Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper
Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper is a global daily prayer and teaching podcast rooted in the living Word of God. It exists to bring healing, peace, and prophetic encouragement to people in every nation and every situation. Each episode invites the listener into real prayer—Spirit‑led, Scripture‑anchored, and focused on restoration of the body, mind, and spirit. This is not background devotion; it is an active call to pray, to believe, and to stand on the promises of God when life feels uncertain. Every day, short prayers are released at set times across the world so that someone, somewhere, is always being lifted in prayer. Listeners hear prayer for healing, prayer for anxiety, prayer for breakthrough, prayer for strength, and prayer for peace, all spoken with biblical clarity and prophetic conviction. Each moment is rooted in Scripture and guided by the Holy Spirit, turning verses into living declarations that realign hearts with faith and renew the mind with truth.
Alongside the daily recordings, Reverend Ben offers longer episodes that combine prophetic teaching with extended prayer. These thirty‑ to forty‑five‑minute sessions explore how to pray through Scripture, how to recognise the voice of God, and how to apply biblical principles to everyday life. They include prayer for deliverance, prayer for forgiveness, and prayer for inner healing, reminding believers that God’s power is not distant but active in the present. The tone is pastoral yet bold, inviting believers to move from listening to participation, from fear to faith, from silence to spoken prayer. Each broadcast is designed to help listeners grow in discernment, spiritual strength, and confidence in God’s promises.

Feeling overwhelmed? You’re not alone. Life has a way of pressing in—through work stress, family responsibilities, personal struggles, and the quiet battles that no one sees. When fear creeps in and strength feels scarce, where can we turn?
This prayer meditation offers a spiritual sanctuary—a space to breathe, reflect, and reconnect with the One who never leaves us. Inspired by Isaiah 41:10, it proclaims God’s powerful promise: “So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you.”
This is not a prayer of perfection. It’s a raw, vulnerable confession that acknowledges the weight of anxiety, the persistence of fear, and the fatigue of trying to hold everything together. It doesn’t minimize the struggle—it meets it with truth. As we lift our voices in honest prayer, we remember that perfect love drives out all fear and that God’s strength is made perfect in our weakness.
What makes this episode especially meaningful is its universal relevance. Whether you're listening from across the street or across the world, the need for divine help unites us all. Fear speaks many languages, but so does hope. This prayer crosses cultural boundaries to meet you in your unique moment of need.
You don’t have to carry the burden alone. The Holy Spirit is near. As you listen, let this prayer wrap around your spirit like a blanket of peace. Ask for greater mercy. Ask for renewed strength. Ask for courage that rises not from willpower, but from the unshakable presence of God.
Let this be your reset—your quiet moment of surrender and strength. If your heart is heavy today, take two minutes to sit in stillness and remember: God is with you. He will help you. You are never alone in your struggle.

Prayer Introduction and Scripture Reading
Speaker 1Thank you for joining us for prayer for today, father, in the name of Jesus. We need strength, lord, we need hope. But the prayer today, lord, the scripture reading today, is coming from the book of Isaiah, 41, verse 10. So, do not fear, for I am with you. I will strengthen you and help you, father.
Confronting Fear and Doubt
Speaker 1That scripture gives me hope because I need strength today, lord, there's trouble at work, there's trouble at home, there's trouble, dear God, in my school, in my university. There's trouble within me and, lord, I need strength for the day. So, father, will your word carry me through the storms of life. Lord, will your word set me free from the troubles within? Because your word tells me in Isaiah 41, verse 10 so do not fear, Lord, I can't help it. I keep falling back into fear. I keep falling back into fear, I keep falling back into anxiety, I keep falling back into doubt. So, lord, I need your word.
Seeking God's Strength and Mercy
Closing Prayer for Divine Help
Speaker 1Father, the word tells me perfect love drives out all fear. So, lord, wherever we are across this beautiful earth, whatever nation we may be, in whatever tongue we speak, help me, lord, to stand on the word of God so that I do not fear because you are with me. I will strengthen you and help you, says the Lord. Father, we need more Holy Spirit, we need more of your strength, we need more of your mercy. Need more of your strength, we need more of your mercy. But, lord, I need strength for today because today feels weary. Come Holy Spirit, come Lord. In Jesus' name, we are blessed, amen.
