In this episode of MCLAHIGTI, I talk about managing stress.  We have all heard the old adage that pressure burst pipes.  The same can be said about stress in your body.  Stress is the feeling of being overwhelmed and in most cases unable to cope with the mental or emotional pressure of what is happening in your life.  Too much stress can have mental or physical consequences. I talk about stress and how you can manage the symptoms of too much of it in our day-to-day lives.  If you are dealing with stress, do not be afraid to reach out for help.
