Let's get straight in, because I feel my heart beating today. You know what? I woke up this morning and my heart was beating like a train again. And you know anxiety. You know of history and all that sort of stuff. You know it's a continuum. We got to keep praying, sister and brother. Don't allow, don't allow anxiety to control us. We got to come to christ. You know. Let's get straight. In philippians four, verse six and seven, these are beautiful scriptures. These are evergreen. These prayers come. We can apply these prayers every day, every second, every moment. It doesn't matter if it's the morning or the evening, but come on, let's pray. Father, in the name of jesus. We believe in philippians 4, verses 6 through to 7.

Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your request to god and the peace of god, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your mind. In christ lord, I'm going to be jealous this morning. I just want to pray for my heart before we go. I want to pray for my heart. I want to pray for, want to pray for my heart. I want to pray for the sisters and the brothers' hearts today. I want to pray for our hearts, lord. I want to home in on hearts today, lord, that you'll give our hearts calmness, lord. I pray, lord, that our hearts won't overrace. Lord, that our minds won't overthink.

Speaker 0:

I claim peace in the name of Jesus for the listeners today. I claim peace, lord, and strength and joy for each and every one of us. Lord, your power, lord, your power, your word, your strength, your might. Lord, spirit of the living God, I ask you right now, lord, as we pray through Philippians 4, verses 6 and 7, do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, father, every situation under the sun we're going to bring to the cross in our life, lord, we're going to pray and we're going to bring it with thanksgiving in our heart and we're going to present this to you, lord.

Speaker 0:

Every bit of baggage in my suitcase, every amount of junk I've got in my rucksack, I bring it to you and, lord, I just have to see myself doing this. Lord, I bring it to you in prayer. I bring it to you in speech. I bring it to you, lord, and I, I bring it to you in speech. I bring it to you, lord, and I thank you, lord.

Speaker 0:

Help me to leave it, though, lord. Help us to leave the baggage of anxiety. Help us to leave, lord, the unrest. Give us calm in stress. Give us freedom from worry. Help us to trust in Christ. Come, holy Spirit, we need you today. We're at the cross, lord, we're at the cross, we're crawling to the cross.

Speaker 0:

Father, we're tired, we're weary. Lord, we need miracles in our lives and we claim the miracle right now. We need calm in stress. We need peace in anxiety. We need freedom from worry. Rest in sleepless nights.

Speaker 0:

Yes, god, please, jesus, I ask you, lord, lord, that you will put angels around our bed, lord, on the four corners of our beds, that we will sleep according to the word, that our sleep, anxiety rises and we get the palpitations in our chest and our head hurts and we get brain fog and we get scared and we get worried and depression comes in like a tsunami. I pray that the Spirit of God will lift up a standard and we will rise on wings as of eagles and there will be no confusion, there is no brain fog. There is healing from anxiety thoughts. There is joy in desperation, in pressurized time. We thank you that our daily bread comes from our Father and Lord, I want to make an application right now, in the name of Jesus.

Speaker 0:

When worry arise through this prayer time, when worry arise, god, I come to you and Lord, I speak. Lord, philippians 4 and 6, and I give my request to God. We give our request to God, and peace guards our heart. Spirit of the living God guide our heart, guide our mind, guide our focus. But, lord, we believe in miracles, we believe in the power of God, we believe in the word, we believe in miracles. And anxiety goes in the name of Jesus, fear goes, worry goes. We thank you that we are not anxious about anything, but in everything, the joy of the Lord is our strength. So, lord, as we're on our way to work, on our way home, Lord, as we're just sitting down having a coffee or tea, lord, as we're just walking, as we're just talking, as we're in a prayer group, whatever we are doing, anxiety goes.

Speaker 0:

Today, sister and brother Listeners, please hold on to the word of hope. You are blessed. We are free from anxiety, we are free from pain. There is freedom in the name of Jesus, and God has your life. May the glory, may the power, may the word of God. May the spirit of the living God that hovered over the surface of the deep carry you today, wherever you are. Don't you give up. Don't you ever give up. You stand on your faith. You trust in the God of Israel. You come to the cross and you give that plea to God. You cry out to him and you do not leave that place until he answers your prayer. Because he is coming, he is with you. The spirit of the living God is over you. Anxiety is broken and gone. At the name of Jesus, may God bless you. May the spirit of the Lord carry you for the rest of this day and may the joy of the Lord be your strength until tomorrow.
