In this episode, I hope I can give you some inspiration to understand that giving yourself the gift of TIME is so essential, whether you're a Nursery Manager, Nursery Owner (any leader in fact) or a parent.

You cannot give 100% of your energy, focus and give it your full attention, if you don't make time for yourself first. You cannot lead a team or a family on 40% for very long that's for sure, without the B word happening, and we do not want to be burnt out (sorry, said it). No-one benefits from you then!

Give your team more time, give your family more time by giving yourself more time first.

I cannot recommend it enough.
