Show Notes

My next guest is a veteran nanny, labor rights advocate for domestic workers, and author of three full-length novels. Today I sit down with one of my favorite political junkies, the great and powerful, Alicia Ryan. Having lived in numerous states, cities, and countries, Alicia has a unique perspective on social issues. She hopes to become a part of the movement for a domestic worker bill of rights in Maryland. She is currently pursuing her degree in Public Policy from the University of Baltimore. She loves nothing more than a good research study and has delved into myriad topics both for school and from pure interest. Alicia is also a mother and wife currently residing in West Baltimore.
