Psalm 90:14 Sets The Focus
SPEAKER_00give up. But come on, let's jump straight through now to Psalms 90, verse 14. This is the title of our prayer together. Satisfy us each morning with your unfailing love. Yes, Holy Spirit, we pray that we will find, dear God, that our heart is satisfied, that our mind is satisfied, Lord, that our spirit is satisfied each morning, each moment, Lord, every breath, every inhale, every exhale, Father, we come to you right now and we need that unfailing love. Father, we thank you for John 3.16. But Lord, before we pull the curtains back on a brand new day, Lord, before we get out of this bed, Lord, before the phone rings, before the text start, before the WhatsApps and the emails start coming in, Holy Spirit, as we just lay here, Lord, as we sit on the sofa, Lord, as we sit on the porch, grab a tea and grab in a coffee, Lord, before the day starts to unfold, Holy Spirit, I pray that we will feel your love because Lord, that's all that's required right now.
Security From Fear And Temptation
SPEAKER_00I pray for those that feel very scared and very lonely. Lord, there are so many opportunities. There is so much pushing against the front door of our lives. Lord, the world is drawing, the world is trying, dear God, to whet our appetite. And Holy Spirit, Lord, we just want to be safe in the Father's arms. Lord, we don't want to be tempted by the world. We don't want to be engaging what the world is doing. Father, I pray right now that your love will make us secure. Holy Spirit, I pray right now for three areas of an uplift in our lives. That your unfailing love will be so strong for now and forevermore. Father, we thank you again for John 3.16. For God so loved the world. Lord, we love you. Father, we love you. Jesus, we love you. Holy Spirit, we love you. But right now, Lord, before we get on the track of a brand new day, Lord, before we get out of bed, Lord, before the children wake, Lord, I ask you right now as we just sit and be still. Lord, and your love will be wrapped around us like a blanket. Lord, carry us today.
Unfailing Love, Joy, New Beginnings
SPEAKER_00Lord, as we get ready for another first day, Lord, whether it's our working week or the weekend, Lord, we are praying for a spiritual uplift in three areas. Lord, your unfailing love. Lord, we need joy. And Father, we are looking for these new beginnings. Father, I ask you that you will break us out of the four walls of monotony. Father, we don't want to live our lives robotically. Lord, we don't want to live our lives by the rhythm of the world. We want to live our lives by faith and by the power of God. And right now, Lord, I thank you that there is a stirring in our spirit. I thank you, Lord, that there is an uprising by the power of the Holy Spirit. Lord, before this phone rings, before the rhythm of the day starts, before the children start demanding family and friends, before the front door door starts knocking, Lord, before life starts coming down the track at us.
Fresh Breath For The Day Ahead

Lord, we need a new beginning. Lord, I pray that you'll give us eyes to see, ears to hear, and a heart to receive. We thank you that your blessings are new every morning. As we walk through Psalms 90, verse 14, satisfy us this morning with your unfailing love. Let us sing for joy and be glad all of our days. Lord, help us to breathe, to pause, and Lord, as we get out of bed right now, Lord, as we get the van ready for work, Lord, as we get the home ready for another day. Lord, whether children or on a summer holiday, wherever we are across the world, Lord, we are praying, dear God, for the power and the anointing of God. Lord, I thank you that the blessings of the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit are over us today. But Lord, satisfy us this morning with the glory and the power. Let your love just come down in full glory, wrap us up today, wherever we are, from the battlefield to the boardroom, to the field of life, to being at home, on holiday, in an aircraft, at an airport, in prison. Dear God, wherever we are, in a hospice, in a hospital, just sitting on the edge of the bed, Lord, I pray as we get ready now. Lord, get us out of bed. Lord, help us get our teeth clean, jumping in the shower, get ready for a brand new day, Lord. And Father, as we comb our hair, we put our makeup on, we put our work boots on, our uniform, we get ready for a brand new day because the love of God is over our lives and all things are possible to those who believe.
