We talk with Emma Stratton, the Executive Director of the American Independence Museum in Exeter, New Hampshire. We hear about Paul Revere's first important ride--to Fort William and Mary in Newcastle, and about the Museum's treasures--a Dunlap broadside of the Declaration, notes on the Constitution by Nicholas Gilman and Rufus King, and a tavern where George Washington was entertained--and where the Museum hosts beer and history events. And also the Society of the Cincinnati, and John Stark--who coined New Hampshire's motto, "Live Free, or Die."
