Wendy Valentine is the host of The Midlife Makeover Show, the bestselling author of Women Waking Up, and a mom to three adult sons. She's also a dynamic storyteller and brilliant innovator in the field of midlife reinvention.

In her mid-forties, Wendy faced a peaceful but painful divorce. She also lost her brother, shouldered a ton of debt, walked away from a job she no longer loved, and uprooted her life to move across the country.

Realizing that she'd been sleepwalking through life, buried in monotony, debt, grief, and obligations, Wendy decided to make a radical pivot. She became her own best friend, confronted her fears, restructured her mind and life, and chose to live on her own terms. That breakdown-to-breakthrough journey became the bedrock of everything she now teaches.

In today's Infinite Capacity Podcast episode, Wendy shares the inside scoop... telling the poignant story of her losses & personal growth journey. She gives the nitty-gritty about a ton of really amazing and practical tools that women can use starting TODAY to rewrite the narrative of aging, identity, and reinvention. She also introduces us to midlifology... You may just discover that you're a midlifologist and never knew it!

Splitting her time between Portugal and traveling the U.S.A. in her RV, Wendy is living proof that life gets BIGGER, not smaller, with age.
