Our You = Me® podcast is about realizing the process of being together that allows us to start deconstructing harmful ways of rigidified and calcified ways of thinking. Moving beyond the insularity of perceptions created by our own life experiences and gives ourselves an opportunity to be informed by other people’s life experiences and really appreciating the fullness and richness of their lives that help us to grow by learning we are more alike than different.

The Year of 2024 ~ Nadia's Forecast
As we welcome the New Year, lets make peace with contrast because without it we have nothing to ask for. Differences bring us new ways of learning how to improve our lives. Going in to 2024, lets set down our guns, our greed and all the unnecessary ugliness we are a part of or witnessing. Let’s give up the notion of an eye for an eye, better than less than. The time is now to look deep inside of ourselves and get quiet so we can hear our higher self calling us because those who go forth in the new vibration move forward. Those who don’t, will repeat the past and it is not pretty.
