Wherever you are, I want to encourage you just before this day starts to unfold. Don't ever give up. Press into the word of God and you pray like we've never prayed before. But I want you to join me. We're gonna lock in for about four minutes before the dawn starts to rise, before this day starts to unfold.
Psalm 143 And Morning Love
SPEAKER_00Let's jump straight through to the beautiful prayers of David, and we are in Psalm 143 verse 8. This is the title of our prayer together. Let the morning begin with God's unfading love. Holy Spirit, we come to you, dear God, from the four corners of the world. And Lord, before we get out of bed today, Lord, before we kick that duvet off, Spirit of the Living God, I pray, dear God, for peace. Holy Spirit, I just pray for calmness right now, Lord. Father, that you will calm our spirit, you will calm our mind, our thought pattern. Father, help us today, Lord, as we get ready for the rhythm of life and whatever is coming our way. Lord, we believe in the power of God and we stretch out, we stretch up, and we stretch into the word of God. And Lord, as we just lay in bed, sit on the sofa, get ready, Lord, comb our hair.
Three Prayers For The Day
SPEAKER_00Lord, as we get ready for the rhythm of this day, Lord, we bring three areas before you in our lives. And Lord, we want more trust. Lord, help me to trust the living God more and more. Help me to trust the word more and more. Lord, help me to walk, dear God, in trust like I've never done before. So, Holy Spirit, Lord, I live my life by the way that I see, dear God. Everything in front of my vision, my focus, my sensual perception, my touch, my smell, my senses, my emotions, Lord, but I don't want to live by that way anymore. Lord, I want to live in faith and in trust. So we come to you right now, Lord, and we pray for these three areas trust, confidence, and hope. And Lord, we pray for such an outpouring of your spirit over our lives that we will feel the love of Jesus Christ. And wherever we are, Father, we thank you that at this early morning, at the beginning of this brand new day, let this morning begin with God's unfailing
Stillness Before Responsibilities
SPEAKER_00love. We are seeking the Father's heart right now. And as we pray through Psalms 143 verse 8, let this morning bring me a word. Holy Spirit, we need a word today. Lord, your word tells us through the prayers of David, Psalm 143, verse 8. Let this morning, Holy Spirit, before I kick the duvet off, Lord, before the sun comes through the bedroom window, before I pull the curtains back, Lord, before I do anything else, as I lay in this bed, Holy Spirit, bring me a word of your unfailing love. Lord, as I put my trust in you, Holy Spirit, we want to walk by faith. We want to walk in freedom. And Lord, as we face many responsibilities, as we are waiting, dear God, for the day to unfold on the track of life, we come to you and we want our hearts to find a place of rest. And as we stretch out live from London, England, all the way to Auckland, Bronaceres, Dallas, all the way to Mumbai, Lord, we pray right around to Australia, New Zealand. Father, we need breakthrough in every corner of our lives. But this morning, Lord, before the dawn starts to rise, Holy Spirit, before we kick this duvet off, before I comb my hair, I put my makeup on, Lord, I get the kids ready. Lord, I put this uniform on, I put my work boots on, I get in the van, I get in the car, Lord. Before this day unfolds, help me to trust you more. Help me to pause to be still, Lord. Help me, Lord, to walk in confidence. Help me, Lord, to have more hope. Help me, dear God, just to trust in the living God. Oh Jesus, I thank you that there is power in the greatest name in heaven and earth. And Lord, we've been given a gift, a gift of salvation, a gift of a brand new day.
Fear Cannot Win And Blessing
SPEAKER_00And Lord, will you remind us as we get ready now? Father, as we open the front door, Lord, as we walk out, dear God, into society and culture, Father, we thank you that the power of God is over our lives. And Lord, just remind us gently. Lord, just remind us right now that fear can never win, that we are grafted into the vine, and no weapon forged against us shall prosper in the greatest name in heaven and earth. And right now, Lord, I pray that each and every one of us will have a beautiful day because the Spirit of the Lord is with each and every one of us wherever you are. Don't ever give up from the battlefield to the boardroom to the field of life. The love of God is over you. Don't ever give up. But let's pause one moment, gather our breath, and just say, Jesus, as I get out of this bed, as I leave this house, Lord, as I get into the world, I pray that the Spirit of the Lord will lead me today and I will have a beautiful day. May the love of God be over you. Let's continue to pray, let's never give up.
