Leigh is known for her work in Adolescent Literacy, educational technology, online learning, and for supporting colleagues to increase research impact. Dr. Hall is the Wyoming Excellence in Higher Education Endowed Chair in Adolescent Literacy and a Professor at the University of Wyoming.
