“Joshua 1:5 — Jesus, Remind Me That I Am Never Alone Tonight” Live from London, England with Reverend Ben Cooper • Norway • Mexico • South Korea • Ghana • Portugal Joshua 1:5 (NIV): “No one will be able to stand against you all the days of your life. As I was with Moses, so I will be with you; I will never leave you nor forsake you.” Hebrews 13:5 (NIV): “Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.” As evening deepens across the world, Jesus, remind every listener that they are held, seen, and supported. Many in the United States finish long days carrying quiet concerns, wondering how tomorrow will unfold. Across India, families prepare to rest while thoughts linger on responsibilities still waiting for resolution. Among Portuguese-speaking believers ending their day, the gentle assurance o Senhor cuida de mim brings comfort, lifting the heart with fortaleza and coragem as night settles in. Let this prayer reach each one with peace that steadies the emotions and strengthens the soul. Joshua needed the reassurance of Your constant presence, and so do we tonight. When the day feels heavy or unfinished, speak calm into every unsettled place. When inner doubts whisper too loudly, bring clarity and stillness. When someone feels unnoticed or unsupported, let Your promise resonate deeply: You remain near. You hold their steps, their thoughts, and their unseen burdens with quiet faithfulness. Bring a sense of calm that helps the night feel safe, peaceful, and restful. For those lying awake with concerns, quiet their spirits. For those feeling stretched or uncertain, give gentle confidence. For those who walked through difficulty today, surround them with a steady awareness of Your companionship. Let every heart feel the assurance that You have walked with them through every hour and will continue to walk with them into tomorrow. Welcome to Daily Prayer with myself, Reverend Ben Cooper, recorded live here in London, England, where the world gathers for five minutes of faith, love, hope, and strength. Thank you for your support. Thank you for your prayers wherever you are across this beautiful world. It is 10 pm. It is live here in London, England. With myself, Reverend Ben Cooper, the love of God, the fire of God. There is favor over your life. Good morning, good evening, and good afternoon. Whatever time zone that you listen to these prayers, it doesn't matter what rotation, it doesn't matter that I say certain time zones. That is irrelevant because prayer is prayer. You know, God is not worried about the time, God is not worried how and what time we listen. God is with every one of us, and thank you for staying with me with this terrible sore voice affecting everything, you know, pronunciation, speech, all that sort of stuff. But we're gonna pray. We're in the book of Joshua, chapter 1, verse 5. Jesus, remind me that I am never alone. Oh yeah, God, I need that, Lord. Holy Spirit, we come during this quiet hour. Lord, live here in London, England at 10 p.m. Lord, on this evening, Lord, this Saturday evening, Holy Spirit, will you speak to our hearts? Will you carry us, God? Lord, we don't want to live a life of fear. We don't want to live a life of doubt. We don't want to live a life, dear God, of yesterday. Lord, we want to leave all of our worries at the cross. We want to be able, dear God, to know and how to leave everything at the cross of Calvary. On whatever part of the world we live in, from London, all the way to Norway, Mexico, South Korea, Ghana, and Portugal. Father, we want to feel your goodness. Lord, we believe in the Holy Spirit. We believe in the deity, the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit. We believe that Jesus Christ is the coming King. We believe that the Word of God is without error, but right now, give us stability. Lord, give us stability right now. I pray for anyone that feels alone at this hour. For anyone, dear God, is on the commute of life and feels alone. Anyone, dear God, is in their house and they feel alone. Anyone, dear God, is in a crowd, but they still feel alone. Lord, I thank you, dear God, that you are never leaving us nor forsaking us. Lord, you have not left us as orphans, that we have the Holy Spirit. And right now, Lord, from the battlefields to the shopping trolley, from the shopping trolley to the desk, from the desk to the car, from the car to the van, to the school run, to the Passover table, to this radio studio table. Father, wherever we are, Lord, we need the love of God. And Jesus, our lives are dependent on you. Lord, as this night starts to deepen, as worries might start to rise, Lord, remind us who you are in our lives. Father, we want to hear the line of Judah. Lord, we don't want to be wondering about how tomorrow's going to unfold. Lord, we don't want to be wondering on what happened yesterday, today. Lord, we just want to rest right now. Help us to close our eyes and to rest in the word of God. Lord, when the day feels heavy or unfinished, Lord, I pray that you'll speak calm and the gentle words of God into our heart. We want to hear the whisper of God. We want to hear the presence of Jesus Christ. Lord, we want to know that the Lion of Judah is breathing over the skin in which we walk. Father, lift the unseen burdens. Lord, lift those unseen battles. Take the fears and the doubts out of our life. But Lord, bring peace, bring rest. And at this night hour, Lord, let there be healing across this world. Wherever we are, Lord, we want to feel the love of Jesus, the power of the Holy Spirit, strengthen hearts today, strengthen lungs today, strengthen the bodies today, Lord, from the battlefield to the boardroom, from the boardroom to the field of life, to every corridor, every cul-de-sac that we walk down, every dead-end street, Lord, every motorway journey of life, Father, every experience that we experience, Father, I thank you that you are with us. That dear God, you never separate us from you, because nothing can separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus. Hold us close today, Lord. Hold us close, Holy Spirit. Father, we want to feel, dear God, the word and the love of Jesus. Wrap us up, whatever our time zone is, wherever we are, the Spirit of God is with you. Don't ever give up. I will see you soon. May God bless you. I'll catch you soon.
