Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper
Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper is a global daily prayer and teaching podcast rooted in the living Word of God. It exists to bring healing, peace, and prophetic encouragement to people in every nation and every situation. Each episode invites the listener into real prayer—Spirit‑led, Scripture‑anchored, and focused on restoration of the body, mind, and spirit. This is not background devotion; it is an active call to pray, to believe, and to stand on the promises of God when life feels uncertain. Every day, short prayers are released at set times across the world so that someone, somewhere, is always being lifted in prayer. Listeners hear prayer for healing, prayer for anxiety, prayer for breakthrough, prayer for strength, and prayer for peace, all spoken with biblical clarity and prophetic conviction. Each moment is rooted in Scripture and guided by the Holy Spirit, turning verses into living declarations that realign hearts with faith and renew the mind with truth.
Alongside the daily recordings, Reverend Ben offers longer episodes that combine prophetic teaching with extended prayer. These thirty‑ to forty‑five‑minute sessions explore how to pray through Scripture, how to recognise the voice of God, and how to apply biblical principles to everyday life. They include prayer for deliverance, prayer for forgiveness, and prayer for inner healing, reminding believers that God’s power is not distant but active in the present. The tone is pastoral yet bold, inviting believers to move from listening to participation, from fear to faith, from silence to spoken prayer. Each broadcast is designed to help listeners grow in discernment, spiritual strength, and confidence in God’s promises.
Reverend Ben Cooper, a pastor, broadcaster, and communicator known for his integrity and depth, leads the ministry with genuine compassion and prophetic insight. His words carry authority shaped by decades of experience in prayer, preaching, and pastoral care. Through his voice, thousands are reminded that prayer still heals, God still speaks, and the presence of the Holy Spirit is as powerful today as ever. Listeners across more than 170 countries tune in daily through Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Amazon Music, Buzzsprout, and iHeartRadio. The global schedule ensures connection for believers in every time zone, from morning prayers in North America to evening reflection in Asia and Africa, creating a continuous wave of intercession that never stops.
Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper is sustained entirely by listeners who share its vision of global prayer. Supporters who contribute through RBChristianRadio.net help keep the broadcast free and accessible, ensuring that every prayer can reach those who need it most. A gift of even a few pounds a month helps extend this mission and keeps the message of healing and hope flowing without interruption. The ministry’s aim is simple but urgent—to restore faith where it has weakened, to speak life where despair has settled, and to remind every listener that God is still in control.
This podcast is more than words; it is a living stream of prayer that covers the world. It speaks directly into anxiety, illness, confusion, loss, and spiritual fatigue. It proclaims healing through Christ, release through faith, and renewal through the Holy Spirit. It stands as a daily reminder that prayer is not a routine but a relationship—an ongoing conversation between the Creator and His people. Every episode is a moment to pause, to breathe, and to reconnect with the presence of God that never leaves nor fails. Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper calls believers to return to the altar of faith, to listen for the prophetic word, and to walk in the power of prayer that changes everything. Across continents and generations, it unites voices in one declaration: God still heals, God still speaks, and prayer still moves mountains.

Matthew 6:9 — Jesus, Bring Calm to My Troubled Thoughts Live from London, England • Canada • Kenya • Germany • Australia 3am anxiety, racing thoughts, emotional overload, calming reassurance, gentle night focus, global devotional Matthew 6:9 (NIV): “This, then, is how you should pray: ‘Our Father in heaven, hallowed be Your name.’” Psalm 63:3 (NIV): “Because Your love is better than life, my lips will glorify You.” Jesus, as the night reaches its quietest moments and the world feels still, many hearts awaken with thoughts that move too quickly and emotions that rise without warning. In these early hours, Your words invite me to lift my focus gently: Hallowed be Your name. Your name brings balance where worry grows. Your name brings order where thoughts scatter. Your name brings calm where the mind feels unsettled. You steady the inner place where pressures gather and bring the reassurance that I am not facing these hours alone. Lord, when my thoughts move in circles and solutions seem far away, let Your presence bring a grounded stillness. Let every anxious pattern lose its intensity. Let every cycle of overthinking soften in the light of Your nearness. Your love is better than life, and tonight Your love becomes the peaceful covering that quiets the strain inside my mind. You understand every concern, every question about tomorrow, and every hidden fear that surfaces at this hour. Holy Spirit, help me breathe slowly and release the pressure I have carried into the night. Guide my thoughts away from fear and toward trust. Let Your peace settle like gentle warmth over the places that feel tight or overwhelmed. Bring clarity where confusion has lingered and rest where sleep has been disrupted. Teach my mind to settle again in the truth that Your presence surrounds me and strengthens me, even when the night feels long.Tonight, I rest beneath the comfort of Your name Tonight, my thoughts are steadied by Your peace. Tonight, I trust You to carry me through the quiet hours until morning brings new strength. 3am anxiety prayer, Jesus calm my thoughts, gentle night prayer, emotional reassurance, Matthew 6 reflection, peaceful night devotional, Lord’s Prayer meditation

SPEAKER_00Welcome to Daily Prayer with myself Reverend Ben Cooper, recorded live here in London, England, where the world gathers for five minutes of faith, hope, love, and strength. If you got a prayer request, you can email us to the studio, which is info at dailyprayer.uk. Thank you to everybody that's listening on RB Christian Radio and everybody that is uh downloading the back library and everything that we got stacked in the back library of this stuff here at dailyprayer.uk. I pray that you will listen to the church services, the ministry, you know, the studies and the prayers and everything that we've done. But right up to now, I pray that the love of God, wherever you are, whatever your day has been like, whatever your name is, I just pray for the love of God and the Spirit of God and the beauty of Jesus Christ will just touch your hearts at this hour. We're going to pray in the simple prayer that we're praying is Jesus, bring calm to my troubled thoughts. Father, in the name of Jesus. We're getting into the Lord's Prayer right now, Lord. And Father, we are in Matthew 6, verse 9. Hallowed be thy name. Lord, your name is holy. Your name is great. You, dear God, are Jehovah Jirah, Jehovah Nissi. And we call on that holy name, our Father who art in heaven. Holy is thy name. Lord, we pray right now. Lord, as minds are tense, as fears are rising, as chests are tight and hurting with worry and fear. Bones are aching, arms are hurting, Lord, headaches and migraines. Father, the fear, dear God, the crying, the unstable way that we live our lives. Father, we need stability. Father, our mind, Lord, the thinking, the understanding. Lord, I pray that you will help every one of us to settle down right now. That you will give us a gentle covering of the Holy Spirit. Lord, and we will find peace in the arms of Christ. Lord, I want you to breathe down the corridor of our life. Lord, I want you to breathe over our lives. Holy Spirit, steady my breathing and guide my thoughts back to peace. Lord, I want to come back to the cross. Lord, I want to be filled to the full measure of thy glory. Lord, I thank you that you never leave us nor forsake us. But whatever the hour is, tonight I lift my thoughts before you. Tonight I rest in the calm of your presence. Tonight I trust the one who brings peace to my troubled heart. Lord, wherever we are, Jesus, bring calm to our thoughts. Lord, this gentle night prayer as we gather around Scripture as we gather around the Word of God. From London to Brazil, from Brazil, India, South Africa, Zwenosalia, Lord, I pray that the love of God and the power of Jesus, Lord, these 3 a.m. racing thoughts, Lord, the anxiety, the overwhelming feeling of the pressures of the day. Lord, the emotional overload. Lord, gently reassure us, gently revive us. Tonight, Lord, bring that calm, Lord, that calm presence of Jesus Christ. Take us, bring us to the cross of Calvary. Lord, this global devotional time together, we believe that the fire of God, you are the Lion of Judah. Lord, we want to hear the roar of glory. We want to feel the power of Jesus Christ. But right now, wherever we are, from the battlefields of life, Lord, to the Passover table, Lord, to that time of gathering around the Passover, to break bread, to take at a cup. Father, I pray that we will find the opportunity and the time to break bread at home by ourselves or with our families and our friends. Lord, that we will break bread and we will take at a cup. And we say, Father, thank you that this bread symbolizes the body of Christ. Thank you, Lord, that this cup, this grape juice, symbolizes the blood of Jesus Christ. And right now, Lord, Father, wherever we are, we call on the greatest name. Father, from the battlefield to the boardroom, from the boardroom to the field of life, from the field of life to the school run. From the school run, we pray, dear God, if we're doing the shopping, if we're running around life, whatever this time zone is, Father, we pray that the Spirit of the Lord will carry us, that the glory of God will lift us. Lord, lift the worry, lift the fear, Spirit of the living God. We believe in the power of the word of God. Lord, and as it says in the beautiful Lord's Prayer in Matthew chapter 6, verse 9, hallowed be thy name. Your name is holy, your name is great. You are worthy of all praise. But Lord, I pray that we will speak the word of God and you will draw us to the cross at this hour. Lord, bring peace to homes and lives. Spirit of the living God, deal with these racing thoughts. Lord, take the emotional overload, Lord, and bring your love, your divine presence to every heart that is with me. Wherever you are, Lord God, I just pray that the love of Jesus Christ will be over your life. Never ever give up. The Spirit of the Lord is over you. Guess what? I will catch you soon. But don't ever give up. Jesus loves you. See you soon. God bless. Bye bye.
