“Psalm 91:16 — Jesus, Renew My Strength and Restore My Joy Before I Sleep” 1 Thessalonians 5:23 — “May God Himself… sanctify you through and through.” THEME (PT-BR): esperança • futuro abençoado • descanso profundo • restauração emocional Live from London, England with Reverend Ben Cooper • Brasil • Moçambique • Índia • EUA • Cabo Verde Psalm 91:16 (NIV): “With long life I will satisfy him and show him my salvation.” 1 Thessalonians 5:23 (NIV): “May God Himself, the God of peace, sanctify you through and through…” Jesus, as the final hours of the day arrive, many hearts in Brazil and across the Portuguese-speaking world feel the weight of everything carried since morning. A alma deseja descanso. Tonight, You offer not only rest but renewal — a quiet restoration that reaches deeper than exhaustion and steadies the thoughts that have been stretched thin. Let Your peace settle gently over every home, every family, every tired soul preparing to sleep. Lord, speak calm into the mind that keeps replaying worries. Lift the one who feels worn from responsibility. Strengthen the person who has prayed throughout the day for clarity, direction, or simply a moment to breathe. Your promise of life, hope, and salvation tells us that the story is not finished, that tomorrow is held securely in Your hands, and that You restore what feels depleted. As the night deepens, let Your presence be a quiet reassurance. Que a paz de Cristo renove o coração. Let tired emotions find steadiness. Let anxious thoughts loosen their grip. Let every listener discover that rest is not only physical but also spiritual — a sacred stillness where courage grows again, hope rises gently, and joy slowly returns. Jesus, renew strength for the day ahead and pour peace into the atmosphere of every room, every home, every heart listening now. oração da noite brasil, salmo 91 descanso, esperança para amanhã, Jesus renova forças, paz interior brasil, restauração emocional, oração antes de dormir, consolo espiritual Psalm 91 Brazil prayer, Portuguese Christian devotional, night prayer Brazil, Jesus renew strength, Reverend Ben Cooper

You know, I invite everybody to share these prayers out, you know, and the love of God is over you right now. You are saved. The love of God is in your life. Yeah, we might have had a terrific heavy day today. You know, we might be feeling okay today. We might be up the mountain of joy, we might be down in the valley of the shadow of death. Wherever we are, we're going to pray this simple prayer, and it's coming out of the beautiful Psalms of Psalm 91, verse 16. Jesus, renew my strength and restore my jaw before I sleep. Renew my joy before I sleep. Holy Spirit, I thank you. Lord, renew my strength and restore my joy before I sleep. Dear God, wherever we are, from the battles of life, whatever we face today, whatever we have gone through, whatever river, dear God, we have gone through, whatever trial we've gone through, whatever fiery furnace we've been through, whatever trial and tribulation that we may be facing, Lord, I thank you that the joy of the Lord is our strength. And we thank you, Lord, for every battle, we thank you for every rhythm, we thank you for every word, we thank you for every breath, we thank you for every situation that we're in, that we're going through, every battle, every hard area, every joyous area, every moment, dear God, of smiling. Lord, I thank you for every second of our lives, because our God is with us and you never leave us nor forsake us. But right now, Lord, at this unusual hour, Father, as we are crossing over, Lord, as we are two hours away from midnight, live here in London, England, Father, I pray that the strength of God will carry us. Lord, you tell us with long life will I satisfy him and show him my salvation. We thank you that salvation belongs to God. I thank you that salvation is a gift, and it is by grace we have been saved. It's not by work so that no one can boast. It's not by the titles we carry, it's not by the amount of prayers we've prayed, it's not by the amount of sermons we've spoken, it's not about how many times we've hoovered the church, it's not how many times we've said yes, sir, no, sir. It is free. I gotta tell you that salvation is free, and the love of God is over your life, and God loves you and He chose you. He chose you right now, He sees the rhythm of your life, He knows the pattern of your life, He is in all things, He is about all things. Jesus, renew my strength and restore my joy before I sleep. I believe that God is restoring the joy of the Lord to you. I believe the Holy Spirit is healing your heart right now. I believe that wherever you are tonight at this unusual hour, God is restoring, God is taking you deeper, God is moving in your life, God is at work, God is in every area of your children, whether you've got children, no children, whatever your life looks like, whoever you are, wherever you are, whatever the rhythm of your life is, is God is in the battlefield. God is in the mountain experience, God is walking with you wherever you are. Don't ever give up. Let's listen to the rhythm of God. Let's get into scripture. I encourage you to get a Bible, a paperback version of the Word of God. Put it down and open it up. Sit on the edge of your bed, sit on your commute run wherever you are right now. Get yourself a paperback version of the word of God. Turn your phone over for a while and just let the rhythm, let the rhythm of that paperback version of the word of God speak right into your spirit. Father, I thank you that wherever we are, from the battlefield to the boardroom, from the boardroom to the school run, from the school run to the gym, from the gym, dear God, to the now bar, from the now bar to the pedicure, from the pedicure, dear God, to the shopping trolley of life, spirit of the living God, from the scaffold, dear God, to the bus stop, to the commute, wherever we are right now, to the coffee run, Lord. I pray that you will carry us. And right now, Lord, at this hour, whatever this time zone is, I thank you that you tell us through Psalm 91 16 with long life will I satisfy him and show him my salvation. God has saved you. Don't go too far. I will catch you in two. The Spirit of the Lord is with you.
