Speaker 1:Let's get straight into the book of Lamentations, chapter three, verse 22. Lamentations, chapter three, verse 22. This is the prayer we have today. I love this Because of the Lord's great love for us, we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. Father, we thank you that your blessings are over us. We thank you for the great love of God. God's love is so powerful. I've got to tell you, sister and brother, through this prayer time, the love of God is over you. The anointing is with you, the power of God's word is resting in your life and I want to encourage you now through this prayer time. Spirit of the living God, I thank you as we search for you, you will be found, lord, we thank you that your love is over us. Nothing can separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus, and today we pray, lord, for that love, lord, that overwhelming that, that love that arches over fear, that love that arches over worry, that love that arches over sickness disease, that love that arches over sickness disease, that love that arches over everything. Father, remind us of your great love today, Remind us, assure us of your love today. Mercy, lord, give us mercy in weakness, strength in struggles, confidence in God's compassion. We thank you for God's compassion. We thank you, lord, that you nailed everything to the cross of Calvary through the beautiful work of the scripture, through the Lord Jesus Christ, and we thank you that Christ says there's only one way to the Father and that is through him. So, lord, we thank you for Jesus. We pray, lord, that Christ will come alive in our hearts today like never before. We thank you that you are, dear God, the greatest God the world has ever seen. You are the creator of heaven and earth. You are Jehovah Jireh, jehovah Nissi.
Speaker 1:But, lord, we need to feel that love today. Lord, we need to feel the love of God because, lord, our bones are tired, our backs are weary. There's so much pressure in life. Lord, we feel maybe unloved today by family, by friends, by circumstances. Lord, if anyone is feeling lonely today, lord, let them feel the love of God. Let their cup run over. Protect us from fear. Lord, we thank you that your love is so powerful that nothing can separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus, and as we come to you, as we stand on the rock of all ages.
Speaker 1:Father, we thank you that we have faith in God today, we have faith in the word of God. We have faith in God today. We have faith in the word of God, we have faith in the scripture, we have faith in the everlasting arms of Jesus Christ. But, father, we need an outpouring of your spirit. Lord, we need your love like never before. Lord, we need your presence in our lives. Lord, come Holy Spirit. Lord, we want to feel that presence today, lord, with that gentle, that gentle breath from heaven. Lord, if there's anyone feeling heavy today, we want to hear the whisper of God. We want to feel the compassion of the Father.
Speaker 1:Lord, we choose to rest in your unfailing love. Lord, we ask you now that the Spirit of the living God will lift us up today and we choose to rest in the arms of Christ. We choose to rest in God. We choose to walk with the King of Kings. We choose to stand on the rock of all ages. We choose right now, lord, god, remind us today, remind us that your love will never consume us, Lord, that your love will carry us through the trials of life.
Speaker 1:Lord, your love is so great and so powerful. Lord, we thank you today, lord, because your love never fails. Your love, lord, never holds it against us. Your love took Jesus Christ to the cross of Calvary, for God so loved the world that whosoever shall believe in me shall not perish but have eternal life. Father, we thank you for the sacrificial love of God. We thank you for that sacrificial love of Christ. We thank you for the love and the power of the Holy Spirit. Lord, strengthen us, feed us today, lord. Let us, lord, fill the blanket of God's love around us today. Come Holy Spirit, we worship you and we adore you, lord, we thank you that God's love is great, is powerful, lord, that you are a God above all gods. You are a merciful God, you are the saviour of the world. Spirit of the living God, supercharge us today. Fill us to the full measure, lord, as we worship you, as we walk to work, as we live life, as we move in circles.
Speaker 1:Lord, god, I pray today that the love of God will be so strong. Lift us and carry us. May the spirit of the living God be over you today. Do you believe in miracles? Do you believe in miracles? Do you believe in miracles? The glory of God is over you. The power of the word of God is living in your life. I want to tell you, as we click out of this prayer time, the spirit of the living God is with you and his love is over you. Lamentations, chapter 3, verse 22. Because of his great love, we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. He will never fail you. God bless, take care.
