Have you ever looked at old pictures or videos of yourself from a long time ago and had some feelings come up about who you were? Maybe you start to beat yourself up for who you thought you were. Maybe you idolize how great your life felt at that time.
But, have you ever truly seen yourself from an outsiders perspective as if you're meeting that person for the first time? I had that experience while watching an old music video of myself and let me tell you it was a little more intense than just a trip down memory lane.
I talk about how to get in touch with this old version of yourself and how healing and self acceptance can happen therapeutically. All you need is a photo and an open heart.
