Deuteronomy 31:8 — Jesus, Go Before Me and Steady My Day - Live from London, England — Brazil • Chile • Portugal • Argentina • Mozambique oração da manhã • direção de Deus • paz para o dia • esperança em Cristo • coragem espiritual Deuteronomy 31:8 (NIV): “The Lord himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.” Matthew 28:20 (NIV): “And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” As the morning opens fully and the pace of the day begins to rise, Jesus, I ask that You go before me and steady every step. There is comfort in knowing that I do not walk into this day alone. You move ahead of me in every conversation, every responsibility, every decision, and every pressure that tries to pull at my thoughts. Where uncertainty tries to unsettle my confidence, let Your presence become my foundation. Where discouragement attempts to creep in, remind me that You have already prepared the path I am about to walk. Holy Spirit, fill my mind with clarity and calm. Remove the tension that overthinking can create. Help me resist the urge to carry more than I am meant to hold. Instead, let my heart rest in the assurance that the One who goes before me also walks beside me. Strengthen my emotional rhythm so that this day does not dictate my peace. Give me wisdom to respond with grace, courage to move forward, and sensitivity to recognise Your guiding hand in moments that feel rushed or uncertain. Let Your nearness become the steadying truth that shapes my whole day. Lord, direct my thoughts toward hope. Align my decisions with Your goodness. Lighten anything that feels too heavy, and lift my spirit with reminders of Your faithfulness. As I step into the work, relationships, and responsibilities ahead, help me do so with quiet confidence. Let the assurance of Your never-ending presence hold my heart steady. I trust that You are leading me, strengthening me, guarding me, and carrying me through each moment. May this day unfold with peace that only You can give, and may my heart stay anchored in the certainty that You will never leave me. Welcome And Prayer Requests

SPEAKER_00

Welcome to Daily Prayer with myself Rav Robent Cooper recorded live here in London, England, where the world gathers for five minutes of faith, love, hope, and strength. If you got that prayer request, please email us to the studio, which is info at dailyprayer.uk. Thank you to everybody in the back library that is going through the back library of all these podcasts, everybody listening on RB Christian Radio, as we say, all the way through February, no news, no weather, no traffic report, just pure worship in the name of Jesus Christ. Come on, let's rise up today. The Spirit of the Lord is with you. I'm so sorry that my voice is a little bit croaky. It's affecting my speak and the way that I deliver these prayers, but hold on, Jesus Christ is with us wherever we are across the world. The power of God is with you. Never ever give up. Come on, we're gonna pray. And we're praying out of the book of Deuteronomy 31, verse 8. Jesus, go before me and steady my day. Come on, Holy Spirit. We're calling you down right now. Lord, we're calling you into the arena of our life. Father, as the sun is rising, Father, as we kick the duvet off, Lord, we thank you that this is a new day. But Jesus, we know that you've gone before us. We know that there is power in the name of Jesus. But at this hour, Lord, let it be a power hour. Lord, as we get dressed, as we get up, as we get on the train of life, Father, we pray for all those that are on the commute already, those that are already in the office, at the workspace, wherever we are, those that are just taking the children to school right now, those, dear God, that are washing, cleaning, ironing, the homemakers, spirit of the living God from the battlefield to the sink of life, from the sink, dear God, all the way to the hoover, from the hoover, dear God, to the van, to the van, to the scaffold. Lord, wherever we are, Lord, bring us to that place, the Passover table. Spirit of the Living God, the storms, the worries, the fears, the doubts, everything that we're going through. Lord, steady the rhythm of our walk, steady the rhythm of our life. Holy Spirit, Jesus, we thank you that you go before me and you steady our day. Jesus, go before us and steady our day. Lord, wherever we are, from London to Brazil, Chile, Portugal, Argentina, Lord, let the love be permeating all the way through Peru. Lord, we want to feel the love of God from the battlefields of life. Father, we pray for anyone that has got emotional fatigue, anyone that has got battle fatigue, anyone that is tired and weary. Lord, we want to be braggadocious. Lord, we want to go into all the world. Lord, we want to let our light shine. But Jesus, go before me and steady my day. Father, we thank you that the word has always gone in front. Lord, and you're telling us not to be afraid. Do not be discouraged. So Lord, as we pray through Deuteronomy 31, verse 8, the Lord Himself goes before you and will be with you. He will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid. Do not be discouraged. The power, the anointing, the love of God is over your life. Father, we ask you that you will anchor us in the Word. Lord, get us to the cross of Calvary. Lord, as we're in the middle of the day, as we're in the middle of the night, as we're in the middle of the morning, Father, wherever we are across this world, Father, help us not to be afraid. Help us not to be discouraged. Lord, we pray for the workplace issues. We pray, dear God, for the area of school. We pray for the area, dear God, of those complicated rhythms of life. Father, wherever we are, whatever storm, whatever sun, dear God, is rising on our territory right now. Lord, we're praying, Lord, as the sun rises, as the sun sets. Help us to kick the duvet off. Lord, help us to break depression. Help us to break out of fear. Help us, dear God, to break out of the emotional trench of life. Father, we don't want to bounce according to the bounce of the world. Lord, we want to walk according to the rhythm of the Lion of Judah. Lord, we want to be in the Word of God. Strengthen us, Lord, from the crown of our head to the sole of our feet. We believe in miracles. We believe in the power of God. We believe in the Holy Spirit. We believe, dear God, that the crib is empty, that the cross is empty, that the grave is empty. We believe that Jesus Christ is seated at the right hand of the Father, interceding for all the saints. Father, from this battlefield to the Passover table, Jesus, go before us today and steady this rhythm. Father, we thank you for every listener, for wherever they are, whatever tribe, whatever tongue, whatever colour, whatever language, wherever we are from. Lord, I pray in the name of Jesus that the steadfast love of the Lord never ceases. Wherever you are, whatever your name is, don't ever give up. Jesus Christ is your Lord and Savior. Let's get in the word of God. We're gonna backpedal out of this prayer, but don't go too far. Grab a coffee, grab a tea, get yourself supercharged in the Holy Spirit. God is keeping you moving. Never give up. I'll see you in two.
