thank you for joining me today on a daily christian prayer podcast with myself. Reverend ben cooper recorded live here in london, england. This is your five minute time of renewal, strength, encouragement, peace and biblical truth into everyday life situations. Yes, we know that we're in the book of revelation and, wherever you are, this book is a strong, is powerful. You know. It is steeped in prophecy, is steeped in in the word. It is rich in the end time prophecies and what is going to happen. But do you ever feel frightened? Do you ever feel scared of what you read in the book of Revelations?
Speaker 0:I pray that we find peace, you know, but I think it's important as we come to Revelation 5, 5 as it says here. And it says then one of the elders said to me do not weep. See the lion of Judah, the tribe of Judah, come on, holy Spirit. And it says the lion and the tribe of Judah, the root of David, has triumphed. He is able to open up the scrolls and its seven seals, spirit of the living God. This is steep, this is steep and this is deep. Lord, this is very, very steep. And as we go down the steepness of this valley, lord, into this prayer time, I pray that you will strengthen us. In Jesus' name. We pray for victory through the Lamb who overcomes. We thank you that the Lamb has overcome. We thank you for that unblemished lamb, the lamb of God that we first hear about in the book of Exodus, chapter 12, around about the Passover conversation. The blood will be a sign, oh, jesus. The blood is a sign, lord. Come, holy Spirit, right now. We thank you that the Holy Spirit has the power to open up the scroll, lord and the seven seals. Come, lord. We pray right now that we do not weep. Lord, we see the lion and the tribe of Judah, lord, the root of that. David has triumphed, has overcome. We thank you that it is by their word and the testimony that they have overcome. We pray for courage in spiritual warfare.
Speaker 0:We pray, father, god, as we live in this world, as you prepare the bride of Christ for the second coming of the Lord Jesus Christ, we pray that you will give us boldness in proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ. We pray that you will give us strength against temptation. We pray for hope in Christ's internal triumph, that today we will just be glad that Jesus Christ is coming back and he is going to be triumph. He is going to be the king. He is the king, he is the ruler, he is judge. But right now, lord, father, we thank you that the lamb was slain.
Speaker 0:We thank you for the root of David. We thank you for the lion of the tribe of Judah. We thank you for the root of David. We thank you for the lion of the tribe of Judah. We thank you that he is the lion of Judah and, lord, we need to hear that roar in these last days. We need to hear the voice of God. We need to hear the voice of Christ Because, lord, I don't know what my brothers and sisters are thinking of around the world, but the UK is extremely dry, lord. We are spiritually dry. We need a great awakening. We need to hear the roar of the Lion of Judah.
Speaker 0:Lord, we know you're coming back. We thank you for the book of Revelations, but, lord, give us faith to overcome obstacles. Give us faith to go through the trials Right now. Lord, let the joy in Christ over the triumph over evil. We thank you that evil has been crushed at the cross of Calvary. We thank you that evil has been crushed at the cross of Calvary. We thank you that the devil's work is under our feet, that the cobra, lord, is under our feet. Sickness is under our feet, doubt is under our feet. Lord, you give us power and authority to trample on the lion and the cobra. You give us power and authority through the word.
Speaker 0:In these last days, we know that you are raising up a remnant. We know, lord, the church, father God, is weak and woke. We know, father God, that we need to get right in the scripture. But, lord, we pray for repentance. We pray, dear God, as we repent and as we call out to Jesus, as we are walking, as we are looking at the book of Revelations just unfolding before our very eyes.
Speaker 0:We need victory. Today, lord, there is victory in the lamb that was slain. There was victory at the cross of calvary. We pray for courage in spiritual warfare. We pray that you'll strengthen us against temptation. Give us boldness to proclaim the gospel of jesus christ. Lord, let hope abound in our spirit. Today, lord, we pray that the peace of God and the knowledge of Jesus Christ is coming back as ruler and judge. So, lord, we pray for peace today across the world. We pray for hope that hope will abound and, father, we thank you that we have faith to overcome obstacles in the last days, as we live in the last days.
Speaker 0:We believe in the second coming of Jesus. We believe that he is the first and the last. We believe in the second coming of jesus. We believe that he is the first and the last. We believe in jehovah jireh, jehovah nissi. But right now, lord, we thank you that christ triumphed over evil. It didn't wait until the end of days. It happened at the cross. And not only did it happen at the cross, it happened in the old testament. Christ has always been victorious. So today, lord, wherever we sit across this world, will you help us? Lord, as we've prayed through revelations 5 5.
Speaker 0:Then it says then one of the elders said to me do not weep. See, the lion of the tribe of judah, the root of david, has triumphed. He is able to open the scroll and its seven seals. Father, we thank you for the seven seals. Come, holy Spirit, move in our lives. I thank you for joining us today. My name is Reverend Ben Cooper and whether you are perched across the earth, may the Holy Spirit lead you. Do not worry about the end days, do not worry about what is happening around the world. Jesus Christ is coming, the second coming of Jesus Christ. God bless you. May the Lord keep you and carry you until tomorrow.
