As a community we do not have the same advantages as other races and this places us a few spots behind. We typically have more barriers and obstacles to overcome than our counterparts. Still there are people we can connect with to help us overcome the obstacles we face. I want to challenge this community to breakdown this massive list and see what support and resources you need to overcome these challenges. It is my hope that instead of accepting or ignoring obstacles that we move forward with addressing the issues and finding real solutions and strategies to win!
