Dr. Russ Kennedy has doctorate in clinical health psychology. He works with people and athletes dealing with  eating disorders, he’s been published in the European Journal of Immunology, he was part of the famed Tufts University study on the Comprehensive Assessment of Long-Term Effects of Reduction Intake of Energy , also known as fasting. He’s a former Division 1 athlete and  an aficionado  of the perfect Guinness pour.
