Moby Grape and Buffalo Springfield were two bands that transcended the psychedelic era and became influential musically to successive generations of musicians. Both bands utilized pop, country rock, psychedelic sounds into their own unique sounds. Both bands had a short lifespan, but their influence still reverberates to this day.
