Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper
Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper is a global daily prayer and teaching podcast rooted in the living Word of God. It exists to bring healing, peace, and prophetic encouragement to people in every nation and every situation. Each episode invites the listener into real prayer—Spirit‑led, Scripture‑anchored, and focused on restoration of the body, mind, and spirit. This is not background devotion; it is an active call to pray, to believe, and to stand on the promises of God when life feels uncertain. Every day, short prayers are released at set times across the world so that someone, somewhere, is always being lifted in prayer. Listeners hear prayer for healing, prayer for anxiety, prayer for breakthrough, prayer for strength, and prayer for peace, all spoken with biblical clarity and prophetic conviction. Each moment is rooted in Scripture and guided by the Holy Spirit, turning verses into living declarations that realign hearts with faith and renew the mind with truth.
Alongside the daily recordings, Reverend Ben offers longer episodes that combine prophetic teaching with extended prayer. These thirty‑ to forty‑five‑minute sessions explore how to pray through Scripture, how to recognise the voice of God, and how to apply biblical principles to everyday life. They include prayer for deliverance, prayer for forgiveness, and prayer for inner healing, reminding believers that God’s power is not distant but active in the present. The tone is pastoral yet bold, inviting believers to move from listening to participation, from fear to faith, from silence to spoken prayer. Each broadcast is designed to help listeners grow in discernment, spiritual strength, and confidence in God’s promises.
Reverend Ben Cooper, a pastor, broadcaster, and communicator known for his integrity and depth, leads the ministry with genuine compassion and prophetic insight. His words carry authority shaped by decades of experience in prayer, preaching, and pastoral care. Through his voice, thousands are reminded that prayer still heals, God still speaks, and the presence of the Holy Spirit is as powerful today as ever. Listeners across more than 170 countries tune in daily through Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Amazon Music, Buzzsprout, and iHeartRadio. The global schedule ensures connection for believers in every time zone, from morning prayers in North America to evening reflection in Asia and Africa, creating a continuous wave of intercession that never stops.
Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper is sustained entirely by listeners who share its vision of global prayer. Supporters who contribute through RBChristianRadio.net help keep the broadcast free and accessible, ensuring that every prayer can reach those who need it most. A gift of even a few pounds a month helps extend this mission and keeps the message of healing and hope flowing without interruption. The ministry’s aim is simple but urgent—to restore faith where it has weakened, to speak life where despair has settled, and to remind every listener that God is still in control.
This podcast is more than words; it is a living stream of prayer that covers the world. It speaks directly into anxiety, illness, confusion, loss, and spiritual fatigue. It proclaims healing through Christ, release through faith, and renewal through the Holy Spirit. It stands as a daily reminder that prayer is not a routine but a relationship—an ongoing conversation between the Creator and His people. Every episode is a moment to pause, to breathe, and to reconnect with the presence of God that never leaves nor fails. Daily Prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper calls believers to return to the altar of faith, to listen for the prophetic word, and to walk in the power of prayer that changes everything. Across continents and generations, it unites voices in one declaration: God still heals, God still speaks, and prayer still moves mountains.

Welcome And Settle In
SPEAKER_00Welcome to Daily Prayer. I'm Reverend Ben Cooper coming to you live from our studios in London, England. Let's open God's word together and let's pray together. Wherever you are across this beautiful earth, without further ado, I invite you to stay with me, to lock in with me for three
2 Timothy 1:7 And Courage
SPEAKER_00or four minutes. We're going to jump straight through to the beautiful prayers of Timothy. We're going to go to 2 Timothy chapter 1 verse 7. This is the title of our prayer together. Fear will not win tonight. Father, we thank you that fear can never win. Lord, it's not going to win tomorrow, it's not going to win tonight, and it's not going to take over our future. Because we are blessed and highly favored, wonderfully and fearfully
Naming The Burdens We Carry
SPEAKER_00made. Help us to be still, to gather our breath, and Lord, whatever's gone on today, Lord, whatever conversations, whatever responsibilities, the joys, the challenges of life, Lord, we declare all is well. Because the Spirit of the Lord is over our lives. And Father, help us to breathe. And Lord, as we breathe, I ask you, dear God, that the four winds of heaven, Lord, will echo down the corridor of our heart. Lord, empty our heart with the fear, with the doubt, with the panic attacks, with the uncertainties of life. But whatever burdens we are carrying, Lord, help us to let go of these burdens in our head, in our heart, and in our hands. Lord, we got suitcases, we got rucksacks on our back, filled up with quiet worries, quiet fears. Lord, we've got eruptions, dear God, waiting to erupt. We got doubt, we got fear. Lord, there's all manner of things rumbling around our spirit. But Lord, these suitcases that we're holding on to, Lord, this rucksack, Father God, I pray that you will take this rucksack off. Lord, I can't get it off. Lord, it is affecting my walk. Lord, it is too heavy for me. This fear is too heavy. Lord, this rucksack is filled with doubt. Lord God, we have lost our self-worth. Lord, we have lost ourselves in culture life. Lord, we have lost ourselves and we are carrying rucksacks of pain, anger, frustration, disappointments, uncertainties. Lord, you designed us, you created us not to live with such pain and worry and fear. So Lord, we come to you right now and say, Lord, help me to let go and to let God. Because Lord, you haven't given us a spirit of timidity. You've given us a spirit of power, love and self-discipline. And Lord, as we pray through 2 Timothy 1.7, help me, help us to let go and
Letting Go For Sweet Sleep
SPEAKER_00to let God. Lord, as we connect right across this world, as we pray out live from London, England, Lord, we are tired and we are weary. Will you help us to close the laptop lid on today? Lord, will you help us to close the curtains? Lord, as we just throw ourselves on the bed, on the sofa. Lord, we climb into bed and we are absolutely exhausted. We are weary and we are tired. But Lord, as we hold it just for one more minute, Lord, as we pray together, we walk together, Lord, I thank you that our sleep will be sweet. Because Lord, tonight is the night when you're gonna take the worries and the fears, the uncertainties, the doubts, the unanswered conversations, the responsibilities, everything out of our hands. And Lord, I don't know how to let go. I don't know how to let go and let God. Lord, I've got to be honest with you, Father. Lord, we are carrying bags. Lord, we got bags full of rubbish. We got history, we got now. Lord, we're worried about the future, the present, and what happened. So Lord, will you take all this away from us tonight? So when we wake up in the morning at the first light of dawn, Lord, that we will feel the love and the beauty of the Messiah. Lord, that we will find the presence of Jesus in our heart like never before.
Praying Across The World
SPEAKER_00But Lord, as we stretch out live from London, England, all the way to Auckland, Saint Paolo, Johannesburg, Dallas, all the way, dear God, to Mexico City, all the way, dear God, to Australia. Lord God, we are praying for New Zealand. Lord, we are looking for revival rain. But Lord, as this day comes to a close, help us, dear God, to declutter. And Lord, when we can't declutter, Lord help us to say, Jesus, I can't let go of this stuff. Lord, I've got a rucksack on. It is heavy, it is filled up with bitterness, unforgiveness, feeling scared, panic, worry, doubt, uncertainty, financial pressure. Lord, I've got a rucksack that is filled up to the zip. Holy God, will you get a pair of scissors and cut the straps in the name of Jesus? Lord, my hands are holding on to suitcases. I've got my history and I'm holding on to them right now. And Lord, I've got to let go and let God. So Lord, from the battlefield to the boardroom, Lord, from historical stuff to the present stuff, help us to live by faith, to trust you, to stretch out and say, Lord, all these burdens I'm carrying, all the doubt that is with me, Lord, just sweep through my suitcase. Take that backpack off my back. Take that rucksack out, sweep through my heart, my mind, my body, and my soul. And remind me right now that fear can never win. I believe that the Spirit of the Lord is over you tonight. I believe that you're going to sleep well in the greatest name in heaven and earth. Be encouraged, be fulfilled, that the promises of God are yes
