TKG Ep 78 A Grand Day Out at The 2022 Fortinet Championship at Silverado Resort and Spa

Hello again Fellow Golfists,

I had a great day out at the first event of the 22 - 23 PGA Tour season at the 2022 Fortinet Championship at Silverado Resort and Spa.  I had a great time meeting and chatting with fellow golfists that had really cool stories to share about what golf means to them.  

I especially enjoyed sitting next to a lovely couple, who shared their pork jerky with me and who also happened to be from Gilroy California.  They were the parents of Kyle Harrigan who is the Golf Course Superintendent at the North Course at the Silverado Resort and Spa.  They were fun to sit with and chat with about all of the afternoon groups that were coming through the 11th tee.  I then also got to sit next to a lovely couple who were from San Mateo and who also got to witness a hole in one on the 11th hole at the North Course at Silverado.    

I look forward to sharing my tidbits and little interviews that I collected today in the near future on The Knackered Golfist Podcast.
