Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper
Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper is a global daily prayer and teaching podcast rooted in the living Word of God. It exists to bring healing, peace, and prophetic encouragement to people in every nation and every situation. Each episode invites the listener into real prayer—Spirit‑led, Scripture‑anchored, and focused on restoration of the body, mind, and spirit. This is not background devotion; it is an active call to pray, to believe, and to stand on the promises of God when life feels uncertain. Every day, short prayers are released at set times across the world so that someone, somewhere, is always being lifted in prayer. Listeners hear prayer for healing, prayer for anxiety, prayer for breakthrough, prayer for strength, and prayer for peace, all spoken with biblical clarity and prophetic conviction. Each moment is rooted in Scripture and guided by the Holy Spirit, turning verses into living declarations that realign hearts with faith and renew the mind with truth.
Alongside the daily recordings, Reverend Ben offers longer episodes that combine prophetic teaching with extended prayer. These thirty‑ to forty‑five‑minute sessions explore how to pray through Scripture, how to recognise the voice of God, and how to apply biblical principles to everyday life. They include prayer for deliverance, prayer for forgiveness, and prayer for inner healing, reminding believers that God’s power is not distant but active in the present. The tone is pastoral yet bold, inviting believers to move from listening to participation, from fear to faith, from silence to spoken prayer. Each broadcast is designed to help listeners grow in discernment, spiritual strength, and confidence in God’s promises.
Reverend Ben Cooper, a pastor, broadcaster, and communicator known for his integrity and depth, leads the ministry with genuine compassion and prophetic insight. This podcast is more than words; it is a living stream of prayer that covers the world. It speaks directly into anxiety, illness, confusion, loss, and spiritual fatigue. It proclaims healing through Christ, release through faith, and renewal through the Holy Spirit. It stands as a daily reminder that prayer is not a routine but a relationship—an ongoing conversation between the Creator and His people. Every episode is a moment to pause, to breathe, and to reconnect with the presence of God that never leaves nor fails. Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper calls believers to return to the altar of faith, to listen for the prophetic word, and to walk in the power of prayer that changes everything. Across continents and generations, it unites voices in one declaration: God still heals, God still speaks, and prayer still moves mountains.

Your Word reminds me that You prepare a place of peace even when the day has felt demanding or uncertain. You offer rest that meets me exactly where I am, and You fill the evening with a quiet strength that settles the weight of the thoughts I have carried. Tonight, let Your peace guard my heart and mind in a way that is steady and dependable, softening the edges of any concerns and giving space for my spirit to breathe deeply again. Your presence brings comfort that reaches into every part of the day that felt rushed or unsettled, and You have a way of warming the heart with renewed hope. Lord, as I slow down, help me release anything that has lingered longer than it should. Let the gentle rhythm of Your peace surround me, lifting away the pressure that often builds toward the end of the evening. You prepare a place of rest that is not dependent on circumstances but anchored in Your kindness and care. Fill my thoughts with steady reassurance and help me recognise that You have been guiding me throughout the day, even in moments I did not notice. Let Your presence quieten the mind and bring back clarity where it may have faded. Allow Your peace to reach the deeper places of my heart, bringing strength I didn’t realise I needed. Jesus, anoint this night with calm and cover my rest with the assurance that I am not alone. Prepare my heart for a peaceful sleep, and let hope rise again as I think about tomorrow. You fill my cup with renewed strength, and You remind me that even in quieter hours, Your goodness is near. Guard my evening and give my heart the stillness it longs for, allowing this night to restore what the day has taken. Praying For Peace And Renewal
Psalm 23:5 At The Battlefront
Lifted From The Valley With Hope
SPEAKER_00Welcome to Daily Prayer with myself Reverend Ben Cooper, recorded live here in London, England, where the world gathers for hope, faith, strength, and prayer. The Spirit of God is with every one of us. I know I say that a lot, but I mean it. I actually mean it from every fiber in my bones. The Spirit, the Holy Spirit, the Word of God, Yahweh, the King of Kings, is with every one of you right now. We thank God for your life. Thank you for joining us. Thank you for locking shields of faith. As we get down on the rugby field of life, as we get down and we scrum down together. Come on, you are not alone. Even though we can't be with you in bodily form, we're with you in spirit. That is scripture. That's what that great apostle writes. Even though I can't be with you in bodily form, I'm with you in spirit. Guess why? Because we're grafted into the vine, we're grafted into the kingdom of God. We cannot get out. We are safe. We are wrapped up in the love of Jesus. We're wrapped up in the word. We cannot escape because the Bible says nothing can separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus. We're in. We've got the beautiful Jesus in our lives. We've got the powerful of the Holy Spirit. We got Yahweh. We got the God above all gods. Everything is alright. Come on, let's pray. Father, in the name of Jesus, I thank you for the listeners across this beautiful earth. And I pray right now as we pray out of Psalm 23, verse 5. Jesus, prepare my heart for peace and strengthen me tonight. Lord, this might sound a strange thing, Jesus, but Lord, I've forgotten what it feels like to have peace. I've forgotten, dear God, what it feels like to have rest in my heart. Lord, I've forgotten what it feels like to smile and to laugh. Lord, I've forgotten because of the trampoline of life, the bears, the lions, and the tigers of life are always growling. And Lord, all I feel like we do is wrestle the bear and the lion. Holy Spirit, Lord, I pray that you will remove the snakes in our lives. Lord, I pray that you will remove, dear God, the foxes and the dogs, those that are nipping at our ankles, those little words, those little texts, those little emails, those little things on social media that irritate us. Lord, remove those irritations. Holy Spirit, Lord, I want to walk in peace. I want to walk in holiness. Lord, help us not to lean into the world. Help us not to conform to the pattern of the world, but have our minds transformed by the renewing of Christ. Lord, we want peace today. Lord, at this hour, Father, we thank you that the rhythm of heaven is with us, that the rhythm of God is with us. We're seeking the kingdom of God. Father, I thank you that every one of us is grafted in, that there is an anointing over your life. I believe Philippians 4, verse 7 is for you. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. There is power. Guess what the psalmist writes in Psalm 23, verse 5? Come on, let's pray this through. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. Oh yeah. You anoint my head with oil, my cup runneth over. Oh yes, Lord. I might be in the valley, but I'll tell you what, there's a table being prepared for us. Lord, we might be in the face of our adversaries, but Lord, there is a table in the valley of despair. Lord, we might be going through hell and high water, but Lord, there is a table. Lord, it's not prepared by anyone else. It's not prepared by human hands. It's not prepared, dear God, by any human being. It is prepared by the God of Israel. Lord, you tell us that you prepare a table before us in the presence of our enemies. Lord, what a banquet. Lord, take us to the banquet. Lord, right in the middle, dear God, of the battlefield, right in the middle of the battle of your life, you might be having the biggest battle of your life. You might be in the most depressive time of your life. You might be in the darkest valley of your life. But God is preparing a table to strengthen you right in the middle of trouble. I've been there, I've been there more times than I can count. And I gotta tell you, sometimes I realize it's better to be in the valley when God is preparing the table before you. Don't listen to the social media friends. They won't prepare nothing for you. Don't listen to your work colleagues. They'll drop you at five o'clock in the afternoon. Don't listen to your church buddies. Don't listen to all that sort of stuff. Oh my God, once Sunday's gone, you won't see them to the next Sunday. But God prepares a table before me, before you in the presence of our enemies, because God never leaves us nor forsakes us. Spirit of the living God, whatever the rhythm of our lives is, from the battlefield to the boardroom. Father, right here in London, England, all the way, dear God, to Chicago, Lisbon, Cape Town, Australia, pour out your spirit from the battlefield to the valley of the shadow of death. There is a table being prepared for you. The spirit of the Lord is over you. Holy Ghost, holy God that you are. Draw us right now at this hour. Bring us. Lord, let us feel that there is a night covering over our lives. Lord, I pray for all those that are right in the middle of the valley. Lord, they're suddenly drying their tears and they'll see the presence of Jesus. Suddenly, Lord, they'll start to rise on wings as of eagles and they'll see the power of God. Wherever you are, don't you ever give up from the battlefield to the valley. God is with us from the valley all the way to the Passover table. He's with you. Never give in. I'll catch you in two.
