Psalm 23:2 — Jesus, Bring Rest to My Spirit as a New Day Begins Live from London, England • USA • India • Brazil • Portugal • South Africa morning calm, Psalm 23 rest, Psalm 91 covering, devotional peace, Portuguese indexed, global morning prayer Psalm 23:2 (NIV): “He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters.” Psalm 91:2 (NIV): “I will say of the Lord, ‘He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.’” Jesus, as the first light of morning begins to rise across the USA, India, Brazil, Portugal, South Africa, and every region listening, we pause to breathe and rest our thoughts in the truth of Your presence. Psalm 23 reminds us that You lead us toward calm places when the mind feels unsettled and the heart feels stretched. Psalm 91 strengthens us with the assurance that You remain our refuge and our safe dwelling place, even before the day unfolds. In this early hour, some are waking with anxiety, some with anticipation, some with weariness from yesterday, but Your Spirit meets us gently and faithfully. Bring rest to the spirit, Jesus. Settle every internal storm. Let the green pastures of Your word and the quiet waters of Your peace soften the edges of whatever feels rushed or heavy. Where thoughts begin to run ahead into the demands of the day, slow them with Your reassurance. Where uncertainty lingers, speak trust. Where emotional strain feels close, place Your strength within us. Across Portuguese-speaking communities and throughout these five nations, let this morning prayer lift hearts into a deeper awareness of Your nearness. Guide our steps today with clarity and calm. Surround each listener with peace that does not break under pressure, joy that rises gently, and strength that endures. You are our shepherd, our refuge, and the One who walks into every hour before we arrive. We rest in You as this new day begins. you. We're gonna pray, and what we pry, and we're standing in the book of Psalm 23 and we're coming out of verse 2. And the title of this prayer is very easy and very simple. It's Jesus, bring rest to my spirit as a new day starts to

rise. Holy Spirit, wherever we are, across the world, Father, if we're kicking the duvet off, Lord, if we're wrestling with the duvet, Lord, we're throwing our heads under the pillow. We don't want to get up, we're angry, we're frustrated, that we have got to get out of the sack. Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, I pray as the sun rises, as the sun sets on our lives, whatever the time zone is. But Father, as we get ready for the day, Jesus, we pray out of Psalm 23, verse 2. Jesus, bring rest to my spirit as this new day begins. Jesus, bring rest to the listener's spirit as this new day begins. Father, from the battlefields, from live here in London, England, all the way to the USA, India, Brazil, South Africa, and Portugal. Let your fire, let your mercy, Father, at this early door of the day. Father, as the sun is rising, as the alarms are going off on phones, dear God, as we are being awoken up,

dear God. Let the glory, let the power. Lord, we thank you that Psalm 23 is giving us rest and Psalm 91 is giving us a covering. Lord, we want devotional peace. Lord, we want the love of God right now as we kick the duvet off. Lord, as we get ready for the day. Lord, as we put our socks on, pull our trousers on, put our skirts on, our blouses, our shirts, our school uniform, Lord, we get ready for work. Father, we do our lippy, we put our makeup on, Lord, we comb our hair, Lord, we put our ties on, and Lord, we are getting ready for the field of

life. And Lord, wherever we are at this moment in time, Father, we pray as we walk through Psalm 23, verse 2. He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside quiet waters. Father, as we are getting ready for the day, Lord, as we're getting out the front door, Lord, as we're getting in the car, getting in the van, as we're at the bus stop, dear God, as we're dear God, dropping the children off, wherever we are, from the battlefield to the boardroom, to the field of life. Father, we're praying for such an outpouring of your spirit. We're praying that the love of God, the fire of God, the beauty of God, the anointing of God will carry each and every one of us from the battlefield to the Passover table. Spirit of the living God. Lord, we got to walk in Psalm 91, verse

2. I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge, my fortress, my God in whom I trust. Lord, we believe in the Holy Spirit. We believe in the cross of Calvary. We believe in the blood of Jesus. We believe that we are born again spirit-filled. But right now, Lord, as we kick the duvet off, Lord, as the sun is rising over our lives, Holy Spirit, I pray that you will bring comfort, protection, and the love of God will just set us on fire for the day. And wherever we are, strengthen our bones. Jesus, settle the internal storms.

Calm The Inner Storms

SPEAKER_00

Lord, before we get out of the house, Lord, we're feeling frustrated. Before we get on the commute, we're feeling angry with what we've got to do today. So Lord, I pray wherever we are, let your glory, let your mercy, let your love and your favor just carry each and every one of us, carry each and every one of us today. Lord, as we walk to life, as we walk down the corridor of life, whatever we are doing, Spirit of the Living God, we pray for breakthrough in every area of life, from the battlefield to the boardroom.

Do Not Give Up, God Is With You

SPEAKER_00

We need stability, we need hope, we need your love, we need your mercy, we need your saving grace. Wherever you are right now, do not ever give up. God is with you. The power of the Holy Spirit is in your life. Psalm 23 is He makes us lie down in green pastures. He leads us beside quiet waters. He restores our soul wherever you are, from the battlefield to the Passover table. The Spirit of the Lord is over your life. Jesus Christ is in your life. All is well. Don't ever, ever give up. I will catch you soon. Don't go too far.
