32. On the Shelf: Charlie & The Chocolate Factory
Show Notes

This week Ellis & Gwilym talkabout Tim Burton's 2005 adaptation of CHARLIE AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY. In our new concept called 'On the Shelf', we decide if a beloved family film is just as beloved as we thought by ripping the thing to shreds; picking it apart piece by piece.
There's talk of literal chocolate labradors, concerns over Oompa Loompas' finances and a discussion on Tim Burton as a director. Genius or downright crazy? Or both...like us.

The trailer of the week is Black Widow because of course it is, and the news is surprisingly limited with the main discussion being the reveal of two 'Knives Out' sequels coming to Netflix. Plus you can find our 'The Falcon and The Winter Soldier' episode 3 breakdown at 16:50 - 26:00.

So hop in your great glass elevator, hit the button for episode 32 and get ready for a discussion full of chocolate, Oompa Loompas and benefit fraud. You couldn't get it anywhere else...trust us, we've looked!
