank you do we saved purely by the mercy of God? Yes. He's had mercy on us. Yeah, we didn't deserve this. never will. He saved me said mercy if he can do for me. What a Christmas gift. Yes, is one and only son. Yes. Amen. Thank you, Jesus. Lord, I want to thank you that it's not down to us. I would have blown it from day one. And then again on day two. So your years of walking with you and even now, Lord, never be worthy. Never. Thank you, Jesus. But I want to thank you, Lord, from the day I said, Jesus, you heard me, for everyone who calls him the name of the Lord will be saved. Well, you put that desire, I cried out who are you God? And then you said, Jesus, You are my Lord, my Savior, my best friend and your banner over me. It's the love that's unchanging. And that's for every believer. Can I want to thank you that we haven't got religion? Amen. Not at all. religion of Christianity cannot save you know in Him. God, sunnah is what saves

Reverend Ben Cooper:

you Pastor can't save. Yeah, not at all.

Glenn Walsh:

Jesus. Too many. He will say away from me. I never know you. Yeah. And they will say then we do miracles in your name, and we prophesy in your name. Didn't we? Go to church every week? And he says away from me, I never know you. This is eternal life that we may know God and Jesus Christ whom He sent. Do you know? Do you know Him as your Savior? Do you know Him as your Lord? He stands at the door knocks and he says whosoever opens the door, I will enter in and dine with him. So Lord, I pray if there's anyone listening today, who has been flirting with the religion of Christianity who's been reading your word, your promise is everyone who says Jesus saved me. You'll enter in and save them. Again like those made giant who sought you who went seeking for you found you here, they knew what a place they found you, in Bethlehem, not even a city, a village outside the city. And there you were. Lord, I pray that everyone today who says Jesus come into my life will experience the fullness of your entering in by your Holy Spirit. Thank you, Jesus, for that security we have all through Your Word as follows. And the height of Revelation, The Word became flesh and dwelt among us. God incarnate through His Son. Thank you, Jesus. Thank You,

Reverend Ben Cooper:

Jesus. Yeah. Holy Spirit. Thank you, father.

Andy Hammond:

I can remember when Billy Graham came to England on one of these missions in 1989. And my wife Margaret, and I got involved in, in the mission and one of the verses that we had to learn to be part of the team was Ephesians, two, eight and nine. And it's by grace that you're saved, not through works on what's all about I was I was given a definition of grace, at that time, and I've always stuck in my memory that grace is undeserved favor. Yeah, um, deserve a favor from God. And that's always been with me, that is, by Grace certainly been saved. And there's a verse in Hebrews that I've had open for a little while. Hebrews 10, verse 11, and the writer of Hebrews talks about day after day, every priest stands and performs his religious duties. Again, and again, he offers the same sacrifices, which can never take away your sense of Thank you, when this place had offered for all time, one sacrifices since Yeah, he sat down at the right hand of God, God. And since that time, he waits for his enemies to be made his footstool. And of course, that priest is referred to as Jesus. And the fact is, the Levitical. Priests always stands because his job was never finished. And when Jesus came, He made one sacrifice and what did he do? He sits down, sat down, because his job was finished. He wants some cool, thank you, Joe. And he is the only way. He is the only way. And so I just want to ask you, Holy Spirit to come and be with each one of us now, Stuart, we want you to come in power. We want you to bring your revival, core people to yourself, yeah. We want you to bring healing, healing to body, mind and spirit. Amen. And people are anxious to died. And John 14, one says, Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God, believe also in Me. So Jesus saying there to His disciples, don't let your hearts be troubled. There's a lot of anxiety around at the moment. A lot of confusion. People don't know what's going to happen. This is Christmas. But one thing I do know is that Jesus is steadfast. Oh, man, he is sure Yeah. As it says in Hebrew, sure, and steadfast he was doing. Thank you, Jesus. So we thank you for Jesus that we can always rely upon you that you will always there that you never leave us. You're always there to support us to come and speak to us. If you don't know what it's like to have Jesus speak to you just sit down and read the Bible. Read through Scripture. Yeah. Just tone it and open it and just read it even if you don't understand it. Just read it and take it in. And then ask God to speak to you. Ask God to speak to you. Here drop words and thoughts into your mind. That's the beauty of having a relationship with Jesus. And if you've never made that commitment to follow him, Now is the day Some days Yes, yeah. Now is the day. Even cold? What? What a great time to do that? Forget what the date is 23rd Isn't it?

Reverend Ben Cooper:

I got a clue. I think there

Andy Hammond:

were a couple of days from Chris Christmas when we celebrate the birth of the Savior of the world. Yes, the saver is not a happy, festive time. It's happy Christ Thomas. That's what we need to say. That's what we need to put into Christmas. Is Christ. Thank you. Christ is Christmas. Yeah. And that's who we celebrate. He's the King of glory. You'll get people who will say that, Oh, well, he wasn't born at this time. So what? We actually celebrate the birth of Christ, the Savior of the world. And he's my savior.

Reverend Ben Cooper:

And mine. And yours

Andy Hammond:

my Savior. And he's, I can guarantee anyone who's thinking about asking Jesus to be the Savior. He never is never left me in

Reverend Ben Cooper:

1000 years, yeah.

Andy Hammond:

I didn't want to give him more time. But he's been with me for decades. And he's never left me. He's got me out of real difficult situations. He says, he's a Savior. And he saves all kinds of things. So I just want to say today, Jesus, thank you for loving me. Yeah,

Reverend Ben Cooper:

I think we're all in agreement with ending.

Andy Hammond:

I love you. Yeah. Thank you for loving me. Thank you for dying for me, glory. Thank you for that resurrection power that you give to each one of us. Yes. So more of you. We want Jesus we want the world to know about you. We want our communities to know about you. Yeah, we want our homes this Christmas, to be one of peace. Anxiety be gone in the name of Jesus, amen. We want our homes to be places of love. where families can gather together and follow we ask you now to repair relationships in families, repair. You may have someone you've never spoken to in months, or even years, I would just say now, get on the telephone. Give them a call and say, how are you? How are you doing? Sorry, I haven't been in touch. Have a blessed Christmas.

Reverend Ben Cooper:

Alright, thank you, Jay.

Andy Hammond:

Thank you for what you're doing. Man, thank you for what you're doing in our communities now. We asked you, Holy Spirit more come empower. We want you to come like a mighty river flow through flow through the high streets of our towns and villages. So that the world will know that you are king. Yeah, you are king.

Reverend Ben Cooper:

Thank you. Keep your eyes on Jesus. Hebrews chapter 12, verse two, fix your eyes on Jesus, the pioneer in the Perfecter sorry, of your faith. Come on, church, come on brothers and sisters. Let's really rejoice this morning that we come around the table. We are saved by works, not by selves not by academics were not saved because of science were not saved because of a great thinking. We are saved because of unconditional love of the father to his children. And he sent his one and only son and his name is Jesus. He is alive. He is building his church. He is building his church and the gates of hell shall not prevail. It doesn't matter what what the the governments around the world want to try and do to church. Nothing can stop the kingdom of God there is power in the name of Jesus there is power in the name. You are named carriers just as Mary was carrying the word as she was given. That word you're going to carry child and his name shall be Emmanuel, God with us and the Word became flesh he carried word you are carrying word today because the scripture says greater is He that is in me then he that is in the world. We are carrying the holy glory. You know we are a God is in us. God is around Does God it's for us. If God is for us, who can be against us that great text and Romans, If God is for us who can be against us, you know, we are living in beautiful and powerful times because the Scripture is so perfect is time. The world is only acting out what the Scripture tells us. It's not the other way around. The government's not doing what they want to do. The government's are not doing what they think that is right in their in their own eyes, as it says in the book of Judges. That's a very interesting text. Actually, at the end of judges, it says each man is doing what he sees fit right in his own eyes. And that's what we have at this moment. There because there is no king it says there is no king in Israel, but the King of kings, the Lord of lords is with us. The governments around the world are doing what they are doing not because they have decided to do that. But because the Bible is telling us what to expect in the last hour. What to expect at the rapture, what to expect at the end of time what to expect. As time increases to the Return of the King of Glory, the world is in full control of Christ. It looks like the world is out of control. But the world is in control because He is in control. There is nothing out of control. That is in him because he is he is time. He is space time and matter he is everything. He is the great I Am everything is running smoothly, according to the Word of God. Yeah, there is nothing outside of his framework, there is nothing outside of his spoken word. There is nothing outside of Christ, even the base that they've plunked outside of the EU headquarters and over there that that statue that we see, that's not taken God by surprised he created those that can't have that he knew when that was going to be carved, he knew when it was going to be placed in position, He created everything to do with that, because it is written about very clearly. So when you look at all this stuff, there is nothing, nothing on an in and around before time, or before time existed, there is nothing outside of his plan. The world is just doing what he has told us it will do until His Return. If you are a child of the living God, you should be jumping up and down on your bed. Right? If you're a child of the living God, you should be doing handstands and cartwheels down the street. If you are a child of the living God, you should be absolutely shouting out the name of Jesus. Because you are not lost. You are found. Yeah, you are not downtrodden. You will rise on wings as of eagles. You are a child of the living God you are blessed and highly favored. You are wonderfully and fearfully made. Do you find this interesting right now that as we are in this live stream service, there are many across the globe that don't know Jesus in the physical but God created them. And he has already saved them for the workers across the Calvary. And they don't know Jesus. Yeah. They think he's a football player. Yeah, they've got a clue they don't know who live in Christ is. But there is coming a time in their life like Saul, Saul, why do you persecute me when they will be taken off their horse, and they will hit the ground. And God will meet with them not because he has wait until that point because He created them before the foundation of the world. But what will happen is their physical body and their mind will go God is real. Isn't it fascinating that this year at this moment, people right now the shopping that are getting on with life that that don't even think about God don't even think about church, their time is coming when their natural earth so we'll realize he is real.

Glenn Walsh:

He's got sovereignty. Again, Romans nine doesn't depend on man's effort or desire. It goes on his 17 to say for the scripture says to Pharaoh, to Pharaoh to Pharaoh, the Scriptures says to Pharaoh for this very purpose. I have raised you up that I might show my power in you. And then by name might be claimed in all the earth. Yeah, God put Pharaoh in position. Beautiful and again, back to Ephesians. So it's by grace, you've been saved. You've got to read one to seven. Come on, because you might be thinking it's all right for you. You holy Joe's, you righteous people. You don't know us. I'm sure you don't know what we were. But this is verse one. Ephesians two verse one, and you were dead in your trespasses and sins in which you are swapped. Following the course of this world, Ben's been talking about the ways of the world, following the prints of the power of the air, the spirit that is now at work in the sons of disobedience, amongst whom we all once lived, a man in the passions of our flesh, coming out the desires of the body and mind. And we're by nature, all of us object. Children are objects of love, like the rest of mankind. But God, being rich in mercy, being rich in mercy, God, it doesn't just have mercy, God's being his mercy. Elsewhere in Scripture, it says, He delights to have mercy. Yes, Mercy triumphs over judgment, because of the great love with which He loves us the great love, even when we were dead in our trespasses, as pain saying this, those out there who are dead, don't know him yet. But they're gonna meet him. They're on their way, even when we were dead in our trespasses, he made us alive together with Christ, and by grace, you've been saved, and raised up with Him, and seated with Him, in heavenly places in Christ Jesus, and what gospel?

Donny Stockburn:

What gospel can go not just pushing a little bit? I like this. This thing about works, especially for pastors and Christians who are active, normally active in these days, we're going to blow out many, many times we're going to fail. Yes, we are. And this is especially for you to those who have blown out those who are worn out those who are giving up feeling worn out and blown out. This word is to get you out of prison. That's where your reading, if you if you're not in Christ yellow if you don't believe fully that the work of Christ is enough to get you into heaven. And Lord, and it's that and that alone. So works and all those things when you fail. When you blow out. Jesus knows all about those things. You just put them away and just swallow the truth. Yeah, that Christ has done it all. Your salvation does not depend upon your performance award. And I can look at my own life right now and see so many times when I've fell short of what I feel I ought to be doing as a Christian, and my my salvation will never, ever come into doubt. I will be in evidence shows I'm sitting in this seat here now. And each one of us in this room, it does not depend upon your words. So cheer up and get rid of that lie. It's nothing to do with works. Nothing to do with our faith. Yeah, completely to do with this child that was born on Christmas morning, God sent a savior to do what we could never do. So Lord, I just pray this prayer over everyone, Lord, who's suffering that little thing about works, Lord, get rid of a lord and put your son in there, where we belongs our players in Jesus name. Amen.

Reverend Ben Cooper:

Amen. Amen. We're coming to the table. Time is is Reparatur. Time is escaping. You know, we thank God that you're joining us online this morning. And we're just going to come to that place and Don will lead us breaking bread. And Andy will will lead us also into the cup. But you know what, we don't need a priest to tell us. We don't need the bishop to bless the old communion doing because it's already done. It's already done across. You're worthy, you are worthy. If you want to scaffold right now you're worthy. If you're in a van, wherever, wherever you are, you are worthy. You are worthy, not because of you, but because of who's in you. You know, we're saved by grace. Yeah, we don't deserve it down whether you like it or not, you are saved. You can fire him you can run. You can do a Jonah you can do whatever you want to do. But let me tell you something. You can run but you can't hide. I've tried it. Tried everything in the past. But he loves you so much. He loves you so much. Yeah. He's in he's before you run. He's to your left his to your right. He's your northeast yourself, your West. He is your everything and his arms around you today. We're going to come to the table. We're going to come to a beautiful place. We're going to come to this time of rest as brothers together in this room and sisters and brothers on the other side of the mics wherever you are you You are saved. This you are saved. Done. God bless you my friend.

Donny Stockburn:

Okay, we come to the table now Lord and Lord, and we're centering on the one who saves the floor, the one who made a way for us to get into heaven. And I just want to read you quickly, the rest of this little sermon that this young man preached in this in that square that I told you about in the beginning, just a few more details of radon. And we take the burden, he says, This is what he said, walking around that square that morning, with his microphone, God has sent him as surely as his son, John the Baptist. And he says this out loud. Jesus loves you. It's never too late to call on Jesus. Never too late to get right with God, the blood of Jesus has been shed. Now it's up to you to take it in, or to leave it. Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved. Thank by the grace of God, he can put you back together. That's familiar. To all of us in here. It doesn't matter what you've done. The best news you there can be is that you can be saved. I'm going to finish it right now. The best news they can be is that you can be saved. Yes, you can be saved about who you are, no matter where you are, no matter what you've done yesterday, you can be saved. The blood of Jesus has done it for us, Lord, we just take this, this bread and as a symbol of the body that was given to you to live a life on this earth that was broken, to make this true, Lord, that we can be saved. In Jesus loving Thank You, Lord. Amen.

Reverend Ben Cooper:

Amen. Thank you, father. Thank you, Jesus. Thank You, Holy Spirit. Amen. Yes, Lord. Your presence, Lord is fullness. Thank you, Father.

Andy Hammond:

And Father, before we take the blood. I think Scripture says it all. I'll say nothing else. But yeah, these words from Hebrews 10. And my Bible says, is a call to persevere. And I think that's so relevant to all of us these difficult times, isn't it? Therefore brothers, since we have confidence to end to the Most Holy Place by the blood of Jesus, and by a new living way, opened up for us through the curtain, that is his body. And since we have a great high priest over the house of God, that a straw near to God with a sincere heart, in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled to cleanse us from a guilty conscience, and having our bodies washed with pure water. Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess. for He who promised is faithful Amen. And let us consider how we may spur one another on towards love and good deeds. Let us not give up meeting together. That's kind of relevant today, isn't it? Oh, yeah. Some are in the habit of doing Yeah, let us encourage one another. And all the more as you see the day approaching. So, Father, we thank you for that supreme sacrifice. And we remember that now by drinking in to honor your name, amen.

Reverend Ben Cooper:

Amen. Thank you, Jesus. Thank You, Lord. Wherever you are today, on this earth always is well in the name of Jesus. All is well. Thank you so much. May God bless you and strengthen you as we just take these moments just to just to be still and know that he's God us as God has been speaking to you today. And to ask today as God has been just continually working in our lives. He is the same yesterday today and forevermore. His word is sharpen the double edged sword. And we're just gonna have a few moments. We got a couple of minutes left just before if any of my brothers have got prayer or word from God or something on their heart they want to share. I would just like to say thank you to everybody this year that's been online with us all the way through and the year back as well. You know, as we've been doing this for such a long time now. We thank you so much. We know that you are saved. We know that you are blessed because you are children of a living God. And I pray that you We'll find rest over this Christmas period, I pray that you all find a place for your heart, just to be still in Christ, and God will continue to reveal his love to you. So we thank you for joining us this year. And we will see you in about a week's time. Please just remember, there are no live streaming services next week whatsoever. So the last online streaming service will be Boxing Day morning, Sunday morning, as normal, and then we will catch you again the following Sunday. And then after that, we will be back pressing in as we always do. So may God bless you and strengthen you. And Andy just is going to take us out I hope he's not literally going to take us out where you got their own day.

Andy Hammond:

I just want to pray for healing for folks. There's one or two of come online there. And cancer is something that's raised its head again. So Father, we just pray against cancer. We pray Father God, that you will intervene in the lives of all those who have been mentioned online, that you will bring your presence close by that the cancer will go in the powerful name of Jesus, amen, that you will be their piece that you will be their friend and Savior. And for those who want a copy of God's word. I've got copies here that just as upset every week. Now you can text in or send an email to email him. And we're going to copy to you. But I just want to say thanks to all key workers at the moment. And good news for everyone. I've actually published a testament for key workers. And if you're a key worker listening, today, I've got one just for you. It's a nice blue color and therefore key worker on the front. And if you are key work on this one, there is no
