You do not need to carry fear into this day. Father, in the name of Jesus, I come before You now. You see the worries resting quietly in my mind. You understand the pressure I feel before this day has even fully begun. Jesus, help me find calmness in Your presence today. I place every anxious thought into Your hands. I let go of the overthinking that keeps trying to steal my peace. And now, I choose to rest in the quietness of Your presence. Be my refuge today. Steady my heart gently. Help my mind settle in Your peace. Jesus, remind me that You are already walking beside me through every moment ahead. Today, I choose trust instead of fear. I choose peace instead of panic. Jesus is with you now. Across the world, hearts are waking with a deep need for calmness, reassurance, and hope. From Dallas to Singapore, from Johannesburg to Toronto and Wellington, Jesus is bringing peace to anxious hearts and rest to tired minds. Jesús, encuentro paz y descanso en Ti.  Jesus, encontro calma na Tua presença. Jesus, Ikaw ang aking kapayapaan ngayong araw. Father, I trust You completely. Through Jesus Christ, guard my heart and mind with peace today. Welcome to Daily Prayer with myself, Reverend Ben Cooper. Wherever you are in the world, thank you for making daily prayer part of your life and part of the rhythm of your day. It is the early morning devotional prayer time. We're going to get straight in to the great book of Philippians 4. It is that beautiful scripture regarding anxiety. You know, we are living in very fragile days. This is the title of the prayer: the morning prayer for anxiety, overthinking, finding peace before this day begins. Lord, we come to you and Lord, we know that there is one place that we can get to that we will find refuge, calm, and trust. And that is in the living word of God. Because Jesus Christ, you are the way, the truth, and the life. And right now, Lord, before the dawn lifts off the grass, Lord, before the sun rises in the heavens above, Lord, before we pull the curtains on today, Lord, we sit in bed, we lay in bed, we sit in the chair. Lord, wherever we are at this early morning devotional prayer time, Lord, we pray and we come against anxiety. In the name of Jesus, we believe in healing. Lord, we don't want to overthink anymore. We don't want to over-engineer our thoughts. Lord, we thank you that there is peace abounding in our hearts. And Lord, before this day begins, as we stretch out across the world, Lord, we walk in favor, we walk in calm, and we walk in trust. Lord, we believe in miracles. But today, God, as we stretch out live from London, England, all the way to Dallas, Singapore, Johannesburg, Toronto, Wellington, we believe, dear God, from whatever nation, whatever tribe, whatever area of this world we are from, Lord, we believe that God is our refuge, our calm space, and Lord, we are trusting in the word of God. But Lord, this world is so fierce, it's so furious. Lord, we don't want to get entangled in the way of the world. Lord, we want to find, dear God, a place of calmness, of hope and rest. And Lord, we thank you, dear God, that you are with us and everything is going to be okay because you are with each and every one of us. Father, I thank you that God sees our pain, God sees our tears, and you are with us right now. And Father, I thank you that the love of God is over our lives. Lord, from the battle stations of life to the inner doubts, to the inner fears, Father, to the complicated way life is. Spirit of the living God, I pray from that battlefield of life. Lord, that you will bring peace. Lord, we got to get up now. Lord, we got to kick the duvet off. Lord, we got to swing our legs around the bed and get out and get dressed, comb our hair, put our makeup on, put that uniform on, get the house ready, get ourselves ready. Lord, before we hit the commute run, Lord, even if we are on that commute run right now, Lord, will you give us the stability? Will you give us that hope? But right now, Lord, we need to know that we can rest in the refuge of God. We gotta know that we can find that calm space. Lord, we thank you that we are learning to trust in you. But Lord, as that great book says in the beautiful book of Philippians 4, verses 6, do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, with the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Father, we love this. Lord, we pause at this early morning. Father, before the dew lifts off the grass, Holy Spirit, before the sun, dear God, comes through our window. Holy God, great King that you are, Jesus, we want to say thank you. Jesus, we want to say yes. Dear God, we believe that there is peace, there is calm, there is rest in the greatest name in heaven and earth. And Lord, I pray that you will bless all the listeners. Lord, that you will be with them. Lord, that you will cover them from the crown of their head to the very sole of their feet, that you will bless them wherever they are right now. Brother and sister, wherever you are, don't ever, ever give up. God is with you. The world is anxious, we are all scared to a certain degree, but we got to get outside of this earth suit and we got to walk in faith. We got to trust that King because Jesus is in your life. Don't let anybody tell you any difference. Thank you for joining me at this hour, this early morning devotional prayer time. Will you stay with me? Will you join me in the next few hours for our next prayer? I invite you to stay. And I want to let you know as I pedal out right now in prayer, everything is gonna be okay. Have a beautiful morning in Jesus' name. God bless you.
