Hebrews 10:23 (NIV) — Hold Firm, Because God Always Keeps His PromisesLive from London, England — where faith meets the world in daily prayer and global hope. Today’s Nations: Netherlands • Ireland • India • Israel • Nigeria • South Korea Theme: Faithfulness • Hope • Perseverance As the evening begins to settle, many of us naturally look back over the day. There may be moments that brought joy and others that still leave questions in our minds. Yet before we measure the day by what we achieved or what remains unfinished, let’s remember something that never changes. Our hope does not rest on how firmly we hold everything together. Our hope rests on the faithfulness of God, whose promises remain true today, tomorrow and always. Let’s pause together and place this evening into His loving hands. Scripture (NIV) “Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful.” — Hebrews 10:23 Heavenly Father, thank You that Your faithfulness never changes. When our confidence feels small, remind us that Your promises remain secure because they rest upon Your unchanging character. Help us to hold firmly to the hope we have in Christ, not through our own strength, but because You are always faithful. As this evening continues, quiet every anxious thought and strengthen every weary heart. Help us to leave today’s concerns with You and to rest in the certainty that the God who has carried us this far will continue to walk faithfully with us tomorrow. Fear will not win, because the God who makes His promises is always faithful to keep them. May the Lord fill your evening with His peace, strengthen your hope and gently remind you that His faithfulness never fails. Daily Prayer, Hebrews 10, God’s Faithfulness, Evening Prayer, Christian Podcast, DailyPrayer.uk  Hebrews 10:23 prayer, God’s faithfulness, evening Christian prayer, hope in God’s promises, DailyPrayer.uk Hidden Treasures: Discover more Bible-centred prayers in the Hidden Treasures library, inspired by Isaiah 45:3 (NIV).

SPEAKER_00

Welcome to Daily Prayer. I'm Reverend Van Cooper coming to you live from our studios in London, England. Let's open the Word of God together. Let's stand together and let's pray together wherever you are. It is the early evening devotional prayer time, whatever the rhythm is, whatever your day has been like. Come on, let's pause a minute. We are tired and we are weary. It is really hot. It is a hot day today. The Spirit of the Living God is over each and every one of us. But without further ado, I just want to say thank you for standing with me. Thank you for praying with us right across the platform of every hour, every day, in the beautiful name of Jesus Christ. And also sharing out the back library to your family, your friends, your WhatsApp groups, your social media groups, your pastors and your churches. God bless you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.

Hebrews 10:23 Hold Firm

SPEAKER_00

Come on, stop waffling, Ben. Let's get straight in. We're in Hebrews 10, 23. This is the title of our prayer together at this early evening. Hold firm because God knows He keeps His promises. Father, I thank you that you know that you keep your promises, and your promises are yes and amen. So Lord, help us to hold firm. Lord, help us to hold firm to the word of God. Lord, whatever is going on in our lives, Lord, I thank you. Lord, as this evening starts to settle, as the noise of the world starts to move away, Lord, I thank you that our faith is going to rise because we are calling the things that are not as though they are. And Lord, before this day comes to a close in a few hours, I pray, dear God, that we will hold firm to the power of the Word of God. And Lord, I thank you that your love is unconditional and nothing can separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus. And our hope rests in the eternal Father. Your glory, your mercy, your promises remain constant. Your promises are true. Father, I thank you that your blessings are new every morning. But Lord, whatever the weather system, whatever the rainfall, whatever the sun is like, whatever the atmosphere, the season, Lord, the spiritual temperature that's over our lives right now. Father, I've come to you right now through the power of the good book. Hebrews 10. Hallelujah, Jesus. Father, I thank you that there is power in your word right now. And Lord, we say hallelujah. Wherever we are, we lift up the greatest name in heaven and earth.

Stillness Over Worry And Fear

SPEAKER_00

And Lord, we pray for a stillness. We pray, dear God, that you will close and dear God, that this day you will close this day beautifully and gently. But right now, Lord, bring a close to the troubles, the fears, the worries, and the doubts. But as we pray through, as we shout hallelujah, glory to God, right now, we believe in the power, we believe in the mercy. But Lord, we ask you through Hebrews 10, we ask you right now, Lord, let us hold unswervenly to the hope that we profess, for he has promised to be faithful. Father, I thank you that your promises are yes and amen. And we hold without any shadow, with any

Honest Faith Struggles And Protection

doubt. But Lord, that is easy to pray. It is easy to say. But Lord, I've got to be honest. Sometimes, Lord, I lose all hope. Sometimes, Lord, I feel like my faith has disappeared. Sometimes I struggle to hold on to Scripture. Lord, when the world starts to push, when the world starts to drag me, when the world starts to dear God, get a hold of me. Spirit of the living God, will you protect us with fire and anointing? Father, I thank you that the scripture says, touch not thine anointed. Holy Spirit, we are anointed, we are blessed and highly favored. But Lord, we pray for three areas, three areas of a spiritual uplift. Lord, we are looking for hope. Lord, amongst the hope, we are looking for perseverance. And Lord, on the tall end of that, Lord, we are looking to be more faithful to the word of God because we want to hold firm. We want to hold on to the promises. We want to hold on to hope because our God is the God of hope. And Lord, I pray that anxiety will go, fear will go, doubt will go, and Lord, remind us that fear can never win. Lord, we are blessed from the crown of our head to the very sole of our feet. Hope is in our spirit. Hope is in our mind. Hope is in our lives.

Prayer For Nations And Breakthrough

SPEAKER_00

And Father, as we stretch out live from this studio, London, England, we pray for the Netherlands. We pray for Ireland, India, Israel, Nigeria, South Korea. Lord, we're looking for breakthrough. We're looking for power. We're looking for the anointing. Holy Spirit, we want more hope. We want that more perseverance presence of you right now, Lord, as we go through the valley, the valley of uncertainty, the valley of fear, the valley of doubt. But Lord, right now we rise in hope. We rise in the glory from the four corners of the heavenly realms. Lord, we pray that the four winds of heaven will blow over every area of our lives and we will find that spiritual uplift. That we will find the Spirit of the Living God, that we will feel the presence of Jesus in our lives. Lord, from the battlefield to the hospice, from the hospice to the hospital, from the hospital, dear God, to the barbers, from the barbers to the prison, from the prison to the van, from the van to the car, to the aircraft to the airport to the washing machine. Whatever life is looking like, Spirit of the Living God, help us to hold firm, hold tight, and never give up, because there is power in the name of Jesus

Final Blessing And Invitation Back

SPEAKER_00

Christ. Have a beautiful evening. Don't ever give up. Stand on the promises of God. Look up to the heavens right now and declare that Jesus Christ is your Lord and your Savior. But will you join me in a few hours as we close today on the final prayer? Have a beautiful few hours. And will you join me later? God bless and have a beautiful evening.
