In this episode, host Carlos Gamez interviews Luiz Bezerra, a Certified Passive House Designer and Civil Engineer with over nine years of experience. He was the Project Manager for the first Certified Passive House in South America, located in his hometown of Natal in Brazil. In addition to his technical credentials, Luiz also has an MBA in Buildings Management. In his conversation with Carlos, Luiz shares different point of views on the implementation of the Passive House approach along with the explanation of his role being a Manager in education, training and development inside of the Passive House Canada Association.
