Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper
Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper is a global daily prayer and teaching podcast rooted in the living Word of God. It exists to bring healing, peace, and prophetic encouragement to people in every nation and every situation. Each episode invites the listener into real prayer—Spirit‑led, Scripture‑anchored, and focused on restoration of the body, mind, and spirit. This is not background devotion; it is an active call to pray, to believe, and to stand on the promises of God when life feels uncertain. Every day, short prayers are released at set times across the world so that someone, somewhere, is always being lifted in prayer. Listeners hear prayer for healing, prayer for anxiety, prayer for breakthrough, prayer for strength, and prayer for peace, all spoken with biblical clarity and prophetic conviction. Each moment is rooted in Scripture and guided by the Holy Spirit, turning verses into living declarations that realign hearts with faith and renew the mind with truth.
Alongside the daily recordings, Reverend Ben offers longer episodes that combine prophetic teaching with extended prayer. These thirty‑ to forty‑five‑minute sessions explore how to pray through Scripture, how to recognise the voice of God, and how to apply biblical principles to everyday life. They include prayer for deliverance, prayer for forgiveness, and prayer for inner healing, reminding believers that God’s power is not distant but active in the present. The tone is pastoral yet bold, inviting believers to move from listening to participation, from fear to faith, from silence to spoken prayer. Each broadcast is designed to help listeners grow in discernment, spiritual strength, and confidence in God’s promises.
Reverend Ben Cooper, a pastor, broadcaster, and communicator known for his integrity and depth, leads the ministry with genuine compassion and prophetic insight. His words carry authority shaped by decades of experience in prayer, preaching, and pastoral care. Through his voice, thousands are reminded that prayer still heals, God still speaks, and the presence of the Holy Spirit is as powerful today as ever. Listeners across more than 170 countries tune in daily through Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Amazon Music, Buzzsprout, and iHeartRadio. The global schedule ensures connection for believers in every time zone, from morning prayers in North America to evening reflection in Asia and Africa, creating a continuous wave of intercession that never stops.
Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper is sustained entirely by listeners who share its vision of global prayer. Supporters who contribute through RBChristianRadio.net help keep the broadcast free and accessible, ensuring that every prayer can reach those who need it most. A gift of even a few pounds a month helps extend this mission and keeps the message of healing and hope flowing without interruption. The ministry’s aim is simple but urgent—to restore faith where it has weakened, to speak life where despair has settled, and to remind every listener that God is still in control.
This podcast is more than words; it is a living stream of prayer that covers the world. It speaks directly into anxiety, illness, confusion, loss, and spiritual fatigue. It proclaims healing through Christ, release through faith, and renewal through the Holy Spirit. It stands as a daily reminder that prayer is not a routine but a relationship—an ongoing conversation between the Creator and His people. Every episode is a moment to pause, to breathe, and to reconnect with the presence of God that never leaves nor fails. Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper calls believers to return to the altar of faith, to listen for the prophetic word, and to walk in the power of prayer that changes everything. Across continents and generations, it unites voices in one declaration: God still heals, God still speaks, and prayer still moves mountains.

Show Notes
Midnight is the hour when silence grows loud — when the mind replays fears and the heart feels alone. Across the world, people are searching “prayer for anxiety” more than ever before. But this verse reminds us: you are not meant to carry what Christ already took upon Himself.
From London to Sydney, Nairobi to Toronto, millions wrestle with worry, sleeplessness, and unseen pressure. Yet every burden surrendered in prayer becomes a seed of peace. The Lord does not ignore your cry; He responds with care deeper than the fear itself.
As a new day begins, we pray for divine calm to replace chaos, for minds to quiet, and for hearts to rest in the nearness of God. This is not escape — it is surrender. In the midnight hour, peace becomes possible.

And if you'd like to send your own prayer request in, email us at infodailyprayer.uk. We're going to jump straight into the book of 1 Peter, chapter 5, verse 7. And we're prime at this midnight hour, at this moment in time for freedom from fear, anxiety, and mental burden. Wherever you are across the world, let's read 1 Peter chapter 5, verse 7. Cast all your anxieties onto him because he cares for you. Do you know there is power in the name of Jesus Christ? And I want to tell you right now, wherever you are across this world, we're going to gather, we're going to lock shields of faith. Father, we thank you that as we cast all our anxiety onto him because he cares for us. Father, we believe in the power of the word of God. We believe right now wherever we are across the world, from London to Sydney, from Sydney, dear God, to Mumbai, all the way through Toronto. Father, let the Spirit of the living God carry all the believers, dear God, as we gather around the Word of God. And we thank you, Father, that we are born-again, spirit-filled, bloodwashed brothers and sisters in Christ Jesus. And we ask you today, dear God, give us today our daily bread. Will you carry us, dear God, through the trials and tribulations of life? Father, will you carry us through every exploit that we're going through? Father, will you release us from the worries and the fears and the uncertain days? Lord, if we're worried about our health, we pray, dear God, that you will restore our health in the name of Jesus. That you will restore our minds, our bodies, our souls. We thank you that you are the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit. And we come before you now and we pray for such an outpouring of your spirit. Lord, as the midnight hour starts to go silent, dear God, and worry starts to make a noise, we pray for our minds today. We pray that our minds will not replay the fears and the worries that our heart feels across the world. Father, we believe that people are searching for answers, dear God, and we pray that they will capture and listen to these prayer podcasts, these daily devotions as we gather for prayer, as we deal with the life situations that are before us. But Lord, I pray as this Bible verse reminds us, Lord, that we are not meant to carry the worries and the fears upon our shoulders. And as we come before you right now in the glorious name in heaven and earth, we believe in the name of Jesus. And Lord, every burden that we are carrying, Lord, we need, dear God, to get this out of our system, out of our bodies, out of our bones. And we pray, dear God, that the seed of peace, Lord, that you will deposit that seed of peace in our lives. And we ask you right now, as this new hour begins, Lord, in divine calm today, replace, dear God, the chaos with divine calm. Lord, remind our minds, Lord, to be quiet and not allow our hearts to be restless. Lord, I pray that we will draw ourselves closer to God and we will rest in the power of the Holy Spirit, and we will know that our Redeemer lives, and because He lives, we can face tomorrow. In these uncertain days, we believe that we've got prayer right now on our lips. We believe, dear God, that the word is like honey on our lips. We believe wherever we are, dear God, from the boardroom, dear God, to the playground, from the playground to the school run, from the school run to university, dear God, from university to the scaffold, from the scaffold to retail to business, wherever we are, dear God, in the name of Jesus. Lord, we pray right now for freedom from fear and anxiety. Mental health, we pray and we come against now. And we pray for breakthrough. We pray for release from stress and worry and fear. God, we need comfort today. Lord, during these nights, these night sweats, these emotions, these feelings. Lord, we ask you that faith will overtake fear right now in the name of Jesus. And Lord, give us inner strength that we will feel the love of God and the power of the Holy Spirit. But Lord, we need freedom. Lord, we might feel overwhelmed at this hour. And Lord, we thank you that this life application, peace begins when we stop rehearsing the problems in our mind and in our spirit. Lord, we need to release this to our God and we make a public declaration. I cast my anxiety onto you. Lord, because you care for me and your peace guards my minds and my heart in Jesus' name. And Lord, we want to make this a public execution today, Lord. We want to make this a public execution, dear God, and what we mean. We want to execute this, we want to deliver this, we want to get this out of our system in the name of Jesus. As we share this call to action right now in the name of Jesus, we share this midnight prayer with someone who is in need for rest for their soul. May the Spirit of God be over you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. God bless you. My name's Reverend Ben Cooper. Until tomorrow.
