Episode 17. How To Be A Better Customer. BTS. Faucets.
Show Notes

Roberto and Elise explore what it takes to be a better customer.  Is being a better customer tied to the lessons we were taught as children about manners?  First lesson:  Put things back where they belong. Second lesson:  Stay off your phone while paying at the register.  Third lesson:  Don’t litter.   Fourth lesson:  Corral your children.  Fifth lesson:   Avoid asking stupid questions, such as, “do you work here?”  Sixth lesson:  Know what store you are shopping in.  Seventh lesson:  Know that the store staff is there to help you.  Eighth lesson:  Return your shopping cart.  Ninth lesson:  Read signs thoroughly.   Tenth lesson:  Be polite and courteous.  In How Was Your Week This Week, Elise talks about fangirling over BTS while Roberto did boring adulting stuff.  In Favorites Roberto shares the advantages of having a washer and dryer and Elise tells about her favorite game app.  Corrections and Housekeeping are also included.
