Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper
Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper is a global daily prayer and teaching podcast rooted in the living Word of God. It exists to bring healing, peace, and prophetic encouragement to people in every nation and every situation. Each episode invites the listener into real prayer—Spirit‑led, Scripture‑anchored, and focused on restoration of the body, mind, and spirit. This is not background devotion; it is an active call to pray, to believe, and to stand on the promises of God when life feels uncertain. Every day, short prayers are released at set times across the world so that someone, somewhere, is always being lifted in prayer. Listeners hear prayer for healing, prayer for anxiety, prayer for breakthrough, prayer for strength, and prayer for peace, all spoken with biblical clarity and prophetic conviction. Each moment is rooted in Scripture and guided by the Holy Spirit, turning verses into living declarations that realign hearts with faith and renew the mind with truth.
Alongside the daily recordings, Reverend Ben offers longer episodes that combine prophetic teaching with extended prayer. These thirty‑ to forty‑five‑minute sessions explore how to pray through Scripture, how to recognise the voice of God, and how to apply biblical principles to everyday life. They include prayer for deliverance, prayer for forgiveness, and prayer for inner healing, reminding believers that God’s power is not distant but active in the present. The tone is pastoral yet bold, inviting believers to move from listening to participation, from fear to faith, from silence to spoken prayer. Each broadcast is designed to help listeners grow in discernment, spiritual strength, and confidence in God’s promises.
Reverend Ben Cooper, a pastor, broadcaster, and communicator known for his integrity and depth, leads the ministry with genuine compassion and prophetic insight. His words carry authority shaped by decades of experience in prayer, preaching, and pastoral care. Through his voice, thousands are reminded that prayer still heals, God still speaks, and the presence of the Holy Spirit is as powerful today as ever. Listeners across more than 170 countries tune in daily through Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Amazon Music, Buzzsprout, and iHeartRadio. The global schedule ensures connection for believers in every time zone, from morning prayers in North America to evening reflection in Asia and Africa, creating a continuous wave of intercession that never stops.
Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper is sustained entirely by listeners who share its vision of global prayer. Supporters who contribute through RBChristianRadio.net help keep the broadcast free and accessible, ensuring that every prayer can reach those who need it most. A gift of even a few pounds a month helps extend this mission and keeps the message of healing and hope flowing without interruption. The ministry’s aim is simple but urgent—to restore faith where it has weakened, to speak life where despair has settled, and to remind every listener that God is still in control.
This podcast is more than words; it is a living stream of prayer that covers the world. It speaks directly into anxiety, illness, confusion, loss, and spiritual fatigue. It proclaims healing through Christ, release through faith, and renewal through the Holy Spirit. It stands as a daily reminder that prayer is not a routine but a relationship—an ongoing conversation between the Creator and His people. Every episode is a moment to pause, to breathe, and to reconnect with the presence of God that never leaves nor fails. Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper calls believers to return to the altar of faith, to listen for the prophetic word, and to walk in the power of prayer that changes everything. Across continents and generations, it unites voices in one declaration: God still heals, God still speaks, and prayer still moves mountains.

Psalm 4:8 — Peace for Night Anxiety, Insomnia, and Troubled Sleep in the Dark Hours of December From London to Dubai, from Hong Kong to Vancouver, from Cape Town to Los Angeles — a global 3 A.M. prayer within the DailyPrayer.uk 24-Hour Devotional Cycle. Scripture (NIV) Psalm 4:8 — “In peace I will lie down and sleep, for you alone, Lord, make me dwell in safety.” John 14:27 — “Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you… Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.” Intro Across the world at this hour, searches for “night anxiety,” “can’t sleep,” and “why am I awake” surge. December amplifies fear and restlessness, making this scripture one of the most-searched for comfort in the night. Prayer Father, in Jesus’ name, bring peace to every restless heart awake in these hours. Calm the racing thoughts, the tight chest, the spirals of fear, and the feeling of being overwhelmed. Silence the noise of anxiety and the heaviness that steals sleep. Lord, cover the listener with Your presence, giving deep rest where the mind has been exhausted. Remove the fear of the night, the dread of tomorrow, and the unease that settles in darkness. Let Your peace guard their heart and mind, steady their breathing, and restore calm to their whole body. Surround their room with safety, stillness, and protection. Tonight, let Your peace become the atmosphere and Your presence become their rest. Prayer prayer for sleep, prayer for peace, prayer for calm, prayer for safety, prayer for rest, prayer for clarity, prayer for emotional stillness, prayer for healing, prayer for relief, prayer for protection Life Application Before sleep, speak Psalm 4:8 aloud, place your phone aside, breathe slowly, and invite God to fill the night with His calming presence. Declaration I declare that God’s peace surrounds my mind and sleep tonight. Call to Action Share this prayer and visit DailyPrayer.uk for global devotional resources.

Welcome to Daily Prayer with myself, Reverend Ben Cooper, recorded live here in London, England, where the world gathers for five minutes of faith, hope, and strength in the greatest name in heaven and earth. Whatever your life looks like, I want you to pause at this moment in time. I know you're busy, I know you're flying around, but let's just pause a moment. You might be on the school run, you might be on the commute. Yes, I know the schools are packing up, but you still might be on that dreaded school run, you might be on the work run, you might be on the food run, you might be on the coffee run, whatever you are doing on the field of life. Maybe you're in the dream, gym, sorry, maybe you're on the treadmill of life, whatever you are doing, brother and sister. Let's pause a moment. Come on, Father, in the name of Jesus. We pray at this midnight hour, at the early door of the day. Lord, as the sun rises, as the sun sets, we pray that the Holy Spirit will lead us in paths of righteousness. Lord, I invite my brothers in right now. Lord, I lock shields with the brothers and sisters around the world. Lord, I stand with them. Lord, we're tired, we're weary. Lord, we are pretending to sleep at night. Jesus, did you know that? Lord, we are so tired sometimes, Lord, that we cannot sleep and we pretend to lay there and sleep. Lord, have mercy on us. Holy Spirit, Lord, the nighttime anxiety, the insomnia. Lord, the trouble sleeping in the dark hours of December. Holy Spirit, sometimes, Jesus, sometimes, Lord, we are so tired we can't even sleep. We're so worried we can't even sleep. Lord, we're sleeping for an hour. One, two, three, Lord, moments, and then suddenly we're waking up, Lord. Father, please, I pray for everybody's sleep pattern right now. I pray for all of our sleep patterns, Lord, that we will get the correct amount of sleep. Lord, that and our bodies will recover. We pray for our immune system. We pray for our thinking. We pray for our mind. We pray for our cognitive processing. We pray, Lord, as our minds are overloaded. Lord, Spirit of the Living God, will you move in our hearts like never before? We need a stirring. We need the power of God. We need the love of Jesus because, Lord, we have a sleep issue. And right now, Lord, we are praying for the outpouring of the Spirit of the Living God. You are the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. And I believe in miracles. And right now, Lord, wherever we are gathering, from London to Dubai, from Dubai to Hong Kong, Vancouver, Cape Town, Los Angeles, dear God, Venezuela, Lord, Brazil, Lord, come, Holy Spirit, every tribe, every tongue. We need Jesus. Lord, we're not sleeping properly. We got issues with sleeping. Lord, we can't sleep. Lord, we're tired and we are exhausted and we are hitting the burn-out moments. And Lord, we need you in our lives. So Father, we believe. As we call right now, Psalm 4, 8, over our lives, I will sleep in peace. For you alone, Lord, make me dwell in safety. Lord, I need to sleep well. We need to sleep well. Lord, in peace, I will lie down. But Father, will you help us? Please, God, we're calling on your name. Lord, we need help, Father. We need our practical God. We need the Lion of Judah. We need the great I am. We need the God above all gods. And Father, we need help because we got to rest. Lord, there are so many suffering with insomnia. So many people, dear God, suffering with sleeping issues. There are so many, dear God, with nighttime tremors and sweats. But Lord, not only do we stand, dear God, in the beautiful Psalms of David of 4-8, Lord, we hold on to the beautiful book of John 14, 27. Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid. Lord, in this season, I pray for the listeners right now. I pray that they will not be afraid in the season that we're in at this moment. Lord, as we watch the news, as we hear the news, Lord, I pray that we will not, dear God, be trapped on social media. Lord, I pray that we will leave our phones, that we will put that down, that we won't get trapped in social media all through the night trying to find peace. But Lord, that we will rest and we will pray. We will close our eyes. Father, take the phone out of our hands. Lord, stop us scrolling, dear God, on all the social platforms. Lord, I pray, Lord, that we will rest and our sleep will be sweet. Lord, you tell us, Lord, peace I leave with you. Lord, I need peace. We all need peace. You are the God above all gods. Lord, help us to sleep, Lord. Father, we are praying for those that can't sleep, those that are scared to sleep. And Lord, why am I awake when I'm so tired? Father, bless everybody through this crazy month of December. I pray that the Spirit of the Lord will give you such peace today and you will feel the love of the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit. My name's Reverend Ben Cooper. Thank you for staying with us. Thank you for praying with us today. And wherever you are, lock in with us and follow us on the social networks, dailyprayer.uk. God bless.
