Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper
Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper is a global daily prayer and teaching podcast rooted in the living Word of God. It exists to bring healing, peace, and prophetic encouragement to people in every nation and every situation. Each episode invites the listener into real prayer—Spirit‑led, Scripture‑anchored, and focused on restoration of the body, mind, and spirit. This is not background devotion; it is an active call to pray, to believe, and to stand on the promises of God when life feels uncertain. Every day, short prayers are released at set times across the world so that someone, somewhere, is always being lifted in prayer. Listeners hear prayer for healing, prayer for anxiety, prayer for breakthrough, prayer for strength, and prayer for peace, all spoken with biblical clarity and prophetic conviction. Each moment is rooted in Scripture and guided by the Holy Spirit, turning verses into living declarations that realign hearts with faith and renew the mind with truth.
Alongside the daily recordings, Reverend Ben offers longer episodes that combine prophetic teaching with extended prayer. These thirty‑ to forty‑five‑minute sessions explore how to pray through Scripture, how to recognise the voice of God, and how to apply biblical principles to everyday life. They include prayer for deliverance, prayer for forgiveness, and prayer for inner healing, reminding believers that God’s power is not distant but active in the present. The tone is pastoral yet bold, inviting believers to move from listening to participation, from fear to faith, from silence to spoken prayer. Each broadcast is designed to help listeners grow in discernment, spiritual strength, and confidence in God’s promises.
Reverend Ben Cooper, a pastor, broadcaster, and communicator known for his integrity and depth, leads the ministry with genuine compassion and prophetic insight. His words carry authority shaped by decades of experience in prayer, preaching, and pastoral care. Through his voice, thousands are reminded that prayer still heals, God still speaks, and the presence of the Holy Spirit is as powerful today as ever. Listeners across more than 170 countries tune in daily through Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Amazon Music, Buzzsprout, and iHeartRadio. The global schedule ensures connection for believers in every time zone, from morning prayers in North America to evening reflection in Asia and Africa, creating a continuous wave of intercession that never stops.
Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper is sustained entirely by listeners who share its vision of global prayer. A gift of even a few pounds a month helps extend this mission and keeps the message of healing and hope flowing without interruption. The ministry’s aim is simple but urgent—to restore faith where it has weakened, to speak life where despair has settled, and to remind every listener that God is still in control.
This podcast is more than words; it is a living stream of prayer that covers the world. It speaks directly into anxiety, illness, confusion, loss, and spiritual fatigue. It proclaims healing through Christ, release through faith, and renewal through the Holy Spirit. It stands as a daily reminder that prayer is not a routine but a relationship—an ongoing conversation between the Creator and His people. Every episode is a moment to pause, to breathe, and to reconnect with the presence of God that never leaves nor fails. Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper calls believers to return to the altar of faith, to listen for the prophetic word, and to walk in the power of prayer that changes everything. Across continents and generations, it unites voices in one declaration: God still heals, God still speaks, and prayer still moves mountains.

Morning Prayer — To Find Calm Strength and a Clear Mind Today Matthew 6:9 — “Hallowed Be Your Name” Live from London, England — where faith meets the world in daily prayer and global hope Lima • Accra • Dubai • Manila CALM • CLARITY • STRENGTH morning prayer for calm and clear thinking • Hallowed be Your name prayer for focus • prayer when I feel unsettled and need strength • Christian prayer for a sound mind and peace • prayer to steady my thoughts today Matthew 6:9 (NIV) “This, then, is how you should pray: ‘Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name.’” 2 Timothy 1:7 (NIV) “For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline.” This is your morning prayer for calm, clarity, and quiet strength. If your thoughts feel unsettled, or your mind feels pulled in different directions, this moment is for you. This is a prayer to steady your thinking and receive strength from God. We are praying from the words of Jesus in the Lord’s Prayer — “Hallowed be Your name.” Father, as this morning continues, we gently turn our attention back to You. Not in a rush. Not in pressure. But with a quiet willingness to be still. Your name is holy. Above every thought. Above every feeling. Above every concern that tries to take our focus. You are steady. And Your Spirit within us brings calm, not confusion. So we pause here. We allow our thoughts to settle. We allow our breathing to slow. We allow our hearts to rest in You. And Your Word reminds us that You have given us a spirit not of fear— but of power, of love, and of a sound mind. So I release the unsettled thoughts. I release the tension I have been carrying. I release the quiet unease within me. I release it. And now, I receive. I receive a calm and steady mind. I receive strength to move through this day. I receive clarity in my thoughts and peace in my heart. I receive. And now I move forward gently. Not forced. Not hurried. But led by Your Spirit. Today, I will think clearly. I will respond calmly. I will walk in quiet strength. God is with you now. You are not alone in this moment. Across the world, wherever we are listening, You are bringing clarity and calm. From Lima to Accra, from Dubai to Manila, Your Spirit is steadying minds and strengthening hearts. Jesús, calma mi mente y fortalece mi espíritu hoy. Jesus Cristo, acalma a minha mente e fortalece o meu espírito hoje. Jesus, pinapatahimik Mo ang aking isip at pinalalakas ang aking puso. Father, we honour You. We centre ourselves in You. We walk forward in peace. In Jesus’ name. Calm, Strength And A Clear Mind
SPEAKER_00morning prayer. And the title is coming out of the beautiful book of Matthew, chapter 6, verse 9. To find calm, strength, and a clear mind today. Holy Spirit, we bring these three areas of our lives right before you. Lord, we put them on the table of life. Lord, we bring them to the cross of Calvary. Lord, we bring them to the footstool of Jesus Christ. And right now, Jesus, will you bring calm to our lives? Holy Spirit, will you bring strength to our bones? Dear God in heaven, will you give us a clear mind today? Lord, the day is already moving forward. We are already on the track of life. Spirit of the living God, we call on the greatest name. Lord, we are praying through the beautiful Lord's Prayer. Lord, we are learning to pray with the great prayer, Lord, out of Matthew 6, verse 9. Lord God, I ask you that you'll strengthen us from within. Lord, that there will be calmness for our hearts right now. Father, I pray for every heart that is with me. Lord, the day has already begun and we are looking for calm hearts. Lord, bring our heartbeat down. Keep our heartbeat steady, Lord, with the rhythm of heaven. Lord, keep our hearts with the rhythm of the glory and the beauty of your majesty. Holy Spirit, Lord, we want our lives to be calm and to be full of peace. Hallowed be thy name. Lord, your name is holy. Lord, we call on the greatest name in heaven and earth. And every heart that is with me right now, we pray, our Father, hallowed
When Life Feels Fierce And Heavy
SPEAKER_00be thy name. Bring calm to our hearts, our minds, and our bodies and our souls. Lord, we're praying for strength. Lord, because we feel a little bit weak, we feel a little bit scared. Lord, we've got a bit of trouble at work. There's a bit of trouble at home. Lord, there's a bit of trouble on the track of life. Lord, we're feeling a little bit guarded. Lord, we're feeling a little bit stressed. And Lord, we need strength today. We need the word of God to lift us out of the ashes of worry. So today, Lord, we're praying for calmness. We're praying for clarity. We're praying for strength. And we're praying for an anointing over our lives that you will carry us through the river of life. Whatever we are going through, whatever seasons we're walking through, Lord, whether we're in the winter, the summer, the spring, or the autumn, we are praying for calmness. Lord, I pray for miracles over hearts right now. I believe in healing. Lord, I believe that the listeners are healed. I believe the listeners have a calm, steady heart. Lord, wherever they are, from the battlefield to the boardroom, to the field of life, I pray for peace, love, dear God, and clarity over their lives. For those that feel really weak today, give them strength. For those, dear God, that feel unloved, give them love today. But Lord, these three areas of our lives, we are looking for calmness, we are looking for strength, and we are looking for a clear mind. Father, we're already on the track of life. We're already, dear God, in the battlefield of life. Lord, we've already had a few emails, a few texts, and we're already weary. So Lord God, as this day starts to move forward, we need strength, we need calmness, and we need clarity
Praying Across The World For Peace

Lord, the Philippines, we pray for every nation, every tribe, every color, every language. Lord, we pray for one another. Lord, we need your help in our lives. Lord, work, dear God, is fierce. Life is fierce. We are scared and we are worried. So, Lord, we pray for every heart that you will calm our hearts, that you will strengthen our bones today. And Lord, that we will find clarity in our mind in the most beautiful name, in the name of Jesus Christ, from the battlefield to the boardroom, to the field of life. Father, we pray as we're shopping right now, as we're on the scaffold, we're driving the van in the car. Lord, that you will give us clarity and you will give us strength. We believe in miracles, but dear God, I pray as this day gently move forward. And Lord, we say gently, Lord, we're not going to go in the fierceness of the world. We're going to go in the steady rhythm of the rhythm of the Lion of Judah. So, Lord, we believe that there is calmness, there is strength, there is hope, there is power, and there is clarity today over
