“Psalm 91:2 — Jesus, Be My Refuge When Fear Speaks in the Quiet Hours” Matthew 11:28 — “Come to Me… and I will give you rest.” THEME (Português): medo • descanso • presença de Deus • esperança na madrugada Live from London, England with Reverend Ben Cooper • Brasil • Portugal • Índia • EUA • Angola Psalm 91:2 (NIV): “I will say of the Lord, ‘He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.’” Matthew 11:28 (NIV): “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” In these quiet early hours when fear often whispers louder than peace, Jesus, You invite us to rest in Your presence. As the world sleeps and worries try to rise, You speak softly into the heart: I am your refuge, I am your fortress, I am your peace. For Brazil, for Portugal, for India, for the USA, for every nation represented in this global devotional community, these words remain unshaken — Your refuge is not distant, Your care is not delayed, Your covering is not uncertain. In the madrugada, when thoughts feel heavy and the mind drifts toward anxious places, Your voice calls us back to stillness and comfort. You draw near with esperança, descanso, segurança, and quiet reassurance. Jesus, let this early-morning prayer become a shelter for every listener seeking calm. Let Your presence steady those facing emotional storms, those weary from carrying tomorrow’s weight, those longing for rest beneath Your shadow. You promised rest to the weary, and tonight we lean into that promise with full trust. Help us breathe deeply under Your wings, knowing that nothing in these hours is outside Your faithful care. Let Your peace settle over Brazilian homes, Portuguese families, Indian communities, American hearts, and every listener around the world who seeks refuge in these words. Hold us close in these quiet hours, Lord. Let courage gently rise. Let Your peace become stronger than fear. too long. We're jumping into Psalm 91, verse 2. Jesus, be my refuge when fear sparks in the quiet hours. Jesus, be my refuge when fear sparks in the quiet hours. Father, we come to you and we are looking for rest. Lord, we've had a busy day, we've had a busy life. Father, Lord, it has been a bit chaotic the last few weeks. Father, it has been a bit noisy. Holy Spirit, I pray for every heart that is with me right now. Lord, I pray for everyone that has gone through battles, that is worried about health anxiety, fears and panics and mental health. I pray, dear God, as that bear starts to make a noise, dear

God, at the early hour, Lord, as the roar, dear God, of fear starts to come down the corridor of life. Father, I pray that we will not react to the roar of the bear of fear, but Lord, that we will listen to the word of God. And we believe that Jesus is calling each and every one of us. And through the beautiful book of Matthew 11, 28, he says, Come to me, all of you that are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Come on, let's get to the cross. Father, we thank you for the cross of Calvary. We thank you for hope. Lord, we believe in hope. We believe in our God, and we thank you wherever we are at this moment, from the battlefield to the boardroom, from the boardroom to the shopping trolley, from the shopping trolley to the field of life. Father, wherever we are, we gather, Lord, around Scripture now. And Lord, we believe in miracles. Jesus, be my refuge when fear sparks in the quiet hours. Jesus, be the strength that I need. Jesus, be that hope that I require. Jesus, be that living word that you speak about through the scriptures. Holy Spirit, Lord, we lean into

the word of God. And wherever we are at this moment in time, live here in London, England, all the way to Brazil, Portugal, India, dear God, all the way to Angola and Peru. Lord, we're expecting, dear God, a rhythm of God. Lord, we want to hear the lion of Judah. We don't want to hear the bear of fear, Lord, running towards us. Father, Lord, we don't want to stand in front of that Goliath of doubt, dear God. We don't want to land, dear God, in the face of Goliath. We don't want to get into the face of Goliath. Lord, we don't want to hear the sound, dear God, of that great giant, dear God, bearing down on us. Father, Lord, we don't want to get in front, dear God, of uh certain areas of life. Father, we want to walk in freedom. And Lord, from the from the Goliath of life, Father, we believe that the battle belongs to you, Lord. Father, from the Goliaths to the bears that are making a

noise. Spirit of the living God, I pray for calm at this 3 a.m. hour. Whatever battles, whatever fears we're going through, Lord, I pray, dear God, in the arena of life, I pray that the love of God and the Spirit of God and the anointing of God, Lord, that we will find freedom in Jesus Christ, that the word will bring freedom, that the word will bring hope. Father, every battle we face, every trial, dear God, every valley that we walk down, every mountaintop experience, we thank you that Jesus Christ is calling each and every one of us. Come to me, all of you that are burdened, and I will give you rest. Whatever you are facing, whatever area of life you're struggling with, whatever lens you're measuring life with at this moment in time, the love of God, the power of the Holy Spirit is in your life. Never ever give up. I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress, my God in whom I trust. I will catch you soon. And just remember, God is with you. God bless. See you in two.
