Show Notes

In Part II of Episode 22 of The Infinite Capacity Podcast, Andrea Morton of Think To Thrive Coaching interviews Leslie McCaddon Mendoza, an extraordinary woman and mother of many with a big, beautiful blended family whose story will feel so familiar to moms everywhere; she is a smart, hard-working woman who has spent a lot of her time and energy as an adult taking care of her growing family.

Leslie tells the tragic story of her first husband Mike and the undiagnosed traumatic brain injury that ultimately took his life.

With grace, strength and humor Leslie shares the wisdom that helped her navigate the bewildering and terrible loss of her husband after their son's recovery from childhood leukemia.

Leslie explains how she grappled with Mike's suicide and found the strength to be there for their three young children as she rebuilt a life and future for her family.

Leslie now coaches widowed moms and other mothers on how to change the stories they tell themselves that are holding them back from their dreams, and to learn to create a life they truly love.

Despite being a tough topic, this is truly an uplifting, inspiring episode.  You won't want to miss it!
