Psalm 46:1 — God Is Your Refuge In Every Storm Live from our studios in London, England — where faith meets the world in daily prayer and global hope. Darwin • Queenstown • Singapore • Chicago • Buenos Aires REFUGE • TRUST • STRENGTH Some days leave us carrying far more than we expected. We may have smiled through difficult moments, made decisions that drained our strength or quietly carried concerns that no one else has seen. Before this day slips into tomorrow, let’s bring everything into the presence of the God who remains our refuge through every season of life.  Psalm 46:1 (NIV) “God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.” These words do not promise a life without storms, but they do promise that we never face those storms alone. The Lord is not distant when life becomes difficult. He is near. He is steady. He is faithful. When our own strength begins to fade, His strength remains constant, inviting us to rest in His unfailing care. Father, thank You for being our refuge when life feels uncertain and our strength feels small. Thank You that Your faithfulness never changes and that Your presence remains constant through every circumstance. Lord Jesus, we place every burden into Your loving hands. Bring healing to those who are struggling, comfort to those carrying grief, peace to anxious hearts and renewed strength to everyone who feels weary today. Help us to trust that You are working, even when we cannot yet see what lies ahead. Holy Spirit, settle our hearts, strengthen our faith and help us to finish this day resting in the confidence that God is our safe place. Across the world, from Darwin to Queenstown, from Singapore to Chicago and Buenos Aires, may every listener discover fresh courage, quiet peace and lasting confidence in the refuge that is found in Christ alone. Jesús, gracias porque eres mi refugio. Jesus, obrigado porque és o meu refúgio. Jesus, salamat dahil Ikaw ang aking kanlungan. Amen. living in. We are in Psalm 46, verse 1. This is the title of the early evening devotional prayer time together. God is our refuge in every storm. Father, I thank you that you know full well about storms. Because Lord, we are in one storm. Lord, the world is in a full storm. Lord, it feels like there is a tornado ripping through England right now. Lord, it feels like there is a spiritual storm around the world. And Lord, whatever nation, whatever tribe, whatever language, whatever colour, Lord, wherever we are, Lord, there is a storm. Lord, and it is

raging. And Lord, we come to you right now and we need shelter from these storms, the political storms, the war storms, the social media storms, education, life, finances, Lord, there is storms breaking out everywhere. Father, in the name of Jesus, Lord, we need to find this refuge. Lord, will you help us, Father? Come to you. Because Lord, the storm, Father God, the battle is so fierce. We are weary and we are tired. We are absolutely exhausted. But Lord, we pray through Psalms 46, verse 1. God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Father, we thank you that your promises are new every morning. And Lord, whatever storm we're going through, whatever battle we are facing, Lord, we are not alone because nothing can separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus. Lord, as this evening unfolds, Lord, at work, at home, in family, in life, Lord, there are storms everywhere. Father, we are watching a political storm here in the UK. Lord, we are listening to news breakouts that we never thought possible. Father, we are watching wars break out around the world. Father, we are listening to areas of food shortage. We are listening, dear God, to about the shipping lanes in certain areas around the world. Father, in the name of Jesus, Lord, there are storms breaking out. And Father, we need our God. We need the Father of Isaac, Jacob, and Abraham. We need the God of David who fights our battles. Because, Lord, we are right in the eye of the storm.

Calling On God For Breakthrough

SPEAKER_00

Spirit of the living God, we call on the greatest name. We call on Jehovah Jairah, Jehovah Nissi, Jehovah Shalom. Father, we are tired. It is taking everything we got to pray. It is taking everything we got to get out of bed. It is taking everything we got is to cook the food, to look after the kids. Lord, we are exhausted. And Lord, as we join, as we lock shields of faith right now, we're never going to give up. Because Lord, we're not going to let fear win in the name of Jesus Christ. We're going to rise, dear God, through the storm, through the cloud line. Lord, we're going to rise on wings as of eagles. And Lord, we hold on to Psalms 46, verse 1. God is our refuge and strength and ever-present help in trouble. Father, right here, live in London, England, all the way to Darwin, all the way to Queensland, all the way to Singapore, all the way to Chicago, Bronaceris, Lord, we thank you for an outpouring of your spirit right the way around the world. Lord, we are looking for trust. We need strength. Lord, we got to get under those feathers, under the wings of the God Almighty. And right now we are praying for a breakthrough. Lord, we thank you that there is spiritual breakthrough. Lord, that there is practical breakthrough, that there is physical breakthrough. Lord, we just strengthen these bones. Holy Spirit, Lord, we need to do a Jacob on God right now. Lord, we got to hold on like never before. Because, Lord, the storm is fierce from the battlefield to the boardroom. Spirit of the Living God, I pray for every heart that's with me. I pray for everyone that is holding on to the word. Spirit of the Living God, I thank you that nothing can separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus. And Lord, I pray for your protection. I pray for your love because the storm is raging. Lord, there is a global storm. Lord, it is ripping through families. It is ripping through society and culture. Spirit of the Living God, I pray that we will rise today. Lord, I thank you that the battle belongs to the Lord.
