SPEAKER_00to the power of prayer. We are in the beautiful book of James, chapter 1, verse 5. This is the title of our prayer. God gives wisdom for every decision.
Praying For Wisdom In Decisions
SPEAKER_00Father, there are so many decisions right now. Lord, I feel like personally, Lord, every area of my life, Lord, I need clear direction. Lord, not only do I need clear direction, Lord, I need wisdom for every decision. And Lord, I bring my personal walk with you, my life before you. Lord, we bring our personal lives, Lord, our open lives, our public lives, our church lives. Lord, we bring every fabric of our lives before you. And every decision that we've got to make, Lord, I pray that they will be made through the Scripture. Lord, every decision that we will make, Lord, I thank you that, Lord, they are godly decisions. They are made in wisdom and strength and prayer and power. So Lord, I ask you, Lord, that I won't go ahead. Lord, that I won't run too fast, but Lord, I will walk in the true timing and the pace of the Holy Spirit. Pressure, Patience And Clear Sight
SPEAKER_00already begun. Lord, the WhatsApps are coming through, the emails, the social medias, Lord, the pressure at work, the pressure at home, the responsibilities are unfolding right now. Holy God, great King that you are. Give us patience and give us faithfulness. But right now, Lord, we pray for three eras of a spiritual uplift. Lord, we pray for wisdom. Lord, we need godly wisdom. Father, Lord, open our eyes so that we can see clearly through the woods. Open our eyes so that we can see through the fog. Open our eyes so that we can see through the haziness of the rhythm of life. And Lord, as we run, we will not faint. Lord, as we go through the rivers, the rivers won't be sweeping over us. Lord, as we go through the seas, we're gonna go through on dry ground. Because Lord, we're gonna go with godly wisdom. And Lord, not only have we got godly wisdom, we have got guidance from the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit. And Lord, not only have we got wisdom and guidance, we have got confidence. Asking God Who Gives Generously
SPEAKER_00Jesus. And Lord, as we walk through James 1, verse 5, if any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously without finding fault, and it will be given to you. Father, I thank you that it's gonna be given to us. So Lord, we are requiring and we need, and Lord, we are asking for godly wisdom. And Lord, as we get at the opposite, dear God, I pray that wisdom will come like summer rain from the battlefield to the boardroom, to the prison, to the barbers, to the washing machine, to the gym, to the summer holidays, to the commute, whatever we are doing, whatever the rhythm of our life is, whatever the flavor of the atmosphere is, Lord, we are praying for godly wisdom in every decision. And as we stretch out live from London, England, all the way to Germany, Kenya, Austria, Belgium, Spain, and Ghana, Lord, we thank you that the wisdom of the Almighty is over our lives. And Lord, you are giving us guidance and grace is abounding. So, Lord, every responsibility, every opportunity, every conversation we hand over to you. And Lord, we're gonna let go and we're gonna let God because we're gonna go in the anointing, we're gonna go in power from the battlefield to the boardroom, to the field of life, from the sunsets to the sunfalls. Lord, as the sun rises, as the sun sets, as the rain, dear God, drops on this earth, as the snow comes in, as the wind blows, Lord, as the seasons of life unfold, Spirit of the Living God, I pray that you will lift every one of us right now.
