He got a degree in political science, and his first job out of college was in sales. He continued down that path and eventually ended up in tech sales. He was working at a startup in 2012 when he brought in an organization called Sandler Training, which is a global training organization. After going through a number of acquisitions, he decided to start the Sandler business.
