Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper
Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper is a global daily prayer and teaching podcast rooted in the living Word of God. It exists to bring healing, peace, and prophetic encouragement to people in every nation and every situation. Each episode invites the listener into real prayer—Spirit‑led, Scripture‑anchored, and focused on restoration of the body, mind, and spirit. This is not background devotion; it is an active call to pray, to believe, and to stand on the promises of God when life feels uncertain. Every day, short prayers are released at set times across the world so that someone, somewhere, is always being lifted in prayer. Listeners hear prayer for healing, prayer for anxiety, prayer for breakthrough, prayer for strength, and prayer for peace, all spoken with biblical clarity and prophetic conviction. Each moment is rooted in Scripture and guided by the Holy Spirit, turning verses into living declarations that realign hearts with faith and renew the mind with truth.
Alongside the daily recordings, Reverend Ben offers longer episodes that combine prophetic teaching with extended prayer. These thirty‑ to forty‑five‑minute sessions explore how to pray through Scripture, how to recognise the voice of God, and how to apply biblical principles to everyday life. They include prayer for deliverance, prayer for forgiveness, and prayer for inner healing, reminding believers that God’s power is not distant but active in the present. The tone is pastoral yet bold, inviting believers to move from listening to participation, from fear to faith, from silence to spoken prayer. Each broadcast is designed to help listeners grow in discernment, spiritual strength, and confidence in God’s promises.
Reverend Ben Cooper, a pastor, broadcaster, and communicator known for his integrity and depth, leads the ministry with genuine compassion and prophetic insight. His words carry authority shaped by decades of experience in prayer, preaching, and pastoral care. Through his voice, thousands are reminded that prayer still heals, God still speaks, and the presence of the Holy Spirit is as powerful today as ever. Listeners across more than 170 countries tune in daily through Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Amazon Music, Buzzsprout, and iHeartRadio. The global schedule ensures connection for believers in every time zone, from morning prayers in North America to evening reflection in Asia and Africa, creating a continuous wave of intercession that never stops.
Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper is sustained entirely by listeners who share its vision of global prayer. Supporters who contribute through RBChristianRadio.net help keep the broadcast free and accessible, ensuring that every prayer can reach those who need it most. A gift of even a few pounds a month helps extend this mission and keeps the message of healing and hope flowing without interruption. The ministry’s aim is simple but urgent—to restore faith where it has weakened, to speak life where despair has settled, and to remind every listener that God is still in control.
This podcast is more than words; it is a living stream of prayer that covers the world. It speaks directly into anxiety, illness, confusion, loss, and spiritual fatigue. It proclaims healing through Christ, release through faith, and renewal through the Holy Spirit. It stands as a daily reminder that prayer is not a routine but a relationship—an ongoing conversation between the Creator and His people. Every episode is a moment to pause, to breathe, and to reconnect with the presence of God that never leaves nor fails. Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper calls believers to return to the altar of faith, to listen for the prophetic word, and to walk in the power of prayer that changes everything. Across continents and generations, it unites voices in one declaration: God still heals, God still speaks, and prayer still moves mountains.

The responsibilities, the conversations, the disappointments and the quiet concerns of the day can settle heavily upon our hearts. Yet God never intended us to carry those burdens alone. Let’s bring them to Him together. Psalm 55:22 (NIV) “Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken.” What a beautiful invitation from our heavenly Father. He does not ask us to hide our worries or pretend we are stronger than we feel. Instead, He welcomes us to place every care into His faithful hands. His strength is greater than our weakness, His peace is deeper than our anxiety, and His love is constant through every season of life. Father, thank You for Your patient love and for the way You continue to carry us, even on the days when we feel weary. Thank You that we never need to face life’s burdens by ourselves. Lord Jesus, today we place every care before You. Welcome To Evening Prayer
SPEAKER_00Welcome to Daily Prayer with myself, Reverend Ben Cooper, wherever you are across this beautiful world. May the Spirit of the Lord gather you tonight. We're going to jump in. It is the early evening devotional prayer time. How you're feeling hot, bothered, tired, exhausted. Let's just remind ourselves that fear will never win. We're going to pray and we're going to go to the great prayers of David, Psalm 55, 22. This is the title of the early evening devotional prayer time.
Placing Today Into God’s Hands
SPEAKER_00Place today into the Lord's hands. Father, it is easy to speak, it is easy to say. Lord, sometimes it is easy to pray this prayer. Lord, I'm going to place everything into your hands. This entire day I'm handing over right now. But Lord, my mind won't hand it over. Lord, through this devotional time, through this early evening, Lord, it is so difficult to hand it over. Sometimes, Lord, it feels so vicious. Lord, it feels so alive in my head, my heart, and my mind. Lord, will you deal with our cognitive processing? Lord, we thank you for the power of the rhythm
The Suitcase Of Fear And Strain
SPEAKER_00of God. And wherever we are, Lord, at this hour, we need to pause to breathe and to say, Lord, I need to hand over this baggage. Lord, I got suitcases. Lord, the suitcases are got fear, they got doubt. They got uncertainty. They got unforgiveness. Lord, they got the pressure of life. They got fear. They got financial strain. Lord, in these suitcases, Lord, they are loaded to the full zip. Holy Spirit, I pray, Lord, that you will take this rucksack off my back. Help me to place the rucksack of life in your hands. Lord, this rucksack is so heavy. It is weighing me down. Lord, it is exhausting. The suitcase is the rucksack. Lord, the pressure in my mind. Holy Spirit, Lord, I pray that you will deal with our responsibilities, the conversations, the disappointments, the concerns that are in our head right now. Lord, this day has been very heavy and very unsettling. And we come to you in faith. But right now, Lord, we shake it off. We are not going to allow the suitcase of history. We're not going to allow the rucksack of disappointment. We're not going to allow the weight of the world to crush us. Because we are going to rise on wings as of eagles. And we're going to pray through Psalm 55, 22.
Psalm 55:22 And Unshaken Faith
SPEAKER_00Cast your cares onto the Lord. He will sustain you. He will never let the righteous be shaken. Father, we are not going to be shaken. Lord, we're not going to allow the world to shake us. Lord, we're not going to bounce on the trampoline of the rhythm of the world. Lord, we're going to walk freely right now. Lord, we declare there is healing in our bodies. We be declare that there is freedom in our mind. We declare that the love of God is over our lives. And right now we're learning to release. We're walking in healing and we're walking in peace. But Father, I pray that there will be a stillness in our spirit tonight. I pray that there will be a calmness in our lives tonight. Wherever we are, Lord, we're just going to take a moment, we're going to breathe, and we're going to say, Father, we come to you. As we continue through the rhythm of our life, Lord, we are expecting miracles. Lord, we're not going to struggle. We're not going to wrestle with the stuff of the world. Lord, we're going to let go tonight and let God.
Stillness, Healing, And Letting Go
SPEAKER_00So Lord, through this stillness, through the heaviness of the day, through the temperature, through the atmosphere, through the rhythm of society and culture, Lord, help us to let go of these responsibilities. Lord, whether at work, at home, in family, relationships, whatever we are carrying that is hindering our walk with you. Help us to let go of the suitcase, cut the rucksack straps from our back. Lord, we want to walk strong and upright in the name of Jesus. Lord, we're not going to go by past disappointments. We're not going to listen to the concerns that we have. We're not going to listen to the rhythm of the world on the outside. We're going to call the things that are not as though they are. And Lord, we're going to walk in healing tonight. We're going to walk in miracles today. And Lord, wherever we are from the four corners of the world, as we stretch out,
Nature’s Glory And Worldwide Prayer
SPEAKER_00Lord, we pray together. We hold it together. Live from London, England, from this studio, Lord, we thank you all the way to Adelaide, all the way to Christchurch, Singapore, Houston, all the way to Montreal. Father, we believe that the power of God is in every nature, every society, every culture, in every area. Lord, we look at nature and we see the power of God. We look at the sun, we look at the moon. We look at the trees, the birds, the fish. Lord, we look at the world and we see the glory of God. We see the power of God. And Lord, we look out this studio window. Lord, we see the rhythm of nature right now. And Lord, we look at your splendor. We look at your glory. We look out the office windows. We see the blue skies. We see the rain. Lord, your glory is right before our eyes. And today I place into your hands my fears. Because as I look out of the studio window, as I pause and be still, I see the splendor of the King in nature before my eyes. Help us to pause, to count our blessings, and to say, Jesus, help me to breathe. Help me to walk in healing. Help me to walk in release. Help me to walk in peace. And I thank you, Lord, as I learn, as the psalmist says, cast your cares onto the Lord, and He will sustain you. He will not let the righteous be shaken. Father, we are never going to be shaken. We walk strong in the greatest name in heaven and earth,
