We're going to go straight in in about 35 minutes we will have breaking bread and we'll have some communion together. But I am in Psalm 23. I have Psalm 23 opened before my very eyes this morning. And I just want to bring something to the table and to the mics this morning. I pray that wherever you are, I pray that God will strengthen you. I believe that there are many of us and I'm going to bring me into this walking through a dark path at the moment not because not because we are dabbling in cultic activity. Let's clear this one up. But because the atmosphere that is around the things that are going on in the world, Donnie made a very interesting point where he was talking this morning about when Paul was on that vessel for 15 days of no no no activity from heaven above. And do you know what I feel the same today? Do you ever feel abandoned? Do you ever feel Do you ever feel abandoned? Do you ever feel oh Lord, what's going on? But I want to let you know. He says he will not leave us as orphans. We our children are living God. And we're on our walk for Psalm 23 Verse one The Lord is my shepherd I shall not want. He makes me lie down in green pastures he leaves me beside still waters He restores my soul. He leads me in paths of righteousness for his namesake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death. I will fear no evil for thou with me that I wrote a nice staff you comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You are not my head with oil. My cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life and I will be in the house of the Lord forever. Sisters and Brothers podcasters around the world listeners wherever you are today. Do you feel that you're in a valley? Do you feel that you are in a valley of despair? It's okay cuz I'm walking with you. I'm in that valley. I'm on this hike, come on a ramble. And it feels you know sometimes we're weighed down with so much stuff in our rucksacks we just feel exhausted and feel tired. But have you ever ever also noticed that you can be physically feeling okay, but spiritually you just feel a bit battered? You know, you can identify there's almost two of us if you know what I mean, without going too deep into that sort of a subject but I just pray that wherever you are today, God will strengthen you. Yes. And he will get you through because you're just walking through the valley. We are just walking through. It's very quiet at the moment. I would say the atmosphere is very quiet. And I'm referring to what is happening there. There is a lot of noise from the world. There is a lot of razzmatazz, there is a lot of drama. There is a lot of spiritual hype in church. There is a lot of things happening across the globe. But it feels to me filled that we're in in a stillness in a stillness from I will just use this life From the voice of God, it feels very still. And it can almost feel very nervous. It can almost feel like it's putting you on edge a little bit, you feel very nervous, because everything feels very quiet. And when when when we feel very quiet spiritually, and because there are so many people out there saying that God's talking to him every second of the day, they're actually hearing. And they're almost like, living upstairs if you know what I mean. And then suddenly, we have things going on in our lives. And it feels like there's the opposite. Like, you know, when you've got issues in families, you've got issues with marriages, you've got issues with children, you've got pressure with work, you've got ministry issues, you've got problem in church, you've got all the problems breaking out. And then you look, you click online and you've got someone, you're looking at someone that's just literally got their postcode upstairs, they're upstairs all day long with him. And you think to yourself, why may god why am I not hearing? Why is it seems to be so quiet? Well, I really believe that there are a lot of false prophets out there at the moment. And if you feel that you are in a very quiet position from the voice of God, we've got to remember God has already spoken, God has spoken through His Word. So we've got the word. We've got the we've got the word before our very eyes, we have the word within us. So we have the voice, and we have the word of God. So wherever you may be, we have the word, but I rebuilt I believe with all my heart at this moment, this is taken every ounce of faith that we got, just to keep still or not almost enter into panic mode, taken. And it says in verse four of Psalm 23, a very famous Psalm, very, very powerful, Psalm two six verses. But in verse four, it says, yea though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for You are with me, you're running your staff, they comfort me very well use the word classic, very classic Psalm, a very powerful Psalm Assam that's read out at so many different places and, and I really believe the pages of the text were turned over from, from myself by heaven above today, and I do believe God has guided us into this text. And if you are in a valley, if you are in a storm, if you are in a battle, hold on, just keep on you know, God is with us. Power of the Holy Spirit is with you. You are saved, I am saved, we are washed in the blood of Jesus, the power of the Holy Spirit is with you. It doesn't matter how exhausted you feel in your physical God will strengthen you. We're going to pray for strength that I'm sure we all gather and pray for strength law, we need strength in our physical bodies. We need strength Lord, not to do our will But father just to get out of bed in the morning. Spirit of the Living God we pray right now Lord, that father any of us that feel exhausted, anyone that feels tired, anyone that feels washed out anyone father that is just suffering from nerves, anyone that is in a panic mode, we pray today, Lord, that panic, tiredness, fear will disappear at the name of Jesus and Father, we pray, Lord, that you will strengthen us, Lord, as your scripture says, when I am weak, then you are strong, Lord, I'm strong because you're with me not because of my physical. So Father, we are not praying, Father for physical strength so that we can go and do our own will. What we're praying for Lord is that you will just take the tightness away. You will take the weariness away from our bones, Lord, that you will take any Panic Away from anyone this morning. And Lord, that you will come Lord in your fullness and strengthen the saints today. Father, we thank You, Lord, that you are not restricted by any building. Law. We thank you that you are not restricted by any government. We thank You, Lord, that you're not restricted by any preacher or teacher. Lord, You are the King of glory and your voice and your word is power them. So today, Lord, we thank you for Psalm 23. We thank you for the six verses. Because Lord, You are our shepherd, we are not in want in the name of Jesus. Lord, you're making us lie down in green pastures. Father, you're leading us beside the stillness of fresh waters. Lord, you're restoring. You tell us very clearly, in verse three, that he restores our soul. He leads me beside quiet path. Father, Come Holy Spirit. We need a new path. Lord, we need a new beginning. Think of that word this morning, new beginnings. Come on. Holy Spirit. Thank you, Jesus. Thank you, Father. Lord, we worship you. We praise you this morning God, we pray for an outpouring of your Spirit, Lord, that you will take away tiredness and worry, you will take away doubt and fear Lord, that father you have strengthened us today, Lord, Father, we are not going in our own physical strength. We are not doing our own will, but the will of the Father. And Lord, I believe you just drop this into my heart this morning and I'm praying for anyone that feels a bit protocol this morning. That you feel like the prodigal son Do you feel like a bit like a prodigal daughter? Do you feel that you've just been You just left you've just even just exited everything and you feel so empty. You feel like you are just skin with nothing inside the skin just feels so empty. You feel lost in the emptiness you feel worried in the emptiness, you're questioning absolutely everything. God is with you. God is stripping you back. God is God is dealing with issues in my life in your life. God is guiding us, God is strengthening us. But that let's pray this prayer together. Can we be bold this morning, and say, Lord, I want to be stripped back on my own strength. I want to be stripped back on my own strength from my physical. I want to be stripped back of anticipation. I want to be stripped back Lord of my own plans. And Lord, I want to be completely in your will. Lord, I know I'm in your world, but Lord, my head and my my eyes and my body needs to come in line with my heart because I'm hungry for Jesus. And Lord, it can only be Jesus Father, I found just have let you down, Lord, if I've sinned in any way, shape or form. Thank you for the power of redemption. I thank you for the power of salvation. Lord, if any of us are called Father God in addictions, any of us a call in areas of life Lord that need dealing with Father I deal with that today. But Lord as we gather around the mic, and as we gather for prayer today, Lord, we thank you that there is power in the name of Jesus. And Lord, we are expecting miracles because you are a miracle working God. So Father as we pray through as we rest as we be still. And as we understand that you are God you are king, Lord, we focus on Psalm 23. The Lord is my shepherd I shall not want. He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside still waters. He restores my soul. God is restoring your soul today. God is restoring your innermost being God is God is in the business, let's say of restoration. He resurrects stuff that is dead. Lazarus. He bought Christ back to life. He breathed in the lungs he He has power to bring and to speak to rigor mortis and rigor mortis has to move at the name of Jesus. Do you feel dead this morning? Let's put it pretty blunt. Do you feel absolutely dead within yourself? You're struggling to move your bones are aching. Fear might be on you, but you are a child of the living God and God is guiding you. God is working in your life. The Holy Spirit is bringing to you to a place of peace. But there is a wrestle there is a wrestle within yourself. You are wrestling yourself you feel empty you feel weary. Just stretch out to Christ. He restores my soul. He leads me in paths of righteousness for his namesake. Yea though I walk through Come on, let's say that together verse pour of Psalm 23. Though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil. In the Gospel of John it says perfect love casts out all fear. The love of God casts out all fear. So what is happening to me right now, Lord, why am I panicking? Why am I fearful? God is driving that out is it and it has been given the exit door. Fear is going at the name of Jesus. Father, we we ask You, Lord, that fear will be driven out because your scripture says, perfect love drives out fear. So this morning, Lord, we need the perfect love of the Father that your love is perfect. And Lord, I pray, Lord, that you will wrap your arms as you already have around all those that feel in a very practical mode. All those that feel in a panic mode, all those that are feeling empty, weary and tired that Lord this Wednesday morning, this first Wednesday, Lord, you will strengthen us in the mighty name of Jesus Come Holy Spirit. Lord, we believe in miracles. We believe in your word. Father, we need strength from within. We're tired of religion. We're tired of pastors, we're tied to leaders. I'm tired of myself, Lord, Come Holy Spirit. We need a strengthening from our God. We need a great awakening Lord, in our innermost being we need the guidance of our our Lord and our God. Thank you that there is power in the name of Jesus, our sisters and our brothers, listening to this podcast. Our sisters, our brothers joining us online this morning. We thank you that you are in their lives. In the name of Jesus, we thank you that you're in their workspace today. We thank You, Lord, that you're in their home that you are strengthening. But Lord, as we walk through the valley today, Lord, we are in no fear in the name of Jesus. Because thy rod is with us. Your staff encompasses your Word gives us strength. Look at verse five. You prepare a table before it's in the presence of our enemies. You are nodding my head with oil. My cup runneth over. I just want to tell you this morning your cup runneth over. Your cup runneth over, even though that you feel Just like Jacobs well remember what the text says about Jacobs? Well, he is not much coming out of Jacob, the world is quite dry. It's hard work, you know. And Christ said to that woman at that, well, he said, Why are you trying to pull water from a world that's drying up? And he says, I am living water. God is the living water, the king is the living water. And let's remind ourselves what the Scripture says, Out of my belly shall flow rivers of living water, you are loaded with word you are, you are blessed and highly favored. You are a child of the living God, you are a son, and you are a daughter, and God is with you. We can't rely on what our physical is telling us you are children of the living God. God loves you, God loves you, you are blessed and highly favored. You are you are you are you are blessed. I just got to, I'm trying to encourage this morning, even though your body is going through a valley experience. It has to happen for I know the plans I have for you declares the Lord. Jeremiah 29, verse 11, through two verse 13. He's calling you, he's calling me. God is dealing with me. God is God is dealing with me, the Holy Spirit is dealing with me. The Holy Spirit is dealing with you in your situations. And it feels quite foreign, doesn't it? It feels quite unreal, that there are things happening that we never thought that would happen to us. Hold on to God's word. Wherever you are this morning. However you catch this live stream service, maybe a week down the line for the podcast, or you're live with us at this moment. Never give up, never let your mind control you. Never let Never let your senses control. You never let your anticipation tell you what's going to happen because you are children of faith. You are God's children, you are of righteousness, you are in the plan. God loves you unconditionally. And I pray that the love of God will just be wrapped around you as it always is. And it always will. Because nothing can separate you nothing. Look in the book of Romans, nothing can separate. Nothing. Our feelings cannot separate us. Our attitude cannot separate us. Our anger, nothing can separate us from the love of God, because He saved us. And he loves us. Look at that beautiful scripture in John 316. For God so loved the world. We're in and he and Don, they're gonna they're gonna press on. And they got some scripture that Welcome this morning, wherever you are today. Remember, some 23 year old you're walking through, you're walking through life. You're walking through the minefield of the junk that's coming out of certain departments. You're you feel that we're living in a skip, you know, and it just feels carnage at the moment. New new rules, regulations, policies are coming out. They say something in the morning and it changes in the afternoon. You know, and what we need, we need spiritual guidance. We need spiritual guidance. Because there is a plague out there. There is there is a plague out there. You know, there is there is a strong plague out there and we got to hold tight to God's word. And whether you're in lockdown whether you're in isolation, just remember that Paul, Paul spent a lot of his time in lockdown. Paul spent a lot of his time in, in in handcuffs. He was he was incarcerated he he spent a lot of time being locked down. God still spoke to him. God used him and he's locked down moments. And I I believe God is speaking to you and your lockdown moment and it feels foreign. It feels strange. It feels very different. It feels very different. But praise be to God. You are saved. You are blood washed. You are a child of the living God. God bless you. God bless you. And only We're in. We're off.

Donny Stockburn:

Yeah, yeah. Can I just share something with you this leads up to a piece of scripture God gave me over the Christmas holidays. And I think Ben must be a mind reader. Because what I've written down here is just set it nearly all of it. But it was a time when just before Christmas. I've believed that God asked me to do something in the church life that I've never ever, ever been able to do. Or go out in the streets and stuff like that. But there's one thing I couldn't do. And he asked me I felt he asked it with me and are sort of plunged into this darkness this battle filled and down there I was I felt trapped. I couldn't go forward and do what he asked. And I couldn't I didn't want to come out of the church but I thought about just about everything like Peter did when he failed Jesus or just wanted to go fishing or or do something and get out away or pride, a pride and pride of a wept. Acquired I asked God Lord, get me out of this. I don't know what I'm gonna do about. It went on and on and on lot Voicu Ben spoke about, of Paul 1415 days, went on in June couldn't pray, pray or read in the Scripture was like, peas going off a tank, it just never get through. But I kept doing it anyway. And then suddenly, one day, after a long time, 14 days, I had this word come to my mind while I was praying. And it said kindness, just just that just kindness. And I thought about kindness. Yeah, I always thought could make kindness, kindness, don't need anything new don't need any qualities, to get help kindness don't need a reason. It just always does kind things. It cannot turn away. Like, like the Good Samaritan. Jesus was a good Samaritan. He just could not walk past someone who needed help. And that's what kindness is. And it would pick me up kindness will pick me up and help me and, and, and get me out of this trap that I felt I was in. There was no way out for me. And that kindness was really appealing to me. And after that, I've just bleached down from a Bible to have another look first if I could get somebody into my system that would help me out of this situation. And I looked down in the Bible as I've picked it up, almost fell open, get this page and my eyes went not to the poll pie. So went straight down to this word, I'm gonna read it to you. So as I have 54 and his first 10 And it says this, For the mountains shall depart
