Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper
Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper is a global daily prayer and teaching podcast rooted in the living Word of God. It exists to bring healing, peace, and prophetic encouragement to people in every nation and every situation. Each episode invites the listener into real prayer—Spirit‑led, Scripture‑anchored, and focused on restoration of the body, mind, and spirit. This is not background devotion; it is an active call to pray, to believe, and to stand on the promises of God when life feels uncertain. Every day, short prayers are released at set times across the world so that someone, somewhere, is always being lifted in prayer. Listeners hear prayer for healing, prayer for anxiety, prayer for breakthrough, prayer for strength, and prayer for peace, all spoken with biblical clarity and prophetic conviction. Each moment is rooted in Scripture and guided by the Holy Spirit, turning verses into living declarations that realign hearts with faith and renew the mind with truth.
Alongside the daily recordings, Reverend Ben offers longer episodes that combine prophetic teaching with extended prayer. These thirty‑ to forty‑five‑minute sessions explore how to pray through Scripture, how to recognise the voice of God, and how to apply biblical principles to everyday life. They include prayer for deliverance, prayer for forgiveness, and prayer for inner healing, reminding believers that God’s power is not distant but active in the present. The tone is pastoral yet bold, inviting believers to move from listening to participation, from fear to faith, from silence to spoken prayer. Each broadcast is designed to help listeners grow in discernment, spiritual strength, and confidence in God’s promises.
Reverend Ben Cooper, a pastor, broadcaster, and communicator known for his integrity and depth, leads the ministry with genuine compassion and prophetic insight. His words carry authority shaped by decades of experience in prayer, preaching, and pastoral care. Through his voice, thousands are reminded that prayer still heals, God still speaks, and the presence of the Holy Spirit is as powerful today as ever. Listeners across more than 170 countries tune in daily through Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Amazon Music, Buzzsprout, and iHeartRadio. The global schedule ensures connection for believers in every time zone, from morning prayers in North America to evening reflection in Asia and Africa, creating a continuous wave of intercession that never stops.

This podcast is more than words; it is a living stream of prayer that covers the world. It speaks directly into anxiety, illness, confusion, loss, and spiritual fatigue. It proclaims healing through Christ, release through faith, and renewal through the Holy Spirit. It stands as a daily reminder that prayer is not a routine but a relationship—an ongoing conversation between the Creator and His people. Every episode is a moment to pause, to breathe, and to reconnect with the presence of God that never leaves nor fails. Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper calls believers to return to the altar of faith, to listen for the prophetic word, and to walk in the power of prayer that changes everything. Across continents and generations, it unites voices in one declaration: God still heals, God still speaks, and prayer still moves mountains.

Welcome And Settle Into Prayer
SPEAKER_00Welcome to daily prayer with myself, Reverend Ben Cooper. Wherever you are in this world, thank you for making daily prayer part of your life and part of the rhythm of your day. It is the early evening devotional prayer time, and I invite you to stay. I know we're busy, I know we're tired, there's still so much to do. We're gonna pray out of the great book of 1 Peter, chapter 5, verse 7. This is the title The Evening Prayer to Let Go of Anxiety, Stress, and Overthinking Before Rest. Holy Spirit, I'm not quite sure that I can do this, Jesus, because sometimes, Lord, I feel very anxious 24 hours, seven days a week. Sometimes we feel stressed 24 hours, seven days a week. Sometimes, God, we are overthinking 24 hours, seven days a week. Lord, even when we go to sleep, as soon as we wake up, the mind switches in. Lord, so often we wake at the early doors. Father, we can't sleep because of the overthinking. Lord, Holy Spirit, we call you down into our arena right now. And Lord, we thank you that you are meeting us right where we are. Lord, we ain't got time to get to church today. Lord, life is busy, but you're meeting us where we are. Lord, I ain't got time, dear God, to talk to pastor, but you are meeting us right where we are. Father, I thank you that I haven't got to Google you. I haven't got to look for you because you live in our hearts. And Lord, we seek the kingdom of God and thy righteousness. Father, we thank you that everything else is being added to our lives. But help us to find that place of release, trust, and surrender. Lord, that's a scary word, Jesus. Surrender. Lord, will you help me? Will you help us to surrender? Will you help us, dear God, to let go of life and let God? Lord, we want to let go of worries and fears and we want to let God. Lord, we invite you into our hearts. We invite you into our lives. Lord, we thank you that we are not orphans, that we walk with Jesus. But right now, through this early evening devotional prayer time, help us, dear God, to let go of three areas anxiety, stress, and overthinking. So Lord, as we pray out live from London, England, all the way to Houston, all the way to Melbourne, all the way to Brussels and Seoul. We are praying, dear God, for Brazil. Holy Spirit, let your love just permeate over our hearts right now. Lord, we've had a long day. The children are making a noise. The house is very chaotic. Lord, noise of life is over us. Lord, we're losing our thought pattern. Lord, our tongues are getting tired. Lord, we are losing the rhythm of life. Father, we need Jesus. We got anxiety, stress, and we are overthinking. Lord, whatever the rhythm of the hour is, from the battlefield to the boardroom, to the field of life, as we stretch out, Lord, we are praying that stress will go in the name of Jesus Christ. Help us to stop overthinking. Father, I pray that we will close the laptop now on work, that we will turn the key on the ivory tower, that we will walk away from the office. We will get out of the van. Lord, that we will find a place to be still and know that you are God. But right now, I'm asking you, Jesus, that 1 Peter 5, 7 is over our lives. Cast all your anxieties onto Him because He cares for you. Lord, I want to pause a moment and I want to feel the refreshing reign of the Holy Spirit. Lord, I want to stop, dear God, driving this van and this car at such a high speed. And Lord, I want to pause and be still and just say thank you, Jesus. You know I'm anxious. You know I'm scared. You know I'm worried about life. But right now, Lord, I thank you that you're in my heart. And Lord, that's all that matters. You're in my heart. Lord, you know my worries. You know my fears. And Lord, I step to the left or the right of life. And I just breathe. And Lord, and I pause at work, in the traffic, at home. Lord, as I'm at the cooker right now, I'm doing the ironing right now. Lord, whatever we might be doing, Lord, we step to the left or the right, and we just pause and we say, Thank you, Jesus. You know my heart. You know me, dear God. You created me. So right now, Jesus, I'm learning to let go of what I cannot control. But Lord is taking everything I've got. Lord is taking every fiber of my being. It takes every area of my faith walk with you to let go, to cast my anxieties onto Him because He cares for you. Have a beautiful evening. The love of God is over you. I invite you to join me in a short while or whenever it may be to link in with me for these late night prayers. Wherever you are, don't ever give up. Have a beautiful evening in the beautiful name of Jesus. God bless you.
