Heath Phillips is An active advocate for victims of sexual assault and sexual harassment, male victimization, bullying, hazing, bystander intervention, prevention awareness, and thriving. Provided testimony as an expert on several special congressional panels for sexual assault victims (2010, 2015, 2016, 2017). Promotes policy advancement within the Department of Veteran Affairs and Department of Defense for the protection of victims against retaliation and repeated assault. Advocates for all Veterans to advance legislation to the committees and floors of the US House of Representatives and the US Senate. Trains Army, Air Force, Marines and Coast Guard Criminal Investigation Division agents in the Sexual Assault Investigation Course at Ft. Leonard Wood nine times each year since 2018
