36. Rewriting 'The Rise of Skywalker'
Show Notes

There has even an awakening...have you felt it? It's the awakening of Star Wars fans all over the world as this week is Star Wars week so what better thing for Ellis & Gwilym to talkabout in this weeks episode than the trilogy of trilogies.

Finally, after months of Zoom calls and Discord chats we have been reunited, and we've recorded this episode 6 feet apart instead of 6 counties apart. We've recorded the episode outside so be prepared to embrace birds chirping, cranes working and winds whirling.
In this episode we discuss the fact that despite classifying ourselves as Star Wars fans, we don't actually like the franchise that much; we discuss the disturbing reality that Palpatine created a child and we deliberate on what we would've done differently with the final instalment to the Saga.
Oliver Law, a guest on the podcast a few weeks ago, has provided us with a rewrite of 'The Rise of Skywalker' and we dive in, countering with ideas we have as well.

If you've got a bad feeling about Star Wars then look forward to the News and Trailer sections. There's no trailer of the week technically because Marvel have conquered the news again with their brand new featurette. This episode is, if nothing else, a relaxing seat with the wilderness, so sit back, relax and may the force be with you...always!
